Il trasferimento è a Alona o ristoranti, concordato con il conducente per il momento in cui ci riporta all'hotel, ma non è mai arrivato. Tuc toc da Alona 150 peso.
Le colazioni sono le stesse - 4 piatti per la scelta ogni giorno. Il personale ha aiutato a comprare biglietti per la nave, mentre abbiamo dovuto imparare tutto sui servizi aggiuntivi. In generale molto prezioso per questo denaro, consigliamo agli amici

Il servizio dell'hotel è PERFECT! Quando sono arrivato, mi è stato detto qualcosa di sbagliato con l'acqua che ho prenotato, così hanno già organizzato un altro ristorante per la mia famiglia, ho detto alla signora del front desk la mia principale preoccupazione è il volo presto il giorno prossimo, La grande ragione per cui ho scelto questo resort è che fornisce trasporto all'aeroporto, e lei ha confermato che inviano un furgone al nostro nuovo hotel domani mattina. Mentre la mia famiglia aspetta al tavolo frontale per la macchina al nuovo hotel, le signore del tavolo frontale hanno anche preparato sandwich gratis per noi. (è circa l'ora del pranzo), il modo in cui il nuovo resort è ovviamente migliore e la camera ha anche accesso alla piscina (vedi foto) ma voglio dire, la dipendenza da immersione mi ha colpito più durante il mio soggiorno in Sumilon e Bohol.

The hotel is very new, clean and located at a nice spot on the Pangangan island. It offers excellent conditions for snorkeling and diving with an own reef. The hotel offers an own diving shop with guides for diving training and trips to surrounding islands for reasonable prices. The location is far away from tourist hotspot like Panglao and is a perfect location for relaxing or using the hotel for daytrips to e..g. The chocolate hills.
The staff of the hotel is very friendly and supportive for all activities, even if some of of the work routines and processes still need some optimization due to the relative young age of the Ressort.

È un ristorante molto privato con grandi piscine e giardini. È solo un ristorante fantastico per rilassarsi. La vista dalla piscina è fantastica. C'è una piccola isola che si può camminare, nuotare o prendere una piccola barca dipende dal tempo. Il servizio è stato grande. Ho un piccolo bruciore sulla mia mano, ma il primo aiuto è arrivato immediatamente nella mia stanza e l'ha presa cura. FYI, la piscina usa acqua salata e si hanno bisogno di goggles se si vuole nuotare.

Our room is near in the road my husband doesn't sleep because of the sound of motorcycle and etc. From 3rd floor we change our room to 6floor. the locations its great malls,restaurants, massage etc. Are near.

Il servizio eccezionale che mi ha offerto mi ha colpito dal momento in cui sono arrivato al porto per il pick-up, che mi ha fatto un viaggio tranquillo e confortevole. Quando arrivai, mi fu salutato un soggiorno pulito e ben accanto, che era completo con tutte le attrezzature di cui avevo bisogno. Ha offerto una varietà incredibile di opzioni, che mi hanno consentito di indulgere in un pasto delizioso e soddisfacente.

The hotel was clean and the staff were quite nice but it was rather basic. For toiletries, all they provided were a Toothbrush and toothpaste and I had to go out to get myself soap, shampoo and conditioner. There wasn't much to do in the immediate area but you rent a motorbike and move around the town on your own.

Molto bella scoperta. Personale molto piacevole e attento. Idealmente situato a equidistanza delle principali attrazioni dell’isola (Chocolate Hills, Loboc River, Tarsier Sanctuary, ecc.). Ben notare che non esiste un blocco sanitario comune e non de point d’eau né WC nelle tende (molto spaziali).
Le seul point regrettable est l'absence de vrai restaurant à proximité. Il faut se rendre en scooter (location conseillée) au petit centre-ville où l'on trouve quelques vendeurs de brochets pas toujours appétissantes. Sur ce point sachez qu'il est possible de demander un barbecue avec de la viande et des légumes au personnel de l'établissement. Un restaurant devrait prochainement ouvrir dans l'incidence.

