"Hostelli oli kokonaisuudessaan hyvä. Ylimmässä kerroksessa on ravintola jossa voi tutustua muihin matkustajiin. Se on myös avoin muille asiakkaille kuin vain hostellin väelle. Huoneet olivat siistejä ja henkilökunta hyvin ystävällistä. Hostelli itse on hiukan syrjässä mutta metro on onneksi vieressä jolla pääsee kaikkiin nähtävyyksiin kivasti. Ehkä jäin kaipaamaan sellaista yleistä olohuonetta/keittiötä jossa voisi viettää aikaa."

"Questa è la norma per le catene alberghiere. Tali hotel hanno le loro procedure operative e non vi sono praticamente errori sotto nessun aspetto. Ogni membro dello staff dell'hotel è come una vite: svolge il proprio lavoro all'interno di un processo stabilito, niente di più e niente di meno. La camera assegnata questa volta era bella, ad un piano alto. La stanza era grande e pulita. La vista fuori dalla finestra era bella e si poteva vedere la Senna. In breve, i servizi dell'hotel erano quelli che un hotel di una catena commerciale di questo livello dovrebbe avere. Se non siete troppo esigenti in fatto di accoglienza e calore umano, dovreste trovarlo buono. Per quanto riguarda i trasporti, ci sono 3 stazioni della metropolitana nelle vicinanze, ovvero 6-10-Express Line C, ma ci vogliono circa 7 o 8 minuti a piedi per raggiungerle tutte. Nei pressi dell'hotel si trovano numerosi supermercati e ristoranti, rendendo il pasto molto comodo."

"Mi sono trovato benissimo. Hanno un ascensore e la colazione è inclusa. Inoltre, se portate un lucchetto, potete lasciare i vostri oggetti di valore al piano inferiore. La posizione è un po' lontana dal centro città, ma c'è una linea della metropolitana che passa molto vicino, quindi va bene. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo era buono. C'erano prese di corrente in ogni letto e un bagno in camera."

"All'inizio lo scarico del lavandino era un po' lento, ma il problema è stato risolto dopo il mio feedback! L'argomento di cui voglio parlare sono le signore cinesi nel ristorante. La camera che ho prenotato è la 112, che include il servizio di colazione, che è gratuito. Ho ordinato la colazione tramite tablet e mi è stata consegnata alle 7:30 del mattino. Non è arrivato prima delle 7:35. Poiché dovevo prendere un volo, sono andato al ristorante per mangiare da solo. L'ho segnalato al cameriere e ho scoperto che la mia colazione era stata consegnata al piano di sopra e che avrei dovuto pagare 60 euro al ristorante. Poiché non conosco l'inglese, glielo ho spiegato e il direttore del ristorante mi ha detto con sicurezza che dovevo comunque pagare. Più tardi la signora è andata a spiegare dettagliatamente la situazione al direttore, dopodiché non ho dovuto pagare. Grazie. Anche se la cifra non è molta, sono molto contento. La prossima volta che andrò a Parigi, ci tornerò. Ho dimenticato di dare la mancia a chi l'ho data. Spero che l'hotel possa ricompensarla per me, oppure che possa pagarglielo io!"

"La stanza era grande e pulita, i cuscini e il materasso erano super comodi, permettendomi di dormire come non mai durante tutto il mio viaggio! Anche la vista dalle camere situate nei piani alti è molto bella. È perfetto per godersi la vista notturna di Parigi. "Stile molto pulito ed elegante. La colazione era molto buona, soprattutto croissant e pasticcini. Offrivano anche un'ampia scelta di frutta. Consiglio di aggiungere la colazione al momento della prenotazione, poiché di solito è più economica. Il bagno era piccolo e perfetto per me, mentre lasciavano spazio per la zona giorno, così si potevano aprire due valigie grandi senza problemi. Il personale della reception ci ha permesso di fare il check-in anticipato e il check-out posticipato dopo aver aderito al programma di iscrizione gratuita. A circa 20 minuti a piedi da Cham del Mars."

"Posso solo dire che la posizione è molto buona Quando apri la finestra puoi vedere l'Arco di Trionfo Ma è ancora un po' pericoloso scattare una foto con l'Arco di Trionfo attraverso la finestra. Non consigliato a meno che non si scelga una camera con balcone Questo è un altro prezzo. Il trasporto è molto comodo. La metropolitana è molto veloce e ti porta ovunque. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana Anche Uber o Bolt sono veloci. La colazione dell'hotel vale la pena di essere mangiata Perché se lo compri fuori, scoprirai che è ancora più sgradevole... E i noodles istantanei Jinmailang haha Sono rimasto confuso dal profumo di due cinesi Nel complesso, consigliato! Le nostre valigie sono rimaste sparse per due giorni e non è stato trovato alcun oggetto mancante."

