Our lot is mature and naturally wooded to offer privacy. Our community is gated and offers walking trails and lots of wildlife. You will feel like you are tucked away in a peaceful place, and yet you are only minutes from town.The property has a series of stairs that lead to the dock. We suggest children should always be accompanied by an adult. We also recommend a well-planned list before walking down to the platform and dock. You will get your exercise on those stairs. See photos.The garage is open to the guest. It also houses the gas grill, fire pit, and trash containers. These items should stay in the garage due to wildlife. Do not leave them sitting out unattended. Additional paddles or vest may be stored here if needed. The grill and the fire pit are only to be used on the driveway, not on the deck due to fire risk.The home is set up for 12 guests and we provide linens, towels, kitchenware including kid’s flatware and cups, a drip coffee machine and a Keurig.