The resort is very good overall. However there's a few niggles.
Check in took way too long. 2 people serving? When you have a long queue in the heat of the lobby this isn't a great first impression. The lobby on arrival was so busy. When I've checked into other hotels I've usually been impressed with the smoothness of check in. This wasn't a pleasant experience or environment especially if you're traveling with children.
We couldn't get a massage. We wanted to confirm the time the next day and they wouldn't give us this option.?
The lift? One lift in the main area? For a resort this big and expensive they should have more lifts
The stairs at the pool are stony. This will really hurt your feet when you're not expecting it
The breakfast is good for Filipinos however for Westerners like myself there should be more choice. Not just bread and egg.
The beach is small. You get hassled by people trying to sell you stuff. Protect your belongings. Doesn't feel safe, look out for algae in the water. Not pleasant to swim through.
The resort restaurants are very expensive.
The lobby isn't air conditioned? Why not make it a pleasure to be in the lobby and serve coffee to guests?
Not everyone wants ice tea.
We were told to pay 6000php on arrival which luckily we had but we didn't know about this deposit for incidentals ahead of time.
The positives are.
They gave us umbrellas when we walked outside for the shade.
The shower in our room was excellent.
The warm water in the pool. And swimming till late is lovely.
The staff are very good and attentive and professional. They served us with care and attention and nothing was too much trouble. I got looked after by the nurse at 10pm.

AAh youngSe cerchi una fuga pacifica, questo posto è davvero un paradiso nascosto.
Le lussuose piante verdi e i fiori vibranti impostano il tono perfetto, mentre la vista infinita dell'oceano da ogni angolo offre un senso di calma e tranquillità. Ogni sedia attorno alla proprietà vi dà una prospettiva unica, sia che si tratti delle nuvole torrenziali, dell'isola di Cebu nella distanza, o del magico arcobaleno dipinto il cielo con le ossa calde, come l'arcobaleno.
Quando la notte cadrà, il bosco viene vivo con le fiamme, gettando piccole luci brillanti che si sentono come la propria favola della natura.
Il cibo qui è gonfio! Si possono godere sia i piatti cucinati a casa Filipino che tedesco, e se siete qui, non perderete le patate masticate e il maiale profondamente fritto con formaggio, è assolutamente delizioso!
Il luogo che rendeva davvero inoltrabile era Joachim, il padrone, che con anni di esperienza di immersione (più di quanto avessi avuto), mi ha aiutato a superare il mio timore per il mondo sottomarino. Come principiante, ero nervoso, ma è calmo e guida professionale mi ha fatto sentire al sicuro e mi ha permesso di vivere un mondo nuovo sotto la superficie. Puoi anche incontrare tortuose mentre immergo! Con diversi punti di immersione attorno all'isola, c'è qualcosa che tutti possono godere.
Il personale, compreso Jessel e Luci, era incredibilmente amichevole e benvenuto, e questo piccolo villaggio divenne un santuario dove potevo davvero rilassarmi e collegare con la natura.
Non avrete bisogno di musica qui. L'armonia del vento, delle onde e degli uccelli è tutto quello che avete bisogno. E' puro, calmante gioia.

What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! Персонал отеля — настоящие профессионалы! Очень отзывчивые, душевные и всегда готовые помочь. Когда мы решили арендовать байк, его привезли прямо к отелю — новый, мощный, всего за 500 песо в сутки. Это было невероятно удобно для поездок на пляж Алон (всего 7 км) и к местным достопримечательностям.
Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки. Еда была вкусной, свежей и приготовленной с любовью. Настоящее наслаждение начинать день с таких блюд!
Порадовала близость к улице с кафе и ресторанами — буквально несколько минут пешком. Это позволило нам попробовать много местных блюд и не зависеть от транспорта.
Особенное спасибо за организацию раннего завтрака перед нашим выездом — в 5:30 все уже было готово, а трансфер до аэропорта ждал нас вовремя.
E L Westensee Resort — это место, куда хочется вернуться! Теплая атмосфера, идеальная чистота и заботливый подход к каждому гостю сделали наш отдых просто незабываемым!

DDaniela1975Bellissimo in stile minimalista, due belle zone di piscina, una con infinita piscina. Ci siamo fermati solo per una notte, e siamo stati principalmente fuori dall'hotel in giri di giorno. Colazione era molto buona, cena era buona, non grande. Rispetto ad altri hotel che abbiamo soggiornato nelle Filippine, questo è sul lato piccolo e forse meno familiare, più per coppie.

