Guest rooms with a view of Mt.Fuji/Large bath with a panoramic view of Mt.Fuji/2 hours from Tokyo
"So far this is the most expansive room I booked, come with front view of Mt Fuji, room 412. However the Mt Fuji view did not command the price tag because unless you stay in for the whole day to enjoy the view of Mt Fuji. View of Mt Fuji can enjoy from all angle. Best of the hotel is the coffee serve which is the best so far, among dozen of hotels. The welcome drink of soft drink also last till 7pm, which is shorter that most of other hotel. May be I am biased, where the hotel have multiple accolades from Rakuten Travel, catering to a lot of local Japanese clients. The public bath also not great, where I have experience much better and real onsen at Ariman Onsen area. Area of improvement: 1. In the level one inner bath, there is a cover for the exhaust fan and is not mounted back after maintenance. 2. At the fifth level bath, there is one washing cubicle just besides the bath with no cover to prevent the person showering water into the bath."

"Amazing hotel! We were there 3 nights with 1 year old baby. Every day we visited onsen, it was free. You can get your size yukata dress for your time in onsen. Breakfast and dinner buffet are really good, some Chinese and western food you can find if you need. Very delicious chicken liver and octopus. You can see Fuji mount from some rooms and from the restaurant. They have free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko bus station, we used it few times. The hotels owner is from China and some stuff speak Chinese."

"La posizione è ottima, proprio di fronte al lago Kawaguchiko, e c'è un servizio navetta dall'hotel dalla stazione est di Kawaguchiko. Tuttavia, gli ospiti devono chiamare l'hotel per organizzare il prelievo dalla stazione. Inoltre, il prelievo è disponibile solo dalle 15:00 alle 18:00. Anche il servizio navetta mattutino per la stazione ha posti limitati e il personale non ci ha informato in anticipo che avremmo dovuto prenotare in anticipo. Abbiamo perso il servizio in uno dei giorni perché il pulmino era pieno.
La comunicazione è scarsa. Le informazioni vengono condivise solo parzialmente (come descritto sopra). Inoltre, non si sono presi la briga di ascoltarmi quando ho cercato di fargli notare che non avrebbero dovuto buttare le nostre cose in bagno senza prima consultarci.

AAutumnLeafQuesto è di gran lunga il miglior hotel che abbia mai soggiornato in Giappone. Ospite, pulizia e cibo erano perfetti. Il miglior valore per un complesso resort onsen vicino al lago.
Il personale era amichevole e attento, e da quando siamo arrivati fino all’ora che abbiamo lasciato, ci sentiamo benvenuti e curati durante il nostro soggiorno, ci hanno ricevuti dal parco e hanno portato il nostro bagaglio per noi. Quando siamo partiti, si sono assicurati di portare il nostro bagaglio nella macchina.
Le camere e gli ospiti sono puliti, grandi e spaziosi, con aria condizionata e riscaldamento.Ha anche una buona vista sul monte Fuji dalla balcone della camera (anche se purtroppo pioveva per i 2 giorni che ero lì)
Anche il cibo era sorprendente, ci sono state molte scelte e ci siamo lasciati stufati dopo cena e colazione.
Si consiglia molto a chiunque questo hotel inclusivo se avete la possibilità.

JJun woh La stanza è pulita, così come il bagno a sacco. La stanza prenota ha anche una vista completa sulla Mt Fuji senza alcuna ostacolo. Le persone dell'hotel sono tutte amichevole e utile. Offrono servizi di pick-up e di sbarazzarsi alla stazione kawaguchiko senza alcun costo in un momento specifico. Uno dei migliori servizi alberghieri che ho ricevuto. Kudos al team! L'unica cosa che non era favorevole per il viaggio è stato il tempo gnomo. 🥲 sicuramente tornerà di nuovo!

BBabyBubuIl soggiorno è stato fantastico e il personale è molto gentile e utile, fornendo informazioni molto chiare a tutti i servizi e le attività che possiamo fare.
Abbiamo ricevuto un complimento di snack, bevande e persino vino dopo il check-in, e ci sono anche un pranzo di brancone complimentare disponibile, che ci alimenta il stomaco vuoto dopo un giorno intero. Il caffè e il cioccolato caldo sono disponibili anche 24 ore di complimentazione.
Vi sono anche diversi temi di onsen disponibili, privati e pubblici che abbiamo provato tutti. Nota alcune delle regole quando si utilizzano onsen.
Il colazione è molto buono e delizioso.Abbiamo avuto il nostro primo colazione di stile giapponese e abbiamo provato anche la local Hotou e Nazan.
La posizione è leggermente lontana dalla stazione di Fujikawaguchiko, ma c'è un autobus disponibile per il trasferimento. Tuttavia, abbiamo guidato ma non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di prendere l'autobus. Parcheggio intelligente molti spazi disponibili, quindi non preoccupatevi.
Infine, il migliore è il gioiello del Monte Fuji dal nostro balcone e ci sono anche le ghiacciate disponibili nella stanza.

We waited 20 minutes to get a table at breakfast, then when they finally gave us the table, they did not bring out our food which we’d pre ordered the day before. We waited for another 20 minutes before asking them about it, at which point they gave us 1 grossly inadequate bun per person as compensation.
Wasting our precious time in this wonderful town is so painful.

