Abbiamo scelto questo hotel sulla base della vicinanza al monte Fuji e al Chureito Pagoda, e il fatto che avevano un'occhiata privata che potrebbe essere usata da qualcuno con grandi tatuaggi. È finito per essere uno dei luoghi più incredibili che abbiamo soggiornato! Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e assolutamente bellissime; apprezzavamo davvero la vista sul lago e il tubo caldo privato sul balcone. Era molto freddo in mattinata e la mia famiglia ama guardare il sollevamento del sole - essere in grado di avere i nostri piedi caldi in tetto mentre guardare il sole salire sopra il monte Fuji è magico! Anche il cibo era incredibile: il cibo del mare era super fresco e delizioso, e la varietà e l'inventività dei piatti erano deliziose. Il personale di Konansou era anche una delle persone più gentili e utili che abbiamo incontrato in Giappone - super amichevole e responsabile ogni volta che abbiamo bisogno di qualcosa. (Eravamo anche molto impressionati dal personale che ha servito la cena - quelle tasche erano pesanti e noi eravamo un gruppo grande, ma il loro equilibrio e la loro velocità erano impeccabili!) Rimarrà assolutamente qui la prossima volta con visitare la zona!

Questa è la nostra migliore esperienza di ryokan, dopo 8 anni in Giappone! Ci siamo trasferiti nella suite Shikibu, 2nd-largest di 11 camere, per 2 notti. La nostra suite 200 mq aveva un giardino chiuso, un ponte privato con piscina con ottone, e una camera da letto separata, soggiorno, e sala da pranzo/tatami, tutto per la nostra famiglia di 4. Anche se la Suite presidenziale è meravigliosa in foto, mi sembra che la Suite Shikibu sia la più autentica esperienza giapponese, ha il fascino del vecchio mondo di una casa giapponese, tutto in legno di lusso, tagliato a mano. Il ryokan si è fatto fuori con i pasti, Kaiseki per cena, e una scelta di West o di Giappone per colazione. Kudos al capo e alla nostra ospite, Akiko san. Il servizio era bello. Sato San ha incontrato la nostra macchina quando è arrivata nella pioggia, dando a tutti un ombrello, anche ai bambini. Le nostre scarpe e bagagli sono stati rimossi nel foyer, abbiamo entrato nella nostra bella suite, seguito da vicino dalla signora Sato san, con il tè del pomeriggio. Sato san merita un lode senza riserve... ha prodotto in due ore, una bella torta a richiesta segreta di mia moglie per il nostro pranzo d’anniversario, più un fiore inaspettato, che è stata una vera sorpresa per lei. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti di Osenji Yumedono Ryokan... vorremmo tornare un giorno.

Probably the most stunning location of any hotel I’ve stayed in and one of the nicest rooms - in a minimalist way. No TV but quite the most incredible views of Mt Fuji from the room. The outside seating area attached to the room is so comfortable and for us private ( in many rooms it will be somewhat overlooked as guests walk around the site, but room 303 is on the “front row”. The Hotel reception is in a car park at 2775’ above sea level. Our room at 2910’ asl, dining room at 3026’ asl and the cloud terrace fire pit at 3117’ asl. So that’s 116’ up to breakfast or 216’ up to the terrace from the room - which didn’t bother us at all - and I am sure for less able bodied guests they will happily run people about in the Jeep. The Jeep is used to climb the 135’ up from the reception up to room although we ended up walking most of the time - only need to visit reception if hiring bikes or getting a taxi. Mechanical bike hire is free - we used this to get to the 7-eleven about 3km away for some in room snacks and drinks! Also cycled to ice caves about 15km away - well worth doing. Hotel staff extremely polite - English sometimes a little challenging but this was more to do with them trying hard to understand my wife’s dietary request for “no meat and no fish”. I think this was a little challenging for them to comprehend at times but they did accommodate and I know staff worked hard so to do. We sometimes I felt they over complicated the request by checking what she could: couldn’t eat - Just no meat no fish - simple! ( so no, bacon isn’t ok!). Breakfast was special - different but v good. ESP omelette. We almost got off to a bad start when I asked for only me to have the wild boar / venison dinner. My wife just wasn’t feeling that well and didn’t want to risk eating anything but was happy to join me for dinner and share a bottle of wine. This request was refused ( initially) - either both dine or I could be allowed to dine alone. I suspect they thought we would be trying to share the £70 per head meal - but of course the point was my wife didn’t want to eat - esp not meat! They conceded and I enjoyed an excellent meal and we shared a £70 bottle of wine too. I would have enjoyed the £100 per head Dutch oven experience but they would not concede this point and I would have had to eat alone ! Instead we had curry on 2 nights. A sort of hybrid “heat up your own” on the terrace. Tasty enough and worked well for us. But the hotel lost out by being rigid with the rules as the curry was far cheaper! So very many positives. The meal situation was a bit odd as to how it was handled but was OK in the end and my wife accepts she is fussy - but she can’t be the only vegetarian the hotel needs to accommodate ! It’s a stunning property in fabulous location and do highly recommend.