Ristorante. In generale, molto buono a un menu eccellente. Suggerimento: caffè fresco per goccia o una macchina fresca espresso piuttosto che capsule. Inoltre, si apprezzarebbero le opzioni vegan/vegetariani. C'è certamente un mercato per questo.
Suggerimento piccolo: “ Alcuni” personale trovano difficile sorridere. Un sorriso sempre rende felice tutti, compresi i clienti. In generale, il personale e la gestione sono amichevoli e professionali.
La manutenzione minore richiesta per il bagno durante i 10 giorni che ero qui non era curata. Non importa cosa sia. Ma mi aspettavo che fosse curata da quando ero qui per un po' e ne ho parlato qualche volta. Sono certo che alla fine si occuperanno di questo.
Una cosa, anche se io consiglio molto: il pavimento della doccia è molto slippery. Anche con acqua e senza sapone diventa piuttosto slippery. Devo essere molto attento. È una cosa molto piccola da prendersi cura di ma estremamente importante  perché la sicurezza è fondamentale. Dovevo indossare le scarpe da nuoto nel doccia per assicurarmi di non slip. Non l'ho menzionato al secondo giorno e ho chiesto una soluzione come un matto non slip, ecc., ma non l'hanno fornita. 
Apprezzo che mi hanno lasciato rimanere per un'ora per finire il mio ultimo giorno senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.
Sono venuto alle Filippine da più di 10 anni. Ho soggiornato in molte province e in molti hotel. Questo è il migliore di lontano e è altamente raccomandato. Spero che mantengano i loro prezzi ragionevoli per il futuro. Per i soldi, penso che sia certamente il migliore che si possa ottenere rispetto a molti altri luoghi nelle Filippine. Deducerei due o tre punti solo per un paio di cose che ho menzionato sopra. Dallo a questo hotel un 4.7 su cinque stelle.

I requested a birthday surprise setup in our room, and they went extra mile and provided it for free as a complimentary gesture.
The room is very spacious, and they provide toiletries. If you need extra toiletries, they will deliver it right away!
The pool area is great for swimming, especially during happy hour. They offer a buy-one-get-one-free deal on drinks at the pool bar.
The hotel is walking distance of Alona Beach and it’s very safe, as you just walk through Hennan Alona to get to the beach. It’s also close to restaurants, fast food, souvenir shops. 8mins away from the Panglao Airport.
We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Bohol. It’s worth every penny. If I could rate it more stars, I will! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tuttavia, vale la pena notare che la mancanza di un ascensore potrebbe essere una sfida per alcuni ospiti, in particolare quelli con bagagli pesanti o problemi di mobilità. Mentre lo staff è disposto ad aiutare con i bagagli, sconsiglierei di portare troppi bagagli o bagagli pesanti per evitare inconvenienti.
L'opzione per il trasporto dall'hotel al porto del molo (da Panglao a Tagbilaran) a un costo ragionevole di 800 pesos è stata comoda e apprezzata. Mi ha risparmiato il fastidio di organizzare il trasporto da solo.

Il posto era complessivamente tranquillo in termini di altri ospiti in casa, ma a certi orari della mattina può diventare un po' rumoroso a causa dei cani del vicino, che mi hanno svegliato. Comprensibilmente, è fuori dal controllo dell'hotel. Sebbene ci siano stati aspetti del mio soggiorno che ho apprezzato, come il personale cordiale e la biancheria da letto comoda, ci sono aree in cui i miglioramenti potrebbero migliorare l'esperienza complessiva degli ospiti, in particolare in termini di servizi e pulizia della camera.
Nel complesso, il prezzo della camera per il soggiorno era ragionevole e offriva un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, completando l'esperienza complessiva. Consiglierei sicuramente questo posto e prenoterei di nuovo per viaggi futuri.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato una camera Superior Deluxe, dopo aver assegnato la camera abbiamo scoperto che il bagno aveva un odore insopportabile. Dopo il passaggio ad una camera deluxe, questo problema è scomparso. Abbiamo poi pagato un sovrapprezzo di 600 pesos al giorno per l'upgrade. L'intero hotel è più adatto alla gente del posto, c'è un grande arretrato di ristrutturazione. Quando facevo la doccia, l'acqua scorreva sul pavimento del bagno e rimaneva lì in una grande pozzanghera perché lo scarico era più alto del livello del pavimento. Quando andavo in bagno avevo le gambe nella pozzanghera. Mancava un tappetino da bagno. Non c'erano teli da piscina, né tazze e solo un bicchiere. Il bollitore era disponibile. La colazione consisteva in un uovo fritto, una tazza di riso, una fetta di prosciutto discutibile e un po' di frutta. Oppure un uovo al tegamino, due fette di pane tostato, un po' di marmellata e burro, una fetta di prosciutto discutibile e un po' di frutta. Potresti prendere il tuo caffè e le tue bevande. La piscina era bella ed è progettata in modo attraente. La spiaggia è bellissima e viene pulita dal personale.
L'accesso WiFi pubblicizzato alla reception funzionava solo lì, non nelle camere e non nel ristorante. L'ultimo giorno, poco prima della partenza, abbiamo scoperto un'altra connessione WiFi. Questo ha funzionato nel ristorante e in piscina ma non in camera.

-Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos.
-There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool.
-I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣
-No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout
-Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management
-tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY
-we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white ***** that were posted on the website
-corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside
**AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
