L'hotel era molto pulito, di recente costruzione e il personale era molto cordiale e disponibile. Il servizio in camera è disponibile 24 ore su 24 ed è davvero gustoso.

È un hotel nella media e rispetto alla sua età, l'arredamento delle camere, i servizi e le condizioni generali dell'hotel sembrano sorprendentemente vecchi e usurati. C'è un problema generale con lo scarico dell'acqua nei bagni e anche se la tua camera è al piano non fumatori, c'è un odore di fumo costante. Gli addetti ai piani e le pulizie fanno un buon lavoro, ma non cambiano lo stato finale. Un altro problema è il prezzo, fluttua molto. Ho pagato l'importo più alto per i giorni in cui sono rimasto, ma avevo una delle peggiori camere in quel momento. Allo stesso tempo, altri clienti che hanno pagato molto meno di me avevano una camera d'angolo. Mi aspetto un approccio di gestione migliore per questo tipo di casi, come l'upgrade gratuito della camera e la fornitura di crediti. Se hai delle opzioni, preferisci altri hotel a meno che tu non abbia decisamente bisogno della posizione o di un'altra cosa per un motivo.

The swimming pool, gym and Turkish bath are the forte of this hotel. The staff was friendly too. The rooms are quite old for my standard

Lovely hotel, though the price is a bit high for Turkiye. Absolutely exceptional staff! Had such a great time conversing with several of the concierge and the pool staff. All extremely friendly and going out of their way to help you by all means. Very attentive, helped us with a last minute airport transfer request and stayed with us the entire time while we waited for the cab. The housekeeping is wonderful, they did not bother us at all and always seemed to come exactly while we were away (we would leave for lunch sometimes and come back to a clean room, which was nice). The indoor pool was a little cold, though mind you it was around 17°C in Istanbul at night. You are required to wear a swimming cap to swim in the pool, if you do not have one you can buy one for about 70 liras iirc. Rooms are not well soundproofed, could hear everything going on in the hallway which was a bit bothersome at night. We did not have the breakfasts but room service is very reasonably priced. Security smiles at you with every entrance and exit :) Thank you for the stay, will definitely stay here again if we are in the city!

The staff is very nice and welcoming. The room was comfy but had minor flaws (e.g. shower didn’t drain properly). The location was half way between Istanbul city center and the SAW airport. All in all worth the money but no 5 star hotel, at least in my books. I can still recommend it to others.

房間很大，床很大，設施都不錯，周邊吃得很多，離商場步行25分鐘，不過商場對於中國人而言，很low，沒必要逛，唯一的不足就是Wi-Fi信號很弱

Красивый отель,приветливый персонал,но пытались заставить оплатить мини бар,хотя я в этом не нуждался,+ нельзя приходить в номер со своей едой ,после получения заказа заставили есть в лобби за это минус,также из плюсов это большой спортзал с разным инвентарем

早餐不錯，附近也很便利
