Hotel in zona Polygon Park, Istanbul

Tutto circa l'hotel era buono per il prezzo, grande camera e un buon colazione.A volte si cattura un po' di fumo di sigarette, ma non troppo male, si fuma in tutta la Turchia, quindi è qualcosa che si deve solo abituarsi. Il mio City Hotel non sembra essere particolarmente vicino a nessun luogo turistico. Ci sono amici vicino, quindi la posizione è grande per noi. L'ambiente circostante è solo il suburbano di Istanbul. Ci è un buon centro commerciale a piedi.

L'hotel è molto tranquillo, la camera è abbastanza grande, molto comoda. È possibile vedere il più grande edificio della regione asiatica. Nella stanza si può vedere una vista molto ampia. La prossima volta si può scegliere questo hotel. È molto conveniente comprare qualcosa per mangiare intorno

Ich war schon in mehreren Hotels in der Stadt. Und ich schaue immer nach low budget Hotels, weil ich dort sowieso nur schlafe und dann gehe. Und bisher war es immer schlechter als man dachte. Aber bei diesem Hotel war ich mehr als zufrieden mit dem Zustand des Hotels selbst. Es ist zwar weiter weg vom Zentrum, aber mit der Metro oder Taxi erreicht man sowieso alles easy. Bis zur nächsten Metrostation sind es 20 min Fußweg. So wie der Manager des Hotels mor erzählt und anhand von Fotos auf seinem Handy gezeigt hat, wurde das Hotel vor einigen Monaten erst eingeweiht. Es ist also sehr neu. Soweit ich mich recht entsinne, ist es Anfang 2023 eröffnet worden. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich schön und modern gemacht. Die Preise sind wirklich wunderschön. Ich habe für 6 Übernachtungen grade mal 150€ gezahlt. Ich war alleine übrigebs. Es ist nicht wirklich was los dort, die Menschen kommen, schlafen, essen und gehen Also ist es sehr ruhig. Auch die Umgebung ist ruhiger als im Zentrum. In der Nähe steht eine Moschee, aber die Wände sind so gut verdichtet, dass ich nicht von den Gebetsrufen am Morgen geweckt wurde. Die Aussicht aus meinem Fenster war einfach nur wunderschön! Ich war auf der 4. Etage. Man hat richtig schön die Skyline gesehen. Es gab 24 Std Rezeption👍 Und die Mitarbeiter waren soweit auch nett, mit einem der mitarbeiter und dem manager habe mich auch länger unterhalten. Jeden Tag wurde aufgeräumt und es was schön sauber. Bisher bestes low budget hotel👍👍

Il personale è fantastico, l'hotel è fantastico, la posizione è perfetta. Grazie tante per avermi cercato e il mio amico. Penso che siamo rimasti nella stanza 1305. C'è un caffè sul primo piano dove si può fumare o andare al balcone dove si vede la resistenza e la busta della zona. Non esitarei a tornare ...

Me and my Familiy reserve This Very Bad Hotel and we saw on Booking that the hotel in the price of accommodation offers breakfast in the price of accommodation! When we arrive im Hotel we like to get Shower, but in badroom we can make medium hot water! Water is too Cold or Too Hot! When you get shower you start wit hot Water and then is Too cold and then Too Hot! My god you just here some of my family member screeming from badroom! that morning when we arrived the guy at the front desk was constantly trying in various ways to take more money from us and trick us in any way! first he tried to charge us another night. we arrived around 6am 17.02am because our reservation is from 17.02pm to 21.02pm on the 4th night and the guy offered us to take a look at the Two Apartments because they were both free to decide which one to take and after our decision for the apartment we asked if we could enter to the room if she is free on what he said we can go in but in that case we have to pay 5th night! we didn't want him to agree and we said we would wait until it's time to check In but they should still somehow meet us since I'm with my daughter and little baby! in the end, he said that we could enter because we didn't want to pay anything extra! the first morning when we woke up we asked where breakfast is served and that same receptionist because he said they serve in the room that the price is 80TL per person! I then asked him how to pay for breakfast when that price of accommodation includes breakfast?!? he said that breakfast is still charged after which I decided to stay in the hotel only one night because after all the attempts to take more money in any way we all felt disgusted and we felt like we came to the lowest budget hotel. after this he said he would still send us breakfast but only for two even though we had booked for four people! we felt like some beggars to whom they gave it for alms even though we paid for it all! the access to the hotel is very bad and is located on a really big hill and it is far from the city center and all the big shopping malls and all the sights! This was really the worst experience of all the hotels where my family and I were. you will also see pictures showing all the correspondence with the people from this hotel who are extremely rude and hungry and who are trying to take your money in a hundred ways! I would tell everyone who comes to this hotel to be careful not to experience something like me and my family!

