Hotel 5 stelle a Parigi

Non sono sicuro se Parigi è solo costoso in generale, ma... questo posto non si sente davvero come un hotel 5-star. C'è un odore di musta, quasi moldato nella stanza, e la pressione dell'acqua è così bassa che mi ha costretto a fare una doccia per sempre. 😩 Ma poi ancora una volta, l'ultimo hotel 5-star che ho soggiornato a non aveva nemmeno acqua calda, quindi... immagino che basso pressione idrica è qualcosa con cui posso vivere. Mi hanno migliorato la stanza, ma sinceramente... oltre a essere più grande, non c'è molto da piacere. Poiché siamo solo noi due, non abbiamo bisogno di una stanza più grande comunque. L'intero posto dalla stanza stessa all'edificio e anche l'ascensore si sente vecchio e un po'scomodo. Per un hotel 5-star, è davvero deludente. Non lo consiglierei. C'è un Intercontinentale proprio lungo la strada, e il personale lì si è davvero accolto gli ospiti correttamente. Era circa lo stesso prezzo, e sinceramente vorrei che fossi rimasto lì. Il personale qui è molto gentile, ma a parte questo, devo essere onesto su ciò che mi importa davvero. Apprezzo l'aggiornamento della stanza, Ma veramente le strutture dell'hotel sono deludenti.

Great location, friendly for people who are not tourists and who participate in normal Parisian daily lives, close to Bon marché, train stations, etc. Rooms are gracious and comfortable. Staff members are professional and courteous. Very quality all over.

Primo, il bene: l'estetica dell'hotel è eccezionale, soprattutto il lobby e il bar. È possibile ricevere un benvenuto personalizzato, compresa una storia dell'hotel. Le camere sono super tranquille e oscure di notte e sicuramente si ottiene un buon sonno. Il male: le camere sono molto piccole e quella che abbiamo (Rose) è stata una delusione rispetto alle foto. La stanza non disponeva di servizi di base come il tè e il caffè che si trovano anche nei hotel più bassi di bilancio, e quando il desk è stato chiamato a chiedere, ci è stato offerto tè portato nella stanza, ma poi ha pagato 20 euro (otteniamo questo, ovviamente, dalla fattura, ma questo non avrebbe dovuto iniziare con). Il servizio era molto lento durante il nostro soggiorno, sia l'iscrizione che il colazione, e sembrava di essere sottoscritto, anche se al colazione era solo circa metà pieno al momento. In generale, il livello di servizio cerca di essere più personale per giustificare la sua classificazione di 5 stelle, ma è evidente che è necessario un numero maggiore di personale per attirare correttamente questo. Il bagno era troppo freddo per godersi. Non mi fermerò di nuovo, ma mi chiederei di visitare il bar per godere dell'atmosfera unica.

Il modello più costoso è stato prenotato, ma l'hotel dà la casa di giardino. La posizione del letto è in direzione della porta del bagno. Come comunicare non riconosce che il modello di camera da darmi non è coerente, il che mi ha fatto scontare l'impressione francese. Il servizio clienti di Trip.com è molto potente. Mi ha aiutato a ottenere i diritti e gli interessi che devo. La posizione dell'hotel è davvero buona. Nella sesta zona, la sicurezza è tranquilla. Si consiglia che i miei amici vengano a prenotare il tipo di camera di base. L'hotel è un negozio di panini Macaron che è più caldo a Parigi. Questo può essere più facile, quindi non vediamo la fila. Viviamo qui tutti i giorni per la colazione.

Located in a quiet area away from the tourist crowds in 1st district. Plenty of dining and shopping places in Marais and Bastille within walkable distance for locals that you can get an authentic experience. You can get a uber to most places at very affordable prices. The subway 3 minute walk away also has a ticket counter that you can manually purchase all types of transport tickets, load up money without struggling with faulty vending machines. Best rooftop restaurant to enjoy the view of Effie tower, note dame and monmatre every breakfast. Jesus at the front desk is top notch for helping us with taxi and luggage every time. River facing room has good views and great amenities. Love the little surprise gifts at every turndown service. As someone who has been to Paris many times. I much prefer this 3 year old new hotel to many other 5 star hotels in haussman buildings with old infrastructure and small rooms. Will stay again!

Da lontano uno dei miei hotel preferiti a Parigi! Comincia con la posizione. Qualcuno che ama svegliarsi intorno alla città questa posizione è super centrale. Se si confrontasse a New York, sarebbe SoHo. Questo lo descrive meglio. Proprio vicino al luogo in cui il presidente vive, quindi è anche molto sicuro e intorno all'hotel ci sono molte marchi e negozi di lusso. In generale si sente come un quartiere davvero grande. Si trova vicino alla maggior parte dei ristoranti e a soli 6 minuti dal giardino di tulieri e quindi grandi musei e Torre Eiffel, così come l'opera e quindi più shopping (come la 5a Avenida di New York). È anche molto vicino al Parc Monceau, il mio parco preferito, perché è molto tranquillo e tranquillo. E anche vicino ai Champs-Elysées. Il servizio è davvero incredibile e molto attento. C'è un concierge che può prendersi cura di tutte le prenotazioni che vuoi fare. Il ricevimento dei biglietti del Louvre è stato venduto completamente e ha potuto ottenere i biglietti per il giorno che volevamo. Il colazione sembra costoso, ma la qualità è grande e le opzioni sono grandi. L'hotel è molto pulito, che è importante anche per me. In generale ho avuto un grande soggiorno in una camera molto spaziosa e bella. Mi piaceva il design interno e lo trovavo molto elegante e tranquillo.

I really loved the Hotel Le Clef, Unfortunately several issues arose with the stay. Early check in I requested .. They had a room ready and available but would not put me in the room until after my sister and I got lunch .. and came back 2 hours later pleading with them that we flew all night and were really tired. Another manager decided to check us in at around 2 pm instead of 3 pm. My boss had a family emergency and we had to fly back to the states 2 days early. I asked if they could add the coins or travel back to my account on trip .com the said no! Would not even try to gesture something towards me coming back . The location is great and for boutique hotels not accommodating their customers is not good . Another instance. I had called a few days ahead requesting a car service to pick up my sister. I have them the airline the flight number her name and cell.. the driver never checked flight information and my sisters flight got in 1 hour earlier.. she was there at the airport with no one to pick her up .. I asked for a credit.. I said does the company check the flight itinerary? Did they actually show up? It was all very sketchy and I have to tell you I felt bad for my sister arriving to the airport with no help at all having to go to the police security for assistance. So with hotels at our disposal and customer service is a must no a days I’m sad to say as much as I love the location I did not like being left out on taxi and the early check in and also the fact they would not accommodate at all..

While the hotel itself is physically nice, the service was very subpar. Upon early arrival, staff told us a room was almost ready, but we were left waiting for over two hours. To make matters worse, we were placed on the first floor where street noise was a major issue. Despite requesting a room change to a higher floor for our second night, we were flatly denied the next day. It felt like our concerns weren't taken seriously. I expected much better service for a hotel of this caliber.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, sugli Champs-Élysées. Questo è un problema comune per gli hotel europei. È aperto da un po' e i servizi sono nella media. Le camere sono piccole e il prezzo di un hotel parigino è davvero alto. L'attrezzatura e il rapporto qualità-prezzo degli hotel nazionali dello stesso livello sono di gran lunga migliori di quelli degli hotel europei.
