Gli aspetti positivi sono il fatto che è economico, è vicino all'aeroporto e offre tramonti stupendi. Tuttavia c'erano molti insetti e ho dovuto combattere contro le zanzare per tutta la notte. Lo scarico della doccia è scarso e non molto buono. Di sicuro non ci saranno repliche.

L'hotel è buono. Tanto verde. Il personale cerca sempre di aiutare. Posizione, vicino all'aeroporto. È possibile utilizzare la navetta gratuita per raggiungere la città. L'unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è la pulizia delle camere. Non viene eseguito molto bene e in un momento poco chiaro. Possono venire al mattino oppure alle 3-4 del pomeriggio.

L'hotel è nella media, un po' caro per queste 4 stelle. Tra i vantaggi rientrano la posizione vicina all'aeroporto e il trasferimento gratuito per raggiungerlo.

Hotel eccellente, molto pulito e con personale attento. Piscina e spiaggia meravigliose. Il cibo del ristorante è molto buono, con una vasta scelta. Vorrei che ci fosse anche della birra artigianale.

È stato fantastico come al solito. Era la mia seconda volta in questo hotel! Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare in questo posto! Prezzo ragionevole e bella atmosfera! Ma fate attenzione quando andate in spiaggia, ci sono TANTI WROMS DI MARE 🥲

Amazing place to stay with your family. I took a Villa and it was a nice experience with the pool right outside our window, breakfast is excellent!

Phu Quoc Mercury Resort is a charming and tranquil getaway located on the serene island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. Nestled amidst lush greenery and offering scenic views of the surrounding landscape, this resort provides a peaceful retreat for travelers seeking relaxation and a touch of luxury.

The resort provides airport shuttle service which is very convenient. When we checked in at around 7pm, it was raining heavily and the hotel was so generous to give out restaurant coupons for food and drinks so we could stay to have our dinner. Buffet breakfast has quite a variety and with fresh fruit.The pool villa was another great offer from them , we just walked out from our villa and the pool was just outside with at least 500 m long. We have loved it. As our villa was at the end so it was liked a private pool to ourselves. The beaches weren’t too good as waves were so big and we found out two big drainages were leading to the sea from the villa. Overall it was quite a good stay for us.

Hotel provides free airport pickup and dropoff, shuttle bus explore trip, free teatime and free kayak. Really appreciated. Beach front hotel.

Amazing staff and service. Staff was kind to pack the breakfast for me since my flight was early in the morning. It was really delicious and full of hearts. And the foods there was nice and price is very reasonable. Room us spacious. Down of it is old property. And Wall soundproofing is totally faulty :( I woke up 3am in the morning due to noise next door and inspect noise from outside. Overall good choice to stay 1Night for airport. However you must knw what you expect.

The hotel is fine but would there are lots of improvements to be had. In the gym, both running machines dont work. There is a level of upkeep that is not present. The private pool was great but the pool cleaners did a poor job. One time there were 2 dead frogs in the pool and the cleaners saw it and did nothing until i told them to get a net. The next night there was about 100 dead flies in the pool and from 6-11am not one cleaner bothered to clean the pool despite checking the pool. The beach is just average and there are a lot of ants and flies. Additionally, on check out i was accused of taking a glass from the bathroom - something i did not do. The glass was still in the bathroom.

It was an amazing stay ! We enjoyed every moment, staff were amazing, amenities were excellent, location was great because they had access to taxis and a shuttle. Very clean too !