It was a pretty strange stay and probably easiest to list the pros and cons. Pros: Location - if you want a real sense of life in Istanbul, away from the tourist areas, then this is great. We did enjoy this aspect. Staff - the staff were friendly, courteous and well-meaning. Air con - our room was beautifully cool. Great air con and a balcony which was nice. Food - the food/room service was very cheap. The French toast was the best we’d ever had! Views - we loved the view from our balcony of many colourful Turkish buildings. Shower - great, powerful shower! Cons: Location - It was very difficult to get taxis to, as the surrounding roads were shut. It’s also in a very hilly/bumpy area so not a pleasant drive. Sleep - The room featured blinds with gaps in between, meaning the room was never dark and got light very quickly. There were also small ceiling windows dotted around that couldn’t be covered and kept the room even brighter. The walls were actually the thinnest I have ever experienced, and it felt like we were in a caravan. The whole floor seemed to shake if someone shut their door, and you could hear everything your neighbours did/said (including showering and more!). Room - our room had extremely low ceilings and therefore the bed also had to be very low to the ground. Certain areas of the room were only accessible by crouching down to reach. I wouldn’t stay here again, through no fault of the staff, just the difficulties in travel and the inevitable sleep deprivation.

Mir hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen, denn wenn man das Hotel betritt, ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und man merkt, dass ihnen die Sauberkeit ihrer Zimmer sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die U-Bahn-, Bus-, Minibus- und Taxihaltestellen sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Im Badezimmer gibt es alles von Shampoo, Duschgel, Handtüchern und Hausschuhen. Ich denke, ich werde diesen Ort immer wählen.

Ciao Mi e mia moglie siamo venuti a Istanbul per un intervento chirurgico. A causa della clinica che ha rovinato gli hotel, siamo stati inviati al Centro Hotel. Siamo arrivati al 9.30 in ricevimento e da allora siamo stati controllati al 14.00 nelle nostre camere. Poiché abbiamo pagato, dovremmo avere diritto al colazione. Purtroppo no. Quindi io e mia moglie dobbiamo pagare per avere colazione. Il personale della ricezione è molto rude. Non si preoccupano di tutto il tempo, ma le loro scuse “non sappiamo nulla” abbiamo spiegato alla ricezione che stiamo rimanendo 2 giorni, dopo aver controllato, andando in ospedale e dopo 2 giorni torneremo a controllare. Abbiamo fatto un'ora il primo giorno, siamo tornati, siamo andati in piedi, non poteva aprire la porta, siamo andati alla ricezione, sembra che ci sia stato fatto un checkout senza essere informati( denaro, bagagli lasciati nella stanza) Abbiamo andato alla ricezione “ tipica risposta : Non sappiamo nulla “Il ricevitore molto brutto. Infine abbiamo controllato di nuovo. Tornando dall'ospedale, ovviamente non abbiamo ricevuto la stessa stanza, ok non preoccupate, ma ancora una volta molto agitato abbiamo ricevuto la stanza terribile ( porta igienica rotta, bagno drenaggio profumo molto cattivo, muri sporchi, Mobili chipped ) - suppongo sia 5* hotel. Non stavo parlando con la ricezione, niente è stato fatto. Dopo un giorno sono andato di nuovo giù e finalmente cambiano la nostra stanza. Non molto impressionato. Chiesto un piatto extra - 1 giorno per ottenere. Alimento all'hotel- soggiorno lontano - molto costoso e non impressionante. Risposta alla gestione: Sì ho la denuncia e sollevo le mie denuncia, ma ci vuole un po' per risolvere. In una parola, cerca di evitare questo hotel. Delusione.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.
