Hotel con spa a Cebu

It was our first time at NUSTAR. We only stayed for one night. It was a birthday suprise for my wife. She loved it and so did I. The suite we had was awesome. Very clean and spacious. We loved the layout of the room. There was a lot of details put into designing these suites. Very well done. The mall was great, all high to higher end stores which explains why not many customers in the stores. The 2nd floor had several restaurants. All were very busy which is good to see. We wanted to do the sky walk however it is by reservation only and they had already sold out for the day, so book that early if you want to do. The ****** was fun. First time for my wife. It was clean and very similar to all other casinos.We are already making plans to come back in December for a week, so I would highly recommend it. As for the cost, probably out of reach for most Filipinos however for foreigners it is very affordable. Just remember it is a high class place with standards and a dress code.

Adoro la posizione dell'hotel. È vicino a ristoranti, negozi e sportelli bancomat. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e cordiale. Il cibo della colazione è discreto. Nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata molto positiva.

Per il prezzo che ho pagato (~7300 pesos), non ne valeva la pena. Ho prenotato la mia camera per la prima volta con circa un mese di anticipo solo per sentirmi dire giorni prima del mio arrivo che il mio letto king size sarebbe stato cambiato in un queen con un letto singolo aggiuntivo. Vorrei solo che ti dessero le opzioni che avevi prenotato originariamente e non cercassero di convincermi che avrei ottenuto un accordo migliore con l'aggiunta del letto singolo. Pensavano che uno di noi avrebbe dormito nel letto singolo mentre l'altro avrebbe avuto il letto matrimoniale tutto per sé? La nostra prenotazione era per la vigilia di Capodanno e abbiamo anche prenotato un pacchetto celebrativo per il loro grande balcone. Inizialmente mi è stato chiesto di pagare un certo prezzo da un membro dello staff, ma in seguito ho scoperto che avevano commesso un errore e che avrei dovuto pagare il costo aggiuntivo al mio arrivo. Una volta arrivato, ho pagato il costo del tè, ma ho dovuto passare attraverso 3 diversi membri dello staff prima di ricevere le istruzioni corrette e le fasce da braccio che dovevo ricevere. Il numero successivo riguardava la festa celebrativa che avrebbe dovuto svolgersi dalle 10 alle 12:30. La mia camera era al 16° piano e sono andata in camera mia alle 12:30 solo per intrattenermi ulteriormente fino alle 3 del mattino. Il suono basso della musica mi ha tenuto sveglio fino alle 3:30. Infine, il buffet del mattino successivo era vario in ciò che offrivano ma, a parte il caffè, il pasto era freddo. Il mio consiglio alle persone è che questo hotel è sopravvalutato e che è possibile trovare hotel migliori a prezzi più economici che, a mio parere, rappresenterebbero un passo avanti in termini di servizio e comodità. Non sprecare i tuoi soldi!

Location is the best thing about this hotel literally in the center of all. convenient store, ATMs, fast foods, restos, name it , and all is just within reach, by foot. In front is a park where you can walk early morning or late aftie till night. Staff and specially guards on duties are very welcoming and helpful. room that we booked is at the 5ht floor (509), it is big and clen, ideal for our family group (2 seniors, 1 adult and a toodler). senior and child friendly hotels, ad they have elevator. soap toothpaste toothbrush shampoo towels blankets are all new and clean, AC is cold and new. with safety box, small fridge. free water bottle to all. It has an inhouse resto, thou i learned different management, but still ill recommend coz their breakfast is so good! (they charge for room service), So i suggest just go down to the ground floor where they're located to eat . the hotel is such a good catch and well recommended

Mary Ann e i suoi dipendenti sono il miglior ospite. Questa visita è avvenuta durante il tifono. Hanno aiutato e gestito tutti dando cibo e rendendo tutti sicuri all'interno del loro ostello.

We arrived early and we were checked in and go to our room . The apar**ent had the best view of bridge and city loong towards the ocean. Everything was available to us so we could cook our meals. The air con was very icy cold and beds were so comfortable. We also had a balcony which made the stay more relaxing.. The staff were the absolute best, besides the wonderfull acomadation, the staff made out stay amazing... We will always go back

Its nice to have a hotel in the heart of the city and very accommodating personel
