Hanno fornito un servizio eccellente in hotel. La camera e le aree comuni erano tutte tenute pulite e molto confortevoli. Anche la colazione è altamente consigliata. Lo staff ha fatto davvero un ottimo lavoro per rendere il soggiorno il più confortevole possibile.

Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno al W Hotel di Bali. Il servizio è stato ottimo, il personale cordiale e le camere pulite. Tuttavia, un incidente ci ha lasciato delusi. Al Woobar, abbiamo notato un'area salotto vuota e abbiamo chiesto al personale se potevamo sederci lì. Sfortunatamente, ci è stato detto che non era possibile a causa di una prenotazione. Dopo 2-3 ore, i posti erano ancora vuoti, quindi abbiamo chiesto di nuovo. Ancora una volta, ci è stato detto di no perché la prenotazione era per le 17:00. Di conseguenza, i posti sono rimasti vuoti per quasi 5 ore. A mio parere, il personale avrebbe potuto permetterci di usare i posti della lounge fino alle 16:45, poiché la maggior parte delle visite al bar dura in genere dalle 2,5 alle 3 ore. Questo sarebbe stato un uso più efficiente e più amichevole per gli ospiti.

Esperienza eccezionale di 11 su 10 in questo sensazionale hotel. Servizio e strutture davvero di prima classe. Quando scegli di soggiornare in questo hotel, troverai tutto ciò che ti aspetti e molto di più! Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, lo staff dell'hotel ci ha fatto sentire così speciali, siamo stati accolti da Darma per nome con un sorriso amichevole. Ben presto tutti erano così motivati ​​ad aiutarci a goderci la nostra esperienza al W Bali Seminyak. Gli edifici sono eleganti, luminosi, super puliti e ben tenuti. Numerosi ristoranti, tutti con un tocco distintivo e una varietà di piatti. Ogni pasto era delizioso e fresco. La colazione era straordinaria con opzioni alla carta e a buffet. Il brunch di pesce della domenica era un buffet eccellente e non dovrebbe essere perso! Pesce e sashimi di qualità suprema, freschi e deliziosi. La colazione giornaliera era abbondante con sapori e varietà superbi. Abbiamo avuto due membri dello staff meravigliosi che si sono assicurati che avessimo più di quanto potessimo mai aspettarci, niente di troppo complicato e speciali shot di potenziamento, grazie mille per il servizio di prima classe da Kelo e Agus! Siete una risorsa importante per questo hotel e dovreste essere ricompensati per il vostro impeccabile servizio clienti. Le nostre aspettative sono state superate e avendo viaggiato in molti hotel a 5 stelle in tutto il mondo, possiamo onestamente dire che il W Bali Seminyak è il migliore finora a tutti i livelli, lo staff rende questo hotel un servizio cordiale e personalizzato. Torneremo con il nostro team aziendale per goderci ogni momento insieme. La nostra esperienza deve essere condivisa con gli altri! Nice hotel, the staffs are really nice. The pool and the beach is relaxing. The breakfast is indulging. The towels are a bit gray.

A great resort to spending holiday with family , the location in central Bali down town, a lot great restaurant , cafe and bar round the resort, we had a great time there. The breakfast is amazing, we enjoyed it so much, we will come back again soon!

Overall it was a good experience and the staffs were extremely friendly and thoughtful. Big shout out to the Assistant Manager and Supervisor of Fire restaurant as they go the extra miles to offer us different food from the breakfast menu by just hearing our food preferences. The room is a little rundown as you will notice the fixture and floor. The tree next to our pool seems to be infested with bugs as you can see it from the leaves when it fell into the pool. Not sure if this is related but the pool have many fine particles which seems to be due to the tree as I notice whenever the leaves fell onto the pool, the surface will be filled with dust. The last night was chaotic as there was a thunderstorm and the wind is so strong that the water sip into the room, the blind keep shaking and the aircon starts giving “knocking” sound. We ended up sleeping with only the ceiling fan turn on.  My wife and I will certainly be back but may consider the hotel room instead of the Villa.

We stayed for 3 nights at the W Hotel Seminyak, located on a long beach. The ocean here was characterised by wind and waves in August, yet adding to the scenic beauty. The hotel did present the fresh, modern, and colorful design typical of W Hotels, reflected in both the exterior and interior decor. The rooms maintain this vibrant style, while the villas, which we finally switched to, offer a more elegant, wooden Balinese aesthetic. The pool area is a highlight, with its colorful design and palm trees creating a relaxing holiday vibe. Beyond, the breakfast was extraordinary, offering a wide range of freshly made dishes. From reception to service and management, we experienced a warm, attentive, and caring atmosphere that truly enhanced our holiday. Overall, the W Seminyak is a highly recommendable choice for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation.

The hotel is very nice, near to the beach. And overall is good experience staying here. Only thing is that my bed is abit slump inside, not so comfortable to sleep. Think the hotel needs to check the bed of the room. Celebrated ur birthday here, and they did a splendid job to decorate the room.

We land Bali and arrive very early at W Hotel. The staff is nice and let us check in earlier at 10:30am so that we can take rest and enjoy the villa with sun shine. The pool is fantastic and the room got all the stuff we needed. The price is a little bit high but it is worth it.

Very good location. Still very well maintained after so many years. The villas are great.

Wide beaches and very big pool in the hotel, overall very good experience worth to stay