We loved this hotel! A small hotel of only 8 rooms positioned right by the lakeside of Kawaguchiko - ideally located for walks and enjoying the views across to Fuji. It is immaculately kept, has very good size rooms (could see Fuji from the window) and lovely, friendly staff. Reiko, who welcomed us when we checked in, spotted us on a road when she was in her car the following day, and took us on an impromptu guided tour to a waterfall and shrine. This was one of the highlights of our trip and was so kind of her to do on her day off, and encapsulated the willingness of the hotel to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The adjoining FamilyMart is also ideal for purchasing anything you need during your stay. Would happily return and stay for longer!

Vivo a Fuji Mountain, ma purtroppo non posso vederlo in una copertina.Ma, come sul sito dell'hotel, se il tempo è lucido, puoi vedere la montagna Fuji Mountain invertita. Questa è una viaggia di una coppia, ma se la prossima volta andrò, consiglio assolutamente una stanza di stile giapponese con terrazzo, solo ２ stanza.Poiché questa è la stanza di sabato, non posso prenotare una stanza di stile giapponese con terrazzo, ma sono riuscito a garantire una piccola stanza con terrazzo. La sorpresa è il prezzo.Anche se due persone includono colazione e cena, sono sorpreso che sia più economico di un altro hotel.Due pranzi sono auto-aiuti, ma ho mangiato troppo, perché c'è molto cibo e delizioso. I dipendenti dell'hotel sono ben educati e usciranno subito dopo l'arrivo. Se tuo padre mostra la macchina dei giocattoli nel ristorante, prendendo il bambino, chiedo a mio figlio ”qualcuno ti piace?”e mi diede un regalo. La qualità calda è anche buona, quindi è possibile lavare in qualsiasi momento, tranne per un'ora di pulizia. Ho detto a mia moglie di prepararsi per il basso o il cattivo, ma oltre a una stanza molto piccola, ha anche le meno strutture convenienti. The location of the hotel is fantastic for sunset viewing. There is plenty of parking across the road, with a surfeit of basically unnecessary staff. We had a reasonable-sized room with large windows and a wonderful panorama of the lake and Mount Fuji. That's all that's positive. The hotel is in two parts: the original building and an annexe. It is NOT suitable for wheelchair users trying to get to a restaurant. There are too many steps, twists and turns. There are lifts to find rooms in part A or part B, and the locations of the onsens (which switch between male and female every day - nice views, though). The signage is rare and confusing. As a stocky European (100Kg), I had immense difficulty sleeping on a very thin futon. The electric heater in the room blasts an unhealthy stream of hot air. Switch off this health risk and you FREEZE (we were there in late October). The hotel is relatively expensive, so you'd expect quality rooms. What you get is the uniform Japanese army-style sp****, goose**** green-walled room that you'd find in business hotels at half the room rate of this laughingly named 'NEW CENTURY' place. Minimalist, to say the least (in reality, pinched, lacking in generosity and well-being). At least there was a fridge (with a freezer icebox!!) In a series of measures as a response to the risks of COVID, there were no real glasses - just paper cups, and a message asking you to close the toilet lid before flushing. Disappointingly, the toilet was untypically low quality - no little hand-washing basin and fountain on the top of the toilet, and thus no towel in the toilet itself. (So, mucky hands grasping two sets of door handles to wash your hands. How's that for customary Japanese hygiene?) We (a group of 13 people - I was the only gaijin...) had booked an evening meal, room and breakfast the next morning. Dinner? Again, for the price, you'd expect a nice piece of fish (probably from the lake) right? NO way. We got a few bits of sukiyaki, and mean little dishes with bits and pieces of this and that... I've eaten MUCH better food in izakayas and bars throughout Japan. My opinion was echoed by most of our party. Breakfast was below ordinary. Simple, plain, dull. Something to dispense with quickly. Taking fuel on board, that's all. The service in the restaurant was desultory (= awful, ungracious). During dinner, a stocky old lady granted me the opportunity to be bumped TWICE by her capacious bottom as she served the person next to me. I complained and pushed back, to the accompaniment of giggles from her lithe, unobtrusive colleagues. Mercifully I was spared any further encounter with this voluminous rear end at breakfast. The staff at breakfast time were a) limited in number b) slow and c) VERY detached. One had the feeling they were cleaning staff put into waiting uniforms. Per person, we paid over 13,000 yen. Frankly, an outrageous price. The ONLY benefit was the view. For that, you don't need a hotel room. A bus tour will

