"It’s about 10 mins car ride from train station to gran princess hotel. There is no pick up service or shuttle bus after 5 pm so very inconvenient esp those who are out to various attractions esp its cold wintry weather season. You can call from tourism centre between 3 pm to 5 pm. There are not many taxis around and have to wait for a long time and hotel staff does not offer help to do any booking for us and it’s wet and cold for all of us. The morning breakfast BBQ and onsen are a plus and you can chill out otherwise it’s far to get to 7 eleven store. In house restaurant is not available if you do not book one day in advance and only have option of ordering room service which a bit pricey."

Il Monte Fuji è stato fotografato dal ponte di osservazione dell'hotel. Era una giornata soleggiata ”Negli ultimi giorni ho potuto vedere abbastanza del Monte Fuji. Ho prenotato una sorgente termale privata. La sorgente termale con vista sul lago è più costosa di quella con vista sul Monte Fuji. La colazione e la cena in hotel sono a buffet e sono davvero deliziose . Devo fare diversi giri per cena. La bistecca è deliziosa. Ho aggiunto questo ristorante ai preferiti. "The location is close to Kawaguchiko station. About 15-20min walk in a quiet neighborhood. Though the hotel is quite old, I appreciate the fact that it's giving opportunities for the elders to work in a hospitality industry. Plus, you can wake up really early, go to the street and have a perfect photo with Mt. Fuji."

"Went with my parents. Check in was relatively straight forward, as was check out. The hotel was quite spacious, the room was to be expected. Relatively basic but clean. Did not eat there. They were able to call us a taxi when needed. We enjoyed the onsen as it had different pools, though not sure about how much of it was “onsen water”."

"Così soddisfatto di questo soggiorno. La vista del monte Fuji è stupenda! Anche gli arci in alto piano che possono godere della vista del monte Fuji non possono perdere. Solo restare all'hotel per godere la buona soggiorno! Il colazione mattina è OK, dirò che il loro pranzo di buffet è meglio del colazione. Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole e utile. La prossima volta mi fermero' di nuovo in questo hotel per il monte Fuji. Un'ottima cosa."

"The stay was awesome and the staff are very kind and helpful, providing very clear information to all the servives and activities we can do. We were welcomed with complimentary snacks, drinks and even wine after check in. And there is also a complimentary ramen supper available, which feeds our empty stomach after a whole day. The coffee and hot chocolate is also availavle 24 hours complimentary. There is also different onsen theme available, private and public which we had tried out all. Do note on some of the rules when using the onsen. The breakfast is very good and tasty. We had our first Japanese style breakfast and tried the local Hotou and 纳豆 as well. Location wise is slightly outskirts from the Fujikawaguchiko station but there is shuttle bus available for transfer. However, we drived but didn't had the chance to take the shuttle bus. Parking wise a lot of spaces available so that's not a worry. Ultimately, the best of the best is the Mount Fuji voew from our balcony and there is also onsen available in the room. Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend for anyone who would like a good and comfortable stay. 5 star service."

UUtente ospiteIt is very nice hotel, good facilities, nice view, clean and good mind good service of reservations. They have break time for snack, tea, coffee and good breakfast buffet. There is confortable to walk from bus station around 1 km and near ropeway Kawaguchiko only 10 meters and also near Kawaguchiko Lake. You can have activities with your family such as pedaling duck boat, ride a bicycle.
