There is a stone fire pit area in the back yard- wood is not provided except in winter months but there may be some remaining in the ring that can be used when there. WIFI:WIFI is available and will be provided at check in. Service in this area can be spotty though.TV SETUPS:The basement and living room are both equipped with streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Etc.) Guests are required to bring their own login for apps they wish to use. Snow and water be will make walkways slippery. The driveway and walkways will be cleared prior to your stay but because it can snow daily and winds will constantly blow the snow onto these areas shovels will be provided if needed.
