"Mi sorprendeva piacevolmente quanto la stanza fosse molto più grande di quanto mi aspettassi. Il bagno e la doccia erano in stanze separate, che era molto conveniente. Il letto di stile ryokan ha dato un bel sentimento tradizionale giapponese, che mi piaceva assolutamente. C'è anche una tavola sul lato della finestra dove si può sedersi e godere di una vista completa del monte Fuji tutto il giorno. Ho avuto fortuna di visitare un giorno chiaro e ho visto una vista senza ostacoli del monte Fujiit rendere il viaggio davvero inoltrabile.
Il colazione è delizioso con ogni piatto. L'hotel offre anche una lavanderia, una sala da gioco per bambini e un'incredibile vista del monte Fuji onsenperfetto per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno di vista. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile, e dopo l'iscrizione c'è stato anche un servizio di navetta alla stazione Kawaguchiko. Molto consigliato!"

"The stay was awesome and the staff are very kind and helpful, providing very clear information to all the servives and activities we can do.
We were welcomed with complimentary snacks, drinks and even wine after check in. And there is also a complimentary ramen supper available, which feeds our empty stomach after a whole day. The coffee and hot chocolate is also availavle 24 hours complimentary.
There is also different onsen theme available, private and public which we had tried out all. Do note on some of the rules when using the onsen.
The breakfast is very good and tasty. We had our first Japanese style breakfast and tried the local Hotou and 纳豆 as well.
Location wise is slightly outskirts from the Fujikawaguchiko station but there is shuttle bus available for transfer. However, we drived but didn't had the chance to take the shuttle bus. Parking wise a lot of spaces available so that's not a worry.
Ultimately, the best of the best is the Mount Fuji voew from our balcony and there is also onsen available in the room.
Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend for anyone who would like a good and comfortable stay. 5 star service."

"It is a resort tucked away from the busy Kawaguchiko station area, yet convenient to go to the station for sightseeing buses thanks for the hotel shuttle bus. Please check the shuttle schedule on the hotel website. We really enjoyed the beautiful hotel garden and trails by the lake outside the hotel. You can also rent bikes from the hotel with minimal fees and ride around the lake. The buffet breakfast has variety of both Japanese and western options. We had dinner in the hotel too since there is no restaurants in the vicinity. The food is fine but pricey. The onsen is nice. I am not sure it is hot springs water though. Overall it is a very nice hotel and we had a relaxing day here."

"Adoro questo hotel, abbiamo anche provato il Glamping: è molto accogliente e confortevole. Personalmente preferisco la zona tenda rispetto alla zona villa, che è unica, calda e accogliente. L'hotel offre una vista sul Monte Fuji, decisamente migliore rispetto a quella offerta da alcuni dei luoghi più gettonati di Lawson, e non ci sono turisti a disturbarvi. Vorrei elogiare in modo particolare il servizio dell'hotel. Tutti sono stati molto cordiali e amichevoli. Il giovane nell'area delle tende ci ha guidati con entusiasmo e ci ha portato all'area delle attività. L'addetto alla reception ha risposto attentamente alle nostre domande, ci ha aiutato a prenotare un taxi, ha risposto alle e-mail molto rapidamente e ci ha aiutato a trovare un telefono cellulare che era stato lasciato nel taxi. VValerie KaoHotel provides free shuttle pickup at Kawaguchiko Station, just go to the Tourist Information Office and they will call for you. Breakfast and dinner are served well and delicious. Room has beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. After check out, hotel even help us to deliver our luggage to our next hotel ( in Kawaguchiko only). The only downside was the Onsen temperature was not hot and there’s no facial or body lotion provided.

PPICHEWA_I arrived at Kawaguchiko Station in the afternoon and decided to leave my luggage at a locker near the station before visiting Oshino Hakkai. I returned to the station around 5 PM to retrieve my luggage and called the hotel to inquire about their FREE Shuttle Bus service. Luckily, I caught the shuttle bus back to the hotel in time. The driver was very polite and helpful, assisting me with my luggage both ways.
The hotel had a nice and standard atmosphere, both inside and out. The staff at the lobby were friendly and spoke excellent English. They were able to provide me with all the information needed.
My room was a 20 square meter Lake View Room with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. It had two single beds, a desk and chairs The entrance had a large mirror and the storage space. Unfortunately, the remaining space in the room was too small to fully open my 28-inch suitcase. Luckily, I was alone, so I used the second bed to store my belongings. The bathroom was small but well-equipped with a shower, bathtub, and an automatic toilet.
The onsen was located on the 6th floor and was divided into male and female sections. It was clean and spacious. However, around 8-10 PM, it got quite crowded. If you're not accustomed to this culture, you might want to visit during the morning. (Operated Time : 3PM-2AM & 5-10 AM)
The hotel restaurant offered a variety of dishes. I checked the menu and decided to purchase a dinner coupon at the lobby. The dinner buffet was served from 6-9 PM. Breakfast (7-9AM) was included in my package and was slightly different from dinner. Overall, the food was decent but not exceptional. I recommend arriving early for dinner to avoid the crowds.