For the price of this hotel, you can’t go wrong. Love the location and the view of Mount Fuji. This is a basic local hotel surrounded by much more expensive accommodations. We stay for 2 nights during the autumn light illumination festival. I have requested for a Mount Fuji view room. Worth the extra dollars to admire the beauty. The challenge is always trying to get a room during the peak season like cherry blossoms or autumn leaves season. Better book well in advance. This hotel offers free parking and free breakfast, simple but yet complete meal. The hotel looks like it had recently been remodel or upgraded from another establishment. The hotel surrounding and finish looks well maintained. Highly recommended stay.

This ryokan is my family favorite place. We disired to visit there every year from now on. Not free will as general hotels but you can spend lot of peacful time with your family. Highly recommend to reserve room with dinner and breakfast because doesn't has any restuarant nearby open up late. This is the second time staying in Fuji Ginkei, while the first time was in 2017. The reason I chose it when I went to Kawaguchiko the second time was the perfect location, service, and food when I stayed in 2017. First, I should thank the hotel staff. As you might know, it is tough for solo travelers to book a Ryokan room. As a search around the hotel list, which I think is perfect for the stay, Fuji Ginkei is one of a few hotels which said OK. I appreciate it. The location is perfect as you can see the lake and mountain simultaneously. For Kawaguchiko, only a few hotels have this kind of view. When you arrive at the Kawaguchiko station, don't forget to call them, and they will pick you up. However, when you live, if you want to take their shuttle bus, you need to check their shuttle bus schedule. I choose the Japanese-style room which a balcony since I want to take many photos from my room. It is worth it as the view from the room is perfect. I can stay in the room and watch Mount Fuji all afternoon. It even has an individual bathroom in the room, which is kind of rare. If you stay in the hotel in Winter, don't forget to use the outdoor onsen. It will be freezing to get in and out, but it is worth it as you will see a very clear sky and many stars when using the outdoor onsen. You will never forget it. Moreover, don't forget to go lakeside, which is only a few meters away. You can take perfect photos of the lake, Mount Fuji and the stars. It is impressive. Service is as good as before, which you can imagine. When you are having breakfast and dinner, the staff will talk with you, introducing the dish and telling you much exciting and helpful information. For once, I was discussing さかさふじ with them and really learned a lot. The dish is good. As I stayed for two nights, I think the first night's dinner was better than the second. For breakfast, I don't have too many things to say. Overall, the dish tasted good but not as impressive as in 2017, maybe because I tried some Michelin during these years, which increased my standard. Overall, it is an excellent hotel, and the price is not that high compared to other hotels around Kawaguchiko. Once again, is it worthy.

