Hotel con parcheggio a Bohol Island

That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno al South Palms Resort a Bohol. La posizione, le strutture e l'atmosfera sono tutti di prima classe. Ciò che ha reso questa esperienza speciale è stato il servizio eccellente, soprattutto dal Manager Abie. Abie era incredibilmente pensante, risponsabile, e si è allontanata dal suo modo per assicurarsi che tutto fosse confortevole e piacevole. Il suo professionalismo e la sua calda ospitezza sono rari e molto apprezzati. Ritornerò certamente e consiglierò a tutti questo resort.

Ottimo albergo. L'ho trovato con una sola recensione, sono andato a cercare e ho subito prenotato. L'hotel è nuovissimo, molto pulito, bello, accogliente, le camere e il bagno sono grandi, pienamente coerenti con la foto. La camera dispone di shampoo-balsamo, bagnoschiuma, spazzolini da denti, asciugacapelli, bollitore per tè e caffè, frigorifero rifornito con prezzi, cassaforte, aria condizionata, ventilatore a soffitto. La piscina è pulita, gli asciugamani per la piscina sono forniti. Menu della colazione: europea e filippina, molto gustosa, non piccola. L'hotel ora offre solo la colazione, birra e frutta possono essere acquistate alla reception, gli altri cibi possono essere raggiunti a piedi o addirittura ordinati con consegna da asporto. L'hotel si trova un po' lontano dalla vita, ma se avete la macchina o la bicicletta non ci sono problemi. L'hotel dispone anche di parcheggio. L'unica cosa strana: non abbiamo mai avuto acqua calda, dice che ci sono i pannelli solari, ma l'acqua era sempre ugualmente fresca (non proprio fredda, ci siamo lavati senza problemi, ma non c'era acqua calda). Sì, l'acqua della doccia è fresca, non desalinizzata.

Era pieno della sensazione di un resort. Dato che è un posto tradizionale, potrebbe non avere la pulizia e la raffinatezza di un nuovo resort, ma... La meravigliosa vista della piscina di fronte al mare era un luogo dove potevi sentirti guarito solo guardandola, anche se c'era molto vento. Tutto il personale si è preso cura del nostro programma fino alla fine e si è persino offerto di permetterci un check-out posticipato. Tutta la mia famiglia era felice mentre ero lì ^^ Visiterò di nuovo quando visiterò di nuovo Bohol.

We loved the hotel’s amenities and the buffet breakfast. One thing we truly appreciated was the cleanliness of the room, especially the fresh, clean-smelling bed linens. It’s always comforting to sleep and wake up knowing the bed is spotless and well-maintained. The only downside for us was the lack of nearby restaurants. Whenever we wanted to try something different from the hotel’s food, we had to order through GrabFood. We also hope the beachfront can be better maintained. It would be much more enjoyable if the beach were cleaner, with less seagrass, so guests could comfortably swim and make the most of the beautiful location. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend this place for families and groups of friends. It’s a great destination for a relaxing getaway.

It’s the best for couples. The rooms are really clean, the beds are super comfortable and linens are soo good. They serve great breakfast, you can have nice coffee (which is not easy to find there), the pool is great, the sunsets are the best. The only disappointment I had is that check in should be at 15:00 but we only had the key at 16:00… 1 hour feels like it was stolen. We were really tired after the long way and I was disappointed I couldn’t get to the room on time. Especially considering the fact they ask you to check out at 11:00 instead of 12:00 like everywhere else. The snorkeling on their small beach was great, we saw turtles.