JJanet.LimIl nostro soggiorno era confortevole e ci piaceva il bagno di ronzio, anche se era acqua di primavera fatta dall'uomo. Il colazione giapponese era anche buono. Purtroppo il Monte Fuji era bloccato dalle nuvole durante la stagione delle piogge. Raccomanderò all'hotel di aggiungere una stanza di lavanderia e più cassette per mettere vestiti in camera. Grazie.

ZZaphThis hotel was excellent, offering stunning views of Mount Fuji. The room was spacious, and the staff were warm and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. The location was convenient for me since I had a car, and there are great eateries nearby, including a famous unagi restaurant. I truly enjoyed my stay here!

AAshleyLovely property in a great location. You’re slightly more off of the beaten track but the tourist bus stop is right out front of the hotel. Great being right by the lake. Amazing room, massive for just me. There’s no shower in the room just a toilet but the onsen was lovely and you can shower in there. Older property also be aware those with accessibility needs the hotel is up quite a steep slope/numerous stairs and then when inside there’s no lift so I had to carry my luggage up and anyone with mobility issues would struggle as I believe all the rooms are on the first floor and that’s after tackling the way up to the hotel. Staff were lovely, can’t comment on dinner or breakfast but a great traditional ryokan stay.

NNaqueyaFor some reason I was not sent a QR Code to my email to check in. I was sent a pin number which was not necessary or utilized. We arrived at the villa several hours early and called to see if we could check in early, they apparently have a strict after 3pm check-in. We found a place and paid to store our luggage and then came back to the villa at 3pm. Again, still had not received the QR Code. Called again, was hung up on. Called back, was told it would take 10 minutes. Called back and was asked for my email, was put on hold then was asked for my email again (which was already provided at booking).
Then was asked to send them an email, they didn't get it and then was asked to send to personal icloud email. They finally found my email and sent the QR Code to me at close to 4pm which was an hour after check-in and we had to stand out in the sun the entire time. This was so frustrating and ridiculous. My email address was in the reservation, why it took so long is crazy. The process needs to be updated so this doesn't happen to other people.
There was a huge spider above the TV in the corner, we got rid of it but it was creepy.
The view from the villa was great!
The beds were nice!
Loved the double showers! The body sponges are so clever and left our skin feeling smoothe!
The clothes drying was very innovative and did work effectively, needed to turn the heater on twice to get the clothes dry.
Towel rack on the wall was broken on the right side, the rod wouldn't stay in.
The one pot in the kitchen was burnt on the bottom inside, we tried to clean it to use it but could not. We did use the grill to make dinner and it was a wonderful touch!

OOnsiriHotel di stile giapponese. Un po' vecchio e antiquato, ma penso che sia affascinante con Tatami, futon e giapponese come dorme Doraemon.
Se arrivate alla stazione dopo le 3:00 potete chiamare l'hotel per il servizio di pick-up gratuito, solo 10-15 minuti poi ci sono.
Abbiamo una stanza al 10° piano, a pochi passi dall'edificio principale alla nostra stanza, ma è buono, vista grande di Fuji e lago.
La stanza era bella in stile giapponese come ho mai letto in manga.
Il nostro tasso era incluso il colazione e la cena. Poi hanno organizzato per voi come preferite. Buona cibo e super buon servizio! Anche parlano solo il 99% giapponese, ma il servizio è straordinario.
Non perdere anche l'ascia, esperienza di fare un bagno con una vista.
Hanno anche servizio di navetta alla stazione di treno, solo chiedere la ricezione, gratuitamente.

SSor Yi MingPlace is close to ropeway bus stop. however, it can be a challange to carry your luggage up the hill slope which is share with cars and visitors to the ropeway.
smoking room doesnt smell smoky as they provide purifier.. but the hallway lead to the room are very smoky in smell. just has to bare with it.
once enter, required to change show for their slippers, proceed to check in, there are foreign staffs that can speak some english to help with check in
if you check in between 3 to 5pm, there are free flow of snacks (popcorns, meatbun, mugi cha) and alcohols ( lemon sour and asahi beer)
once check in u can go for onsen to relax. not mandate to wear yukata. but feel free to do so for the immersion.
the room is dated, like stuck in the 90s or early 2000s. toilet is seperate from bath.. frankly speaking its better to bath at the onsen if you dont mind ***** infront of strangers n stared by japanese guests to see if u make any mistake ( they want you to be clean in every nook and cany) as they are in the onsen
has sauna but quite small. hover 82 degree c
has old school water spray jet which u need to control manually on all 3 sides.. good luck to do it fast during cold days.
basic amendities at the onsen area.. just hair dryer, fan and thats all
bed n pillow quite soft... pillow are small but u can get more from reception.
great view of the lake from hotel room and dining area.
breakfast is ok. everyday similar menu.. buffet style breakfast.. fish, asa curry, breads, minced marinated sashimi don, corn soup and miso soups. free flow coffee, soft drinks and limited selection of fruits.
dinner is ok, buffet style but 90 min.. need to info counter what is your prefered time slot. i recommend choose dinner... cuase it is quite a distance to the bus station for food.. and the queue are horrendous but the food are nice there tho, u can even admire mt fuji.
heard the dinner theme is based on months or seasons.
