Hotel in zona Karamandere Sports Activities, Istanbul

Tesis yeni ve güzel olmakla birlikte, özellikle teras katta verilen kahvaltı yeterli olacak iken, personelin amatör olması ve yiyecek içecek yönetimini bilmemeleri sebebi ile kargaşa ve eksiklikler ile dolu. Otel full dolu iken kaç kişinin kaldığı ve kaç kişinin oda kahvaltı rezervasyonu dan bir haberler. Kahvaltının daha ilk yarım saatinde hemen hemen herşey bitme noktasına gelmiş bulunuyor. Ön hazırlık yapılmadığından da o anda peynir,domates,salatalık kesilmeye uğraş veriyorlar. Sonuçta bir şeyler oluyor ama hem kendilerini hemde otelde konaklayan misafirlerini sıkıntıya sokuyorlar.Yine otel yönetimine küçük bir önerim olacak, bu güzel tesise yakışmayan bir durum bence!!! O da nedir derseniz kahvaltıda hizmet veren personelinize tek tip şort ve tişört ile aynı tip spor ayakkabı veya terlik sağlamanız olacaktır. Yine servisi biten masaların silinmesi hijyen için çok önemlidir. Masaları ne yazık ki toplayan Genç arkadaşlar kağıt servis altlıkları ile siliyorlar. Bu çokta hoş olmayan bir durum, kesinlikle personelin hijyen ve temizlik kurallarını öğrenmeleri gerekli. Kahvaltı sonrası aşağı lobiye indigim de ise kahvaltida sunulmak için gelen pogacalari poşet içerisinde yerde beklerken gördüm. Bu şekilde çok çirkin ve hijyenik olmayan görüntü ortaya çıkmaktadır. Resepsiyonda bulunan kişi teslim aldı ise yere değil daha hijyen bir ortamda bunları tutması veya hemen kahvaltı sunan personeli çağırıp teslim etmesini sağlaması gerekirdi. Bu yorumu okuyan ve bu oteli seçmek isteyen misafirler sakın panik yapmasın lütfen ben otel yönetiminin içtenliği ve çabasını takdir ile karşılıyorum. Ama güzel bir tesis amatör bir ruh ile bir süre gider sonra batar, ben batmamasi için önlem alınacak kısımların bir kaçına degindim bunlarda en önemlileri. son bir uyarı bahçede mevcut tek odalarda ise pencereler çok büyük yaptırılmış olup,korniş le uyumsuz kalmaktadırlar. Perde veya tül kapalı iken aralamak veya açmak mümkün değil bayağı bir uğraş vermeniz gerekiyor. Pencereyi açabilmek için tülü veya perdeyi her seferinde sonuna kadar açmak zorundasınız burada bir ölçüm hatası mevcut yönetimin dikkatine.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

La vista della stanza era grande e il personale era molto amichevole. Tuttavia, l’odore del fumo è piuttosto forte nella stanza e nelle aree pubbliche. Inoltre il letto è molto basso, quasi come mettersi la matita sul pavimento, non il mio tipo preferito.

My friend and I were staying at Mount Ararat Hotel for three nights. We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though we barely stayed in our room, the room had everything what we needed after a long day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean and so was the bathroom. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and during the evening the neighbourhood became very lively with locals and tourists. We were happy that after a tiring day we could grab some food and drinks with our hotel in the close proximity. On our last evening Saleh helped us arranging the transport to the airport which was top-notch! On the other hand, we had an arrangement with breakfast included and it was slightly disappointing. It was buffet with various choices of food and drinks but my friend and I are a little bit fussy. We preferred to grab something on our way to the city centre. It is not a deal breaker though. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied about our choice and would definitely come back.