Tutti gli １３ camere e hotel compatti, quindi dopo aver sceso l'ascensore, è l'entrata della stanza.Tutte le camere sono nella stessa direzione. Puoi vedere il lago del fiume e la montagna Fuji all'angolo sinistro. La grande piscina pubblica è situata al piano ４. La piscina maschile gode dello stesso paesaggio della stanza. Great experience with this hotel and stunning with Mt. Fuji view from the balcony/window. Staffs have good service mind. There is both indoor and outdoor public bath with Mt. Fuji View. Dinner was served in-room on 9 course menu. Breakfast buffet was also great as they served numerous choice of foods including Japanese food. Hotel provided free shuttle to the train station. Overall experience was memorable and satisfied.

Les plus de l hotel : Grande chambre car j avais pris une chambre pour 4 et finalement on était 2 . Ça nous a changé de la chambre de 15 m2 de Tokyo . J ai pris le coin des 2 lits occidentaux et min fils a pris le coin des lits japonais La salle de bain était très bien aussi Le onsen était à côté de notre chambre ce qui était pratique . Onsen avec vue sur le lac et pas trop de monde . Eau très chaude , ça relaxe les muscles de la journée Bonne localisation . On peut marcher vers le village ou prendre le bus rouge qui amène les touristes à des attractions tout autour du lac . C est super bien fait ( mes préfères le parc à la fin pour prendre les photos du mont Fuji et le musée sur le mont Fuji ) Les moins de l hotel : Pas de vue directe sur le mont Fuji ( pour ceux qui le voudraient absolument ) Le personnel n est pas hyper accueillant . Aucune flexibilité sur la prise de la chambre avant 15h ce qui est tres rare . Il a fallu attendre ds le lobby , on vous garde les valise par contre . La literie même sur les lits type occidentaux n est pas bonne du tout . Ce sont des espèces de lits pliants et les matelas ne sont pas des plus modernes . J avais très mal au dos le matin .

Situato al nord del lago di Hekou, il primo giorno mi sento un po'fuori. Il giorno dopo ho scoperto che il negozio di carta rossa era a cinque minuti a piedi. È sorpreso che il museo d'arte e il museo musicale erano intorno. Ci sono 200 metri dal lago di Hekou, e due negozi convenienti. Sembra che ci siano molti progetti da costruire. L'hotel stesso è un po'vecchio, ma molto pulito, non può entrare in un cappello. La stanza è abbastanza grande, c'è un microonde, il servizio del personale di ricezione è molto attento.

Grande esperienza!Il capo è una vecchia signora dolce e bella!2 livelli sono adatto per molte persone. Siamo 2 grandi 2 piccole e 10 di notte.Alla stazione del lago del fiume Hekou prendiamo un taxi direttamente, non lontano. Trip.com ha sbagliato il nome della folla, e potrebbe anche essere sbagliato da parte del capo cinese che non ha capito.Per esempio, alcune delle introduzioni cinesi nella folla sono tradotte in APP, alcune non sono molto precise.No dovrebbe essere giapponese の, e non è tradotta in APP. Il nome giusto dovrebbe essere il piccolo palazzo rurale del prato di ruggine

On peut marcher vers le village ou prendre le bus rouge qui amène les touristes à des attractions tout autour du lac . C est super bien fait ( mes préfères le parc à la fin pour prendre les photos du mont Fuji et le musée sur le mont Fuji ) Les moins de l hotel : Pas de vue directe sur le mont Fuji ( pour ceux qui le voudraient absolument ) Le personnel n est pas hyper accueillant . Aucune flexibilité sur la prise de la chambre avant 15h ce qui est tres rare . Il a fallu attendre ds le lobby , on vous garde les valise par contre . La literie même sur les lits type occidentaux n est pas bonne du tout . Ce sont des espèces de lits pliants et les matelas ne sont pas des plus modernes . J avais très mal au dos le matin .