"We booked for the view. The receptionist is not very helpful, gave us the key card to use swimming pool but the card is not working. Unable to explain about changing room for swimming pool. It was raining when we arrived and did not mention that the umbrellas are provided, at all. The daily compliments are not refilled. No one pick up when we called to front desk."

UUtente ospiteI first stayed at this Hotel in 2014 and was very impressed with the entire experience, so I valued this hotel and always wanted to return… 8 years later and I was extremely disappointed. I booked a superior villa room, and we was given room 6. This room is located on the ground floor directly behind the reception reception desk on the ground floor. The receptionist (skinny white male, 40+ years old) who checked us in on 15/12/22 at 11:30pm was very rude, awkward and sarcastic during the check in process. When we got to our room, we felt it lacked privacy being on the ground floor with only a wall between us and the main reception area, the Toilet was also in a separate room with no sink, meaning anyone who uses that toilet would need to open the door with their dirty hands and walk all the way to the bathroom to wash hands. There were also mascara stains on one of the pillows. We requested if we could change to another room on a higher floor but to the same level for what we had paid for (superior villa room). The receptionist said this was fine, and changed us over to another room on the 5th floor. We were really happy and grateful until we got to the room, only to find this room was actually a downgrade to a ‘classic villa room’ which felt much smaller and wasn’t very nice. This also wasn’t explained to us prior to him changing our rooms over. We returned to reception and asked why we had been out in a downgraded room, his response was he didn’t realise and this was a mistake in his behalf. I asked him if there were any other rooms to the same value as what I had paid for the superior room available on another floor. I was told out of the entire hotel there was only two rooms left, the one behind reception, or the classic room on the 5th floor which would be a downgrade. We reluctantly opted to stay with the original room behind reception. The receptionist was very smug and seemed to find this funny. After settling in and falling asleep… 6:30am a motorbike wakes us up, as our room is located beside the main entrance and reception we hear every car or motorbike dropping off, or picking up guests, and every person checking in or out. 7:15am the bins are collected, again very loud and as our room is right next to this area we hear it all. It really seems standards have significantly dropped since we last stayed. Service seems to be poor and cleanliness of the hotel not as good as before, an overall terrible experience and if it wasn’t so late when we checked in I would’ve booked another hotel because the receptionist was so rude. On a side note, I must also say there was another receptionist who was working the night shift the following day (16/12/22) around 10pm and he was very friendly, helpful and a nice person. If I could give him 5 stars I would, but unfortunately the experience with the initial receptionist meant our experience was already tainted by this point. I doubt we will ever return unfortunately, and cannot recommend, unless your guaranteed a decent room on a higher floor.

That’s why I was so happy with my decision to stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile during this visit—it turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in the city. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, and it’s well-connected by both metro and RER. Whether you’re planning to explore the city or heading out for day trips, getting around from here is a breeze. It’s also right next to the Palais des Congrès, so I imagine it’s a great option for business travelers as well. But the real magic of this hotel lies in its views. When I checked in, I politely asked if it was possible to get a room on a higher floor—and I was lucky enough to be given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. As soon as I walked in and saw that iconic silhouette framed perfectly by the floor-to-ceiling window, I was speechless. During the day, it was stunning. At night, it became something truly special, with twinkling lights illuminating the tower and casting a warm glow over the city. I found myself sitting quietly by the window, just taking it all in. It felt like Paris was unfolding just for me. The room itself was sleek, modern, and very comfortable. It wasn’t overly spacious, but it was perfectly arranged with thoughtful details—an incredibly cozy bed, a great coffee machine, high-quality toiletries, and excellent lighting. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast was served on the 34th floor, and it was an experience in itself. The panoramic views over Paris were breathtaking. Sitting there with a warm croissant and coffee while watching the city wake up beneath me was one of the most peaceful moments of the trip. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive without being overbearing. What stood out most about this hotel, though, was the quiet warmth of the service. The staff had that classic French elegance—discreet but welcoming, helpful without being intrusive. Even the housekeeping staff were thoughtful, and when I checked out, the front desk staff asked how my stay had been with such genuine interest that I found myself smiling for the rest of the day. To me, the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile wasn’t just a hotel. It felt like a window into the heart of Paris—a place to quietly take in the beauty of the city, to rest, to breathe. It offered a sense of stillness and perspective, even in a city as lively and vibrant as Paris. If I return to Paris—and I certainly hope I will—I already know I’ll be coming back here. No other reason needed, really, other than that one unforgettable evening, sipping wine by the window, watching the Eiffel Tower shimmer in the dark. That moment alone was worth the entire trip.

UUtente anonimoAccessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages. It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte. About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge. Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue. Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable. Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.