Being first timers in a new place is such a challenge in finding that perfect place to stay that will make a good and long last impression to us. Luckily we were very relieved and made the right choice by booking Sultan Hamit Hotel right at the heart of Sultanahmet where the famouse Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque are just around the corner as well as the Blue waters of the Bosphorus strait is nearby. It is a bit far from the airport but the place itself is just utter beauty and less crowded than Taksim square and Galata Tower district so its all worth it!!! We took a cab from airport because our flight got delayed and checked-in around 5 pm. Check-in was fast and efficient and we were booked on 4F. The hotel is located at the corner of cobbled streets and has a romantic and relaxing ambience similar to that of Europe. There are short stairs leading up to the lobby and one of the staff helped us carry our things up to our room - good first impressions!!! The cute, warm, cozy lobby with a lovely Christmas tree on your left by the window beside an elegant brown sofa tops it all off - everytime I enter their lobby I feel relaxed and joyful - this is a great way to start our magical and happy experience here at Sultan Hamit!!! The room we booked is so huge and spacious and maintained the aesthetic beauty of Turkish designs. It has a Brown/Orche/White tones and has a lovely brown carpeted floor which is very relaxing. There is a huge toilet on your right and a view of the neighbourhood on the left. A bronze lounge sofa by the window is on the left with a small circular coffee table. Adjacent to the sofa is a huge wardrobe with compartments with a free Sleeping robes, Slippers, Extra Towels, a Safety box and Mini-fridge located here. Across this side of the room - we have a double bed, a single bed,and the most idyllic view of the Sea of Bosphorus which I loved every morning especially those soaring Sea Gulls and adoring Cats which are plentiful in Istanbul. The bed is so clean, comfy and smooth that we just loved lying down on it! and we slept very well!! I loved the Orche wallpaper with ornate and intricate Turkish style patterns. They also placed 3 super lovely abstract wall paintings. There are side tables on each side of the bed with power outlets. In front of our bed is their TV which has lots of local and cable channels and WiFi was quite fast. Airconditioning and heating is also easy to manage and use and kept us warmth on some cold winter nights. There is a bar table located on this side and they provided us complimentary tea/coffee/bottled waters and kettle/cups. I also loved their Golden framed mirrors attached on the wall beside the toilet. I also loved their cozy, warm, romantic Wall Lamps attached on each side of the room. The toilet and shower is also very clean and spacious. In Sultan Hamit, they have toilet bidets which is a big plus for me!!! They provided complimentary toiletries, hair dryers and the water pressure is strong exc

Close proximity to the airport Sabiha. But at the exit from the airport building poorly organized signs with the direction of the way to the hotel. While I was looking for the way to the hotel I made several unnecessary circles. In addition, You have to take two elevators to the fourth floor. Spacious clean room with stylish design. On arrival, it was sweltering hot in the room with the temperature 26,5 °C. Windows don't open. The air conditioner failed to adjust to a cool temperature. At most I managed to get the temperature down to 25.5 °C. In doing so, the conditioner made a lot of noise. This negative moment spoiled the impression, as it did not let me sleep well. Perhaps this problem (Malfunction of the air conditioning system) was only in my room. One more advantage - 24 hours room service. Convenient, in case of a late arrival. Overall, it was a pleasant experience also thanks to helpful friendly staff.

Staff very friendly and always willing to help. We enjoyed our short stay very much, the hotel is a lot cleaner and nicer then the previous reviews state, so please don’t be put off by them. The location is only really for people who need to be in that particular area, I wouldn’t recommend the location for anybody who wants to do extensive tourism without using taxis (unless you know how to use Istanbul metro).

E'solo un orribile terrore.Ero stato sistemato al primo piano nel 102, è considerato una stanza standard. Con la porta del cartone, e sento assolutamente tutto quello che accade sul stand di resepshne e costantemente tutti hanno bisogno di parlare al telefono dietro la mia porta, parlando a voce alta con il personale. Sulla parte della strada, il flusso infinito di auto con musica alta, che sbagli pneumatici e grida della gente. E il più idiota è il cane infinitamente cera in questo hotel. Giudizio per la legge è una sorta di cera di aragoste che si cera senza stanchezza. Il personale non fa nulla con esso. L'ultima goccia era lai alle 4:00 (!!!), la gente non sopravvisseva e andò a comunicare con l'amministratore. Il cane non poteva essere rassicurato per molto tempo. E le richieste di rumore - non si preoccupano. Voglio - muoversi per 30 euro più alto. In breve, non ti consiglio affatto. Ti aspetto di trasferirti da qui a un altro hotel. Pulizia - non ci sono richieste, tranne per capelli lunghi neri su asciugamani. Mobili vecchi. Muri uccisi tutti. La matrice è solo insoddisfacente.Il secondo giacca è doppiamente piegato per dormire in qualche modo mentre le fonti sono pompate in fondo (D'altro canto, le norme sono più che WiFi.