PPICHEWA_I arrived at Kawaguchiko Station in the afternoon and decided to leave my luggage at a locker near the station before visiting Oshino Hakkai. I returned to the station around 5 PM to retrieve my luggage and called the hotel to inquire about their FREE Shuttle Bus service. Luckily, I caught the shuttle bus back to the hotel in time. The driver was very polite and helpful, assisting me with my luggage both ways.
The hotel had a nice and standard atmosphere, both inside and out. The staff at the lobby were friendly and spoke excellent English. They were able to provide me with all the information needed.
My room was a 20 square meter Lake View Room with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. It had two single beds, a desk and chairs The entrance had a large mirror and the storage space. Unfortunately, the remaining space in the room was too small to fully open my 28-inch suitcase. Luckily, I was alone, so I used the second bed to store my belongings. The bathroom was small but well-equipped with a shower, bathtub, and an automatic toilet.
The onsen was located on the 6th floor and was divided into male and female sections. It was clean and spacious. However, around 8-10 PM, it got quite crowded. If you're not accustomed to this culture, you might want to visit during the morning. (Operated Time : 3PM-2AM & 5-10 AM)
The hotel restaurant offered a variety of dishes. I checked the menu and decided to purchase a dinner coupon at the lobby. The dinner buffet was served from 6-9 PM. Breakfast (7-9AM) was included in my package and was slightly different from dinner. Overall, the food was decent but not exceptional. I recommend arriving early for dinner to avoid the crowds.

NNaqueyaFor some reason I was not sent a QR Code to my email to check in. I was sent a pin number which was not necessary or utilized. We arrived at the villa several hours early and called to see if we could check in early, they apparently have a strict after 3pm check-in. We found a place and paid to store our luggage and then came back to the villa at 3pm. Again, still had not received the QR Code. Called again, was hung up on. Called back, was told it would take 10 minutes. Called back and was asked for my email, was put on hold then was asked for my email again (which was already provided at booking).
Then was asked to send them an email, they didn't get it and then was asked to send to personal icloud email. They finally found my email and sent the QR Code to me at close to 4pm which was an hour after check-in and we had to stand out in the sun the entire time. This was so frustrating and ridiculous. My email address was in the reservation, why it took so long is crazy. The process needs to be updated so this doesn't happen to other people.
There was a huge spider above the TV in the corner, we got rid of it but it was creepy.
The view from the villa was great!
The beds were nice!
Loved the double showers! The body sponges are so clever and left our skin feeling smoothe!
The clothes drying was very innovative and did work effectively, needed to turn the heater on twice to get the clothes dry.
Towel rack on the wall was broken on the right side, the rod wouldn't stay in.
The one pot in the kitchen was burnt on the bottom inside, we tried to clean it to use it but could not. We did use the grill to make dinner and it was a wonderful touch!

Ttravel12🏨 the ryokan turned out to be much more beautiful than i expected from what i've seen on the pictures here
🗺️ the location is great, and even though we didn't get the room with the lake view, the view was still amazing. there's also a konbini and a few cafés right next to the ryokan, so it was very convenient
🕴️the staff was kind, it was easy to communicate in english
🧖♀️ didn't attend the onsen myself, but my friends told me they liked it
⭐️ taking one star off cause the shower-head was a bit broken and the room wasn't clean enough to my taste

SSor Yi MingPlace is close to ropeway bus stop. however, it can be a challange to carry your luggage up the hill slope which is share with cars and visitors to the ropeway.
smoking room doesnt smell smoky as they provide purifier.. but the hallway lead to the room are very smoky in smell. just has to bare with it.
once enter, required to change show for their slippers, proceed to check in, there are foreign staffs that can speak some english to help with check in
if you check in between 3 to 5pm, there are free flow of snacks (popcorns, meatbun, mugi cha) and alcohols ( lemon sour and asahi beer)
once check in u can go for onsen to relax. not mandate to wear yukata. but feel free to do so for the immersion.
the room is dated, like stuck in the 90s or early 2000s. toilet is seperate from bath.. frankly speaking its better to bath at the onsen if you dont mind ***** infront of strangers n stared by japanese guests to see if u make any mistake ( they want you to be clean in every nook and cany) as they are in the onsen
has sauna but quite small. hover 82 degree c
has old school water spray jet which u need to control manually on all 3 sides.. good luck to do it fast during cold days.
basic amendities at the onsen area.. just hair dryer, fan and thats all
bed n pillow quite soft... pillow are small but u can get more from reception.
great view of the lake from hotel room and dining area.
breakfast is ok. everyday similar menu.. buffet style breakfast.. fish, asa curry, breads, minced marinated sashimi don, corn soup and miso soups. free flow coffee, soft drinks and limited selection of fruits.
dinner is ok, buffet style but 90 min.. need to info counter what is your prefered time slot. i recommend choose dinner... cuase it is quite a distance to the bus station for food.. and the queue are horrendous but the food are nice there tho, u can even admire mt fuji.
heard the dinner theme is based on months or seasons.
