"the place was amazing, it was near my where I’m supposed to go, near malls and along the highway. Perfect if your on a budget, and solo traveller, but few notes, maybe just me but I’d appreciate more efficiency from the staff specially front desk, they will give you what you need it may take time and had to go back down few times to get what I need, also building wise, if you don’t want to add a phone in every single room maybe just add one near the elevator that is connected to the lobby so that when we have to follow up we don’t have to go back few times just for towels or bedsheet change request, especially if your tired and just want a good rest.
Overall my stay was good and would definitely stay here again☺️

"a quick overnight stay at quest. ian was generous enough to extend a late check-out as ive checked-in late and considerate in providing me with a corner room with a gorgeous view of the business disrict. bedroom was spacious but needs a makeover. it also has the amenities you need - iron and board included. the bathroom had a weird layout. express check-out was convenient and fast. overall, will stay here again."

UUtente ospiteThe staff is great from doorman, check-in to breakfast/restaurant. Very friendly and warm. They treat you with sincere respect. The rooms are very clean with amenities and towles never missing.
For breakfast, they offer a wide range of food and variety. I didn't get tired even after 4 breakfasts.
Location is awesome, too. Basically attached to the mall, every kind of food (Jollibee to yakiniku and high-end pancake place) is within 3-5 minute walking distance. Sugbo Mercado is 3 minutes away on foot. Simply the best in the area.

UUtente ospiteWe had our best stay in Cebu, thanks to Holiday Inn, we had the perfect buffet breakfast to start the day and free coffee in the afternoon. Very nice view also of the Business Park at night, and very hospitable staff! We will surely come back!

FFulgencio PolThey improve much better than last time, had a water dispenser outside the room, had elevator, free breakfast in the plate limited portion but it’s ok, they don’t provide kettle in the room as they said they have water dispenser outside that can get hot water although not as much hot as newly boiled water, I tried to rent one but very expensive php 150/day seems to me it’s very expensive to charge that much. Other than that staff is very helpful and polite, room is clean limited space especially the bathroom but it’s ok.

La colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni deliziose, dal frutto fresco e yogurt ai piatti caldi, tutti serviti in un spazio luminoso e invitante. La posizione era eccellente, vicina alle principali attrazioni, ristoranti e collegamenti di trasporto convenienti. UUtente ospiteThe room were amazing we stay a Jr suit on the 8th floor and the executive room on the 11th the hotel it self is not very big perfect if your a bit of a introvert person . Ok WiFi on the 3 floor and great WiFi on the 11th also the was steaming hot if I wanted that hot . The life band were good and the buffet was good they changed the food every day ,( example chicken curry one day then chicken adobo) best and worst part in my opinion

The location is fantastic, offering proximity to key attractions, dining options, and shopping areas, making it ideal for leisure and business travelers alike.
The room was immaculate, with modern furnishings that combined comfort and functionality. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom and the availability of essential amenities that catered to every need. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which was a great plus for staying connected.
The hotel's common areas, including the lobby and dining spaces, were well-maintained and exuded a sophisticated yet cozy ambiance. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, featuring local and international dishes that appealed to all palates. The in-house restaurant staff was attentive and ensured a delightful dining experience.
What truly set the Tsai Hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting me with warm smiles and a willingness to assist with any request.
While everything was close to perfect, a minor improvement could be enhancing soundproofing in the rooms to block out occasional street noise. Nonetheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience.

CCERLAN BALTAZARThis is not my first time staying at this hotel, and overall, the location and price are acceptable. However, there’s an issue that has become increasingly frustrating, and I hope something can be done about it in the future.
During my first stay, I noticed the hotel advertised a mini refrigerator in the room, which was a nice feature. Unfortunately, I found there was no mini refrigerator in the room when I arrived. I didn't make a fuss about it, assuming it was an oversight or perhaps not included in the room type I had booked.
On my second visit, I specifically asked the front desk at check-in whether the room had a mini refrigerator, to which they assured me, ”Yes, sir,” it was equipped with one. I was pleased to hear this, expecting a positive change. When I entered my room, I found the mini refrigerator and noticed that it was running—at least the indicator light was on. I placed one of the complimentary water bottles inside, thinking I might want something cold later.
However, in the middle of the night, when I woke up, I checked the water to see if it had cooled down after several hours. To my disappointment, although the mini refrigerator was on and the indicator light was lit, I didn’t hear the usual compressor sound that signals it was actually cooling. I even checked the temperature settings, which were set to the maximum, confirming my suspicion that the refrigerator wasn’t functioning properly. It seemed to be there for show, rather than providing the service that was advertised.
When I checked out, I made sure to inform the front desk about my experience, both during this stay and the previous one. Moving forward, I’ll be more proactive in asking for assistance from the front desk if the mini refrigerator continues to be a problem. If this equipment isn’t functioning, it might be better not to advertise it as a feature at all, so guests aren’t misled into thinking they’re receiving something they’re not.

Il mio partner e io siamo rimasti in questo hotel per quasi una settimana e abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa per due persone, e poteva anche accogliere una piccola famiglia. Il letto era perfetto per dormire tranquillo, e l'aria condizionata funzionava bene, mantenendoci freddi per tutta la nostra permanenza.
Il bagno era pulito, anche se abbiamo incontrato una questione minore con la testa del doccia all'inizio particelle nere uscivano, ma questo è stato affrontato immediatamente. Abbiamo anche notato che la stanza aveva un odore leggermente vecchio il primo giorno, che potrebbe essere dovuto all’invecchiamento dell’edificio. Tuttavia, per il prezzo e la dimensione della stanza, è certamente un buon negoziato.
Apprezziamo il servizio di custodia quotidiana; il personale verrà a raccogliere il cestino, che ha contribuito a mantenere la pulizia durante il nostro soggiorno. L'acqua calda potrebbe essere richiesta dal personale cucinato a partire alle 7:00 se non ci fossero termi, che è stato un bel toccamento.
Il personale dell'hotel era costantemente amichevole, utile e pronto a fornire un chiaro evidenziamento della nostra permanenza. La posizione è anche conveniente, con un 7/11 e più negozi vicino (anche se alcuni si chiudevano presto alla notte). Per una esperienza alimentare locale, ci sono barbecue Filipino autentico proprio fuori dall'hotel in serata, e molti ristoranti sono a piedi.
In generale, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno rilassante e confortevole, e sicuramente pensavamo di tornare. Molto consigliato per coppie e famiglie che cercano un posto conveniente e accogliente per soggiornare!