The staff were really helpful and considerate. I’d like to give appreciation to Nova at the Front Desk for giving us the best experience during our 4 days stay and for always greeting us with a smile. The room and hotel were really clean. When I visit Panglao again, we will surely stay here. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Il nostro soggiorno era buono, ma poteva essere migliorato molto da alcuni piccoli aggiustamenti. Siamo stati delusi di trovare che non ci fosse alcuna caldaia o fornitura di tè/caffee nella stanza che crediamo dovrebbe venire come standard, soprattutto in un resort. Inoltre, l'acqua in bottiglia è fornita solo a check-in e non quotidianamente, con cui siamo stati delusi anche. Non ci sono stati saloni solari intorno alla piscina come le foto illustrate sulla app Trip. Molto limitati saloni sulla spiaggia davanti, quindi non erano mai disponibili. Il pranzo era deludente perché non c'era pane o frutta, e quando mi è stato chiesto di pane per chi non mangia carne e non ama uova, non c'era burro. Non ho mai sentito parlare di un ristorante senza burro! Ci sono state opzioni molto limitate, e vi è stato razionato di avere solo un salsa e un uovo, perché era un buffet assistito. Ci era anche riso, ma non c'era niente da andare con esso. Inoltre non ci sono sacchetti di tè disponibili, solo caffè. Nessun servizio di noleggio di lavanderia o scooter che avrebbe reso il nostro soggiorno molto più conveniente, e nessun aiuto per aiutare a trovare questi servizi quando chiesto se li forniscono. Le soccette di pioggia limitate nella stanza hanno reso difficile l'uso dei nostri dispositivi e il loro caricamento contemporaneamente. Non c'era gel da doccia, solo un piccolo bar di sapone ma gel da doccia è preferibile. I distributori d’acqua per riempire le nostre bottiglie sarebbero stati bello considerando che non c’è acqua contenente una bottiglia fornita in giorni diversi dal check in day. All in all a disappointing stay. Oltre alla bella spiaggia, la posizione era anche piuttosto scomoda, poiché non avevamo capito che non vi erano altre opzioni di negozi e ristoranti disponibili, tranne il proprio resort.

Pro: - Bellissima piscina con bagnino - Camera pulita - Il ristorante Gugma serve cibo delizioso - Personale cordiale, fatta eccezione per quella donna alla reception al mattino e per il manager che non si è presentato Contro: - Informazioni fuorvianti e devono essere aggiornate! L'annuncio mostra che l'hotel ha tutti i comfort che cercavamo, ovvero internet wifi/cablato nelle camere, piscina e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, ma non è così. Abbiamo fatto il check-in a tarda notte e la posizione è lontana dalla spiaggia, il wifi è disponibile nel loro gazebo o nella hall con zanzare. - Ci sono 2 diverse filiali dell'hotel, una è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Alona vera e propria con wifi nelle camere ma senza piscina e l'altra è la loro seconda filiale più nuova che è a 1 giro in tuktuk dalla spiaggia di Alona vera e propria senza wifi nelle camere, internet cablato non funziona ma con piscina. -Sono stato sincero con l'albergatore dicendo che viaggio per lavoro e che ho bisogno di tutti quei comfort indicati sul sito web, ma il rimedio che hanno continuato a insistere è stato quello di spostarci nell'altra loro filiale che è più vecchia, senza piscina e con Wi-Fi in camera perché non hanno Wi-Fi né Internet via cavo nella loro camera nel loro secondo hotel e che possiamo semplicemente andare lì la mattina per usare la loro piscina 🤣 -Nessuno dell'hotel si è scusato, nemmeno l'ombra di un manager che si è fatto avanti -Trip.com ha chiesto scusa e ha fornito un risarcimento ma non è abbastanza per le ore di lavoro perse a causa delle punture di zanzara che ho avuto mentre cercavo di lavorare nella hall ma non sono riuscito a tollerarle perché ho paura di avere la dengue, non ho ricevuto nulla dalla direzione dell'hotel -triciclo/tuktuk ti costeranno 100 pesos a tratta CARO -abbiamo provato a camminare fino alla spiaggia perché c'è un altro percorso vicino al secondo hotel ma la strada è rocciosa e le scale erano ripide perché era pensato per i sub o Island Hopper non il ***** bianco che sono stati pubblicati sul sito web -tassa di tappo quindi è meglio acquistare al ristorante dell'hotel o mangiare fuori **DI NUOVO CI SONO 2 FILIALI DI ALBERGHI DIVERSE CON INDIRIZZI E SERVIZI DIVERSI, QUINDI FAI ATTENZIONE NELLA PRENOTAZIONE SOPRATTUTTO SE VIAGGI PER LAVORO E HAI BISOGNO DEL WIFI IN CAMERA.