UUtente ospiteOriginariamente ero venuto a 🇩🇪 per vedere la mostra e mi sono fermato 🇫🇷. In Europa gli hotel a Parigi sono piuttosto costosi: superano facilmente i 1000$ a notte. Anche la tassa di soggiorno è più alta che in Germania, ma l'hotel che abbiamo prenotato non è male. Si trova anche nella zona 1-2 di Parigi. Accanto c'è una stazione della metropolitana. È possibile prendere la metropolitana per raggiungere le attrazioni più famose. Le attrazioni principali sono più vicine alla Torre Eiffel, a circa 30 minuti a piedi. Se avete tempo, potete passeggiare e vedere le strade di Parigi. Al piano 0 dell'hotel si trovano una caffetteria e un piccolo giardino. L'ambiente è buono e il servizio è buono.

Il trasporto è molto comodo. È molto comodo andare a famosi attrazioni e centri commerciali Servizio: Il personale di servizio è stato molto cordiale. Ho pagato la colazione a mie spese. La colazione era molto ricca e i waffle erano deliziosi. Igiene: L'igiene è buona, almeno non c'è sporcizia e il sonno è molto confortevole Strutture: Le strutture sono abbastanza soddisfacenti. Sembra un hotel aperto da molto tempo. Ci sono alcuni posti danneggiati e vecchi, ma non influiscono sulla vita Nel complesso è molto buono. Ho trovato un ottimo posto dove soggiornare per il mio viaggio a Parigi. È tranquillo e confortevole. La prossima volta che verrò a Parigi, sceglierò ancora il Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel.

ZZILIIn Depth Experience Report of LYF Gambetta Hotel Paris - A Genuine Guest's Pleasant Surprise Introduction: As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels across France, choosing the LYF brand this time upon a friend’s recommendation was a completely new experience. As a first time guest of this brand and someone unfamiliar with this particular area of Paris, I documented my stay with an entirely objective perspective, and it turned out to exceed expectations. Facilities: The hotel is brand new, and while there was a faint hint of paint smell in the room (likely due to recent renovations), the overall facilities are thoughtfully designed with a youthful, practical, and distinctive style. My base room was around 20 square meters—already significantly larger than other Parisian accommodations in the same price range. According to the website, the hotel also offers family friendly options with kitchens, loft style rooms, and more. The complimentary bedtime tea was excellent a well known French brand also sold at Lafayette ,perfect for unwinding at night. The coffee provided wasn’t quite to my taste, but it was still decent. The basement level (B1) features a laundry room, entertainment area, gym, co-working space, and meeting rooms, all uniquely designed. Notably, there’s a shared kitchen fully equipped for guests to cook their own meals ,a fantastic amenity! Service: It’s clear that the hotel’s opening team is still in training, and while some staff members appeared slightly inexperienced, their dedication was evident. Every request I made was promptly addressed. One employee, Helana, stood out-when she noticed I seemed unsure in the laundry room one evening, she proactively approached me, asked if everything was alright, and offered a solution. The next day, I observed her energetically assisting other colleagues. When I complimented her, she humbly replied that she genuinely enjoys helping others and even shared useful insights about the hotel’s facilities. Another front desk lady (whose name I regrettably forgot) was consistently warm and smiling, resolving my queries with kindness and even granting me a late checkout. Outstanding service like this truly minimizes travel hassles and adds delightful surprises to the journey. Impressed by LYF’s service, I decided to extend my stay by five more nights for a deeper experience. Safety & Transportation: Some had warned that this district might not be the safest, but my stay proved otherwise. The area is well connected, just a five-minute walk to the metro and feels like a residential neighborhood with an artistic vibe. One night, I returned to the hotel at 3 AM via night bus and walked back without issue, as the streets were still lively with people chatting or on dates. The area is both tranquil and culturally vibrant. Dining: Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance, making dining options convenient. Booking Recommendation: Ideal for travelers seeking an ”authentic local living” experience, young families, or digital nomads. The base room offers great value, while longer stays may warrant upgrading to a kitchen equipped unit. Final Thoughts: Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Considering its location, price, safety, facilities, and service, it stands out as the best I’ve experienced in Paris. While not the most luxurious, it’s undoubtedly a unique space that lets you feel the pulse of the city. My stay was so enjoyable that I’ve decided to book another five nights after returning from Nice. I’ll share an update after my second stay!

La stanza era pulita e silenziosa, il che è stato positivo per il mio ragazzo che si è rilassato perché eravamo esausti per aver girato per Parigi. I membri dello staff erano gentili e disponibili. A proposito, la posizione era un po' spaventosa perché si trovava alla periferia di Parigi ed era piena di senzatetto e immigrati. Non è stato difficile raggiungere il centro città. Puoi fare qualche minuto a piedi dall'hotel fino a una fermata dell'autobus che porta direttamente in città. Tuttavia, chiunque viaggi in auto o in autobus e scelga di soggiornare in questo hotel, confermo fermamente che l'hotel fornisce anche sicurezza 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7. Quindi, consiglierei questo hotel.
