We took a night bus from Izmir to Istanbul and arrived at hotel at 6am, we were told no room available for checking in, and have to wait until 2pm. And we finally checked in after 2pm, it was really a tired day.
The location is good if you want to stay in kadikoy. It's near the bus station and metro station.
The room is too Tiny, we have two hiking backs, even don't have room for them.

1、房間比較小巧，但裝修比較新，乾淨。
2、鬧中取靜。周邊吃東西都很方便。離地鐵站和海邊也比較近。
3、Wi-Fi有問題無法連接。

Very convenient as it is 2 blocks from the busses and ferries plus havist bus to ist airport is right there as well. Newly renovated rooms only thing is mattresses are hard not soft on the back.

Good value for Kadikoy and the room was very comfortable. Wifi was ok. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can get a better price if you WhatsApp them rather than book through an aggregator. They don't have breakfast included but many restaurants in the area. Easy walk to Havaist bus and ferries.

Friendly staff! Would definitely recommend. Honest staff too. No taxi scams here. Quoted 550-600 for the ride to our next destination and it was accurate.

Pro: - The hotel staff was service minded about a misunderstanding about room type, and after a short wait, we got a room type which better suited our needs. - The hotel is close to ferries and efficient public transportation. Con: - Walls between rooms are apparently rather thin: We had a hard time sleeping, because we could hear conversations and TV from a near-by room where the guests fancied staying up late. - Photos of the hotel facade suggest a green neighborhood, but the street is neither green nor cosy (which is OK, but perhaps surprising, given the photos).
