"The hotel is a solid choice for business travelers. It’s conveniently located, especially if you’re in town for corporate meetings. While the rooms aren’t anything special, they’re decent—you basically get what’s shown in the photos.
I didn’t use the Wi-Fi because the instructions were unclear, so I recommend asking the front desk for help to avoid any hassle.
The best part for me is the location—it’s right in the middle of malls and restaurants, which makes everything accessible. One thing to note: bring your own bottled water. The water in the room didn’t taste clean. Breakfast is average, but for the price, it’s worth it.
Overall, I’d stay here again for the convenience, but next time, I’ll be sure to bring my own water."

"Ha avuto un soggiorno molto bello in questo hotel. La stanza era ok per il prezzo che ho pagato. L'hotel era decente. E 'connesso a un Mall, molto conveniente soprattutto la macchina ATM vicino all'ingresso dell'hotel. Non male affatto. Speciale attenzione alla signora Gracyl Ann, la direttrice di prenotazioni, che ha lasciato il suo modo di aiutarmi con le mie situazioni di prenotazione. Era molto utile e attenta. Lo apprezzo davvero. Amo anche i cacciatori al Lobby Hotel. Un po' turbato con il personale del colazione che non era stato molto utile con i miei ordini di colazione. Forse anche i canali televisivi in camera potrebbero avere anche canali internazionali/inglese per noi stranieri di godere durante il nostro soggiorno qui. Fornire anche caricatori aggiuntivi per telefono/dispositivo solo in caso ci siano ospiti che hanno dimenticato di portare i loro cavi di carica come me 😅In generale, è stato un buon soggiorno. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality truly added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel.
The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It had all the basic amenities I needed, and the bed was very comfortable—perfect after a long day of exploring the city.
One of the best things about Sede Bloc Hotel is its convenient location. It’s situated within walking distance of several malls and popular establishments, making it incredibly easy to shop, dine, or just stroll around the area. Whether you’re visiting Cebu for business or leisure, you’ll appreciate the accessibility and vibrant surroundings.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Sede Bloc Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Cebu. I would definitely return on my next visit!

UUtente ospiteIl centro di Ayala è un posto per stare qui. Rimango qui se torno in futuro. 2 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale. Tutto il personale è stato utile e amichevole. Siamo stati in 21 Fiore e I Love the Room molto modernized And super clean , la vista è perfetta per il caffè mattina presto , il buffet è stato buona acqua bollita viene fornito alla stanza ogni giorno. AAACEBThey have a baby pool that is just the right size for my daughter and a pool good enough for my teenage son. The water faucet has well-maintained hot and cold shower plumbing and it makes it so comfortable to rest when all amenities are working. Their massage is 24 hours open. Their sauna in the gym is a bit inconvenient because you have to walk pass through all the people working out if you want to use the sauna. Other than that, everything is excellent!

Ok WiFi on the 3 floor and great WiFi on the 11th also the was steaming hot if I wanted that hot . The life band were good and the buffet was good they changed the food every day ,( example chicken curry one day then chicken adobo) best and worst part in my opinion

The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which was a great plus for staying connected.
The hotel's common areas, including the lobby and dining spaces, were well-maintained and exuded a sophisticated yet cozy ambiance. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, featuring local and international dishes that appealed to all palates. The in-house restaurant staff was attentive and ensured a delightful dining experience.

While everything was close to perfect, a minor improvement could be enhancing soundproofing in the rooms to block out occasional street noise. Nonetheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience.
I highly recommend the Tsai Hotel and Residences to anyone visiting the area. It offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and impeccable service that guarantees a memorable stay. I am looking forward to returning on my next trip!

TThomasBGOverall it meets the expectations, even though the best part of the hotel is the lobby. But still - spacious rooms, cleanliness is OK (even though I don't really like the idea to tell the reception to have my room cleaned, as their rule is - when I'm choosing to stay in a hotel, this should happen by default), beds are nice enough and there is a desk and a normal chair, if you need to spend some time on your laptop. Wifi is not good (good speed, but unstable - at some moments completely lost, and then in a minute to five minutes - works fine again), but I have a feeling this is a problem with wifi net in the Philippines as a general, or at least in its hotels, because it's been so in every single one of them over 3 different islands. The other thing that needs improvement in this hotel, is the bathroom. Who needs a bathtub in 2024, especially when you can't properly take a shower in it because there is not even a curtain if not something better to keep the water only within the wet zone? But still the overall feeling was good and I was happy to be there for 3 days. For more - not really. The area around is nice with a lot of restaurant, cafe and fast food option, however, to get to other parts of Cebu, you'd better be prepared to waste some time because of the traffic jams in the busy part of the day - but since this is a problem almost everywhere, I wouldn't blame the hotel for this.

RRegieActually, the service is good. The location is fair enough to the Ayala Center Cebu. But unfortunately, the amenities such as free wifi is not good, everytime or everyminute the conection was so poor. And about the food which i can't tell because i have not try to eat there.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for almost a week and overall, we had a great experience. The room was spacious enough for two people, and could even comfortably accommodate a small family. The large bed was perfect for a restful sleep, and the air conditioning worked well, keeping us cool throughout our stay.
The bathroom was clean, although we did encounter a minor issue with the shower head at the beginning — black particles were coming out, but this was promptly addressed. We also noticed that the room had a slightly oldish smell on the first day, which might be due to the building being a bit aged. Still, for the price and the size of the room, it’s definitely a good bargain.
We appreciated the daily housekeeping service; staff would come in to tidy up and collect the trash, which helped maintain cleanliness throughout our stay. Hot water could be requested from the kitchen staff starting at 7 AM in case no thermos was available, which was a nice touch.
The hotel staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed — a definite highlight of our stay. The location is also convenient, with a 7/11 and several stores nearby (though some close early at night). For a local food experience, there’s authentic Filipino barbecue right outside the hotel in the evenings, and a number of restaurants are within walking distance.
All in all, we had a relaxing and comfortable stay, and we would definitely consider coming back. Highly recommended for couples and families looking for an affordable and cozy place to stay!
