The island has seating for 4 and is a great place to spend time for those who aren't busy in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with a griddle, air fryer, toaster, blendtec blender, and everything you need to bake or cook! There is a bathroom and one bedroom on the main level. The sunroom is right off the living room. In the basement there are 3 bedrooms, a living room, laundry room and the master bedroom with an ensuite. Ensuite has a walk in shower with double shower heads and a stand alone soaker tub. There's a tv with dvds downstairs as well. The bedroom downstairs has two single twin beds in it. The laundry room has a full bed in it. KICHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with hopefully everything you could think you need for every meal, football/UFC snacks or even a stay through a holiday! LIVING ROOM: The living room is meant to be a place you want to gather to hang out together. A place to sit back or snuggle up, put your feet up, laugh together with a game, watch a movie or your favorite TV show… or again… football or UFC. And if you fall asleep or need the extra sleep area, we have wanted to provide a comfortable place for that, too!BATHROOM: The bathroom also has everything you need to be comfortable, and more! Help yourself to the soaps, shampoo, conditioner and all of the towels. OUTSIDE/BACKYARD: There is covered patio area for parking or extracurricular activity items.
