With NY Trail C5A nearby, we are perfectly located to make your next snowmobile/ATV trip easy and fun. From the beautifully groomed C5A, you can explore everything the New York State Tug Hill area has to offer. Use the 3 story barn to safely store sleds and other equipment. The property is located on the Salmon River between the Trestle Pool and Ellis Cove. A walk out the backdoor puts you on the river in minutes or you can take a short drive down Route 13 to one of your favorite spots. With nearly 2000 square feet of space you have plenty of room to spread out. There are 5 bedrooms with 8 beds total. All beds have pillows, linens and a comforter. The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you need to prepare meals. An open floor plan includes an 8-person dining table and living room has a 52-inch flat screen with X-Box 360 to play games or DVD's. A mudroom makes it easy to get in out of the cold and has a washer and dryer for your use. The house and bed linens are cleaned after every stay to ensure a clean and comfortable experience. * There is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath barn on the property. Since we also enjoy visiting the area from time to time we may be using the barn during your stay. However, we will remain out of the way and will not access the house or deck during your stay.
