The room and service are excellent! All the amenities are available even with the small hotel, location is excellent, safety also excellent! The police station is just right opposite. The reception and the owner/manager is exceptional, allow me to check in earlier because of the rain, with the available room. I really appreciate it. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel.

Hotel location is perfect, breakfast is okay, staff is okay not welcoming.

Personnel très accueillant et agréable, emplacement parfait juste à coter du grand bazar et d'une station de tramway donc très pratique. L'hôtel sent très bon c'est très agréable et la chambre pour deux est suffisante. En revanche il y a un boîtier et des prises en plein milieu de la tête de lit ce n'est pas du tout agréable et le boîtier de la carte de la chambre clignote constamment la nuit... La propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer ce qui est dommage et la literie n'est pas très confortable. Pour une à deux nuits cela convient.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel. Tiny rooms. Care needs to be taken with cleaning. Dirty shower glass and dirty toilet bowl on arrival. No coffee sachets. They need to put a top sheet on bed instead of heavy throw. Slept well. Took a water from fridge and noticed housekeeping had not kept the fridge stocked up. Stayed here for 2 nights, would not want to stay longer. Woken at 8 a.m. by loud housekeeping staff.

The best thing about this hotel is the location .It’s too close to tram station .Actually , it’s not very clean . And breakfast came with a limited choices.Bathroom was too small . Staff were very friendly,helpful.Specialty,Ali in the reception he was taking English very well that was very helpful for us .

Very nice, clean and centrally located hotel. Metro station a few minutes away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to main attractions of old town, such as Blue Mosque, Aja Sofia and Topkapi palace. Many good restaurants nearby.

We were a family of 6 people. When we got to the hotel , we found out that there were only 3 beds in our room. We asked for another room but we couldn't get it. We had already paid for the stay but they made us pay extra when we arrived. When we had to check out of the hotel, we were accused by the owner of taking drinks from the fridge in our room. We kept saying we NEVER touched any of the drinks since we arrived. We always bought drinks from outside of the hotel. They didn't believe us so we paid for something than we didn't take. We left the hotel with a bad experience. The employees were very friendly but the owner was very rude.

Well, don’t know from where to start but to sum it up I would like to say that the hotel is super and clean and really amazing,,all the guys working there with mo exception (Ali,Murad,Ercan) are so nice and helpful and always there to ask for any help I might need.. the location is great, it’s close to a tramway station and also near to all the main shops and restaurants and monuments I needed to see…etc Special thanks to Ali the front-disk guy who was so helpful/ humble/ cheerful and so cool as well l.. Highly recommended 👌👌👌