We loved this hotel! A small hotel of only 8 rooms positioned right by the lakeside of Kawaguchiko - ideally located for walks and enjoying the views across to Fuji. It is immaculately kept, has very good size rooms (could see Fuji from the window) and lovely, friendly staff. Reiko, who welcomed us when we checked in, spotted us on a road when she was in her car the following day, and took us on an impromptu guided tour to a waterfall and shrine. This was one of the highlights of our trip and was so kind of her to do on her day off, and encapsulated the willingness of the hotel to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The adjoining FamilyMart is also ideal for purchasing anything you need during your stay. Would happily return and stay for longer!

This is the second time staying in Fuji Ginkei, while the first time was in 2017. The reason I chose it when I went to Kawaguchiko the second time was the perfect location, service, and food when I stayed in 2017. First, I should thank the hotel staff. As you might know, it is tough for solo travelers to book a Ryokan room. As a search around the hotel list, which I think is perfect for the stay, Fuji Ginkei is one of a few hotels which said OK. I appreciate it. The location is perfect as you can see the lake and mountain simultaneously. For Kawaguchiko, only a few hotels have this kind of view. When you arrive at the Kawaguchiko station, don't forget to call them, and they will pick you up. However, when you live, if you want to take their shuttle bus, you need to check their shuttle bus schedule. I choose the Japanese-style room which a balcony since I want to take many photos from my room. It is worth it as the view from the room is perfect. I can stay in the room and watch Mount Fuji all afternoon. It even has an individual bathroom in the room, which is kind of rare. If you stay in the hotel in Winter, don't forget to use the outdoor onsen. It will be freezing to get in and out, but it is worth it as you will see a very clear sky and many stars when using the outdoor onsen. You will never forget it. Moreover, don't forget to go lakeside, which is only a few meters away. You can take perfect photos of the lake, Mount Fuji and the stars. It is impressive. Service is as good as before, which you can imagine. When you are having breakfast and dinner, the staff will talk with you, introducing the dish and telling you much exciting and helpful information. For once, I was discussing さかさふじ with them and really learned a lot. The dish is good. As I stayed for two nights, I think the first night's dinner was better than the second. For breakfast, I don't have too many things to say. Overall, the dish tasted good but not as impressive as in 2017, maybe because I tried some Michelin during these years, which increased my standard. Overall, it is an excellent hotel, and the price is not that high compared to other hotels around Kawaguchiko. Once again, is it worthy.

Questo hotel dispone di 3 isolati, come si trova in una collina. Il primo blocco contiene il lobby, poi al quinto piano si collega al blocco centrale (che si trova direttamente a Fuji) e contiene camere sui piani 6-7th. Contiene anche la zona di balneazione con vista sul monte Fuji. Dal blocco medio, il 8° piano si collega all'ultimo blocco contenente livelli 8-10. Questo blocco ha una vista su Fuji, ma è necessario guardare la finestra in un guasto. Le camere sono scorrete e l'hotel sembra essere bloccato nel 1970s. Cortina sono tintate, le pareti hanno marchi, le pareti del corridoio sono stucco. Le schermate di Shoji nella stanza hanno carta torciata. Il singolo sembra sporco. Le superfici di legno sono indossate. I finiti della stanza potrebbero certamente servire un po' di riparazione e di amore. Tuttavia, è decente e mi sentivo ancora comodo per il mio soggiorno. Il cibo era una buona diffusione e gusto. Mi sono trattato come un incendio sul lago che era visibile dalla stanza. Il personale dell'hotel (ufficio frontale, personale del pranzo) ha fatto un punto di riferimento per citare l'evento e da dove lo vedo, che apprezzo.
