my place is only 4 miles from seward and it is located on it's own lot with free parking.THE HOME HAS 3 TV'S ONE IN EACH BEDROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM. IF MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE BOOK YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO USE A LATTER TO CLIMB UP THE LOFT AND THE LOFT IS 30 INCHES AT THE LOWEST HEIGHT AND 53 INCHES AT THE HIGHEST HEIGHT.
