Hotel con balcone a Parigi

La camera era pulita e ben attrezzata. La tessera per il check-in e gli snack sono stati un piccolo gesto di cortesia, e ci hanno persino regalato una borsa di tela in perfetto stile parigino. La posizione era eccellente, vicino sia alla metropolitana che alla stazione degli autobus. La nostra camera aveva vista sulla Torre Eiffel, e mi è piaciuto vederla illuminata ogni sera alle 23:00: un'esperienza deliziosa. Anche chiacchierare sul tetto con il panorama e un drink è stato molto rilassante. Il personale è stato molto accogliente e disponibile a qualsiasi problema. L'unico inconveniente è stato che abbiamo dato per scontato che la sauna fosse gratuita, dato che su Ctrip non era indicata come a pagamento. L'abbiamo prenotata per rilassarci (bisogna assolutamente indossare le scarpe più comode di Parigi; il primo giorno mi sono venute le vesciche ai piedi!), solo per scoprire che l'acqua non era abbastanza pulita e che potevamo immergere i piedi solo per un breve periodo. Al momento della partenza, il personale ci ha informato che avremmo dovuto pagare 130 euro! Credo che il personale avrebbe dovuto informarci in anticipo, e Ctrip avrebbe dovuto indicare chiaramente ”a pagamento” sul proprio sito web. Chiunque abbia intenzione di rilassarsi nella spa dell'hotel dovrebbe esserne consapevole. A parte questo, consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

We were so impressed with the apartment upon check in. However I was incorrectly charged double taxes. Travelled with 2 adults and 3 children. Additionally you are charged 10 euros administrative fee. I was not aware of this by my booking provider beforehand. We were provided with all the access codes (three in total) and 2 different emergency contact numbers. We arrived back with our daughters late at night, to not be able to enter the building as the door would not open. The access codes were correct but the door appeared to not be responding! Passers by stopped to try and assist, we shouted out to those in the building but no joy. We called both emergency telephone numbers but no one answered. We literally did not know what to do at this point and was close to calling the police as our passports and belongings were in the property. Fortunately the restaurant owner next door, happened to be drinking alcohol in the nearby bar, and after near on 15 mins (felt like 30 mins) but been advised it was closer to 15 minutes, he was passing by and thankfully for both the hotel and us, he was able to assist. He mentioned he has been provided with spare keys and was hopeful they still worked. The following day, the receptionist, hugged us and told us her boss would be compensating us for the safety issue and worrying situation we had been put in. I appreciated this approach and she said he would be in touch on Monday. I had to follow up on the Tuesday as I had not heard anything. After a lot of back and forth we have not been compensated anything. Instead have been told the situation was sorted by the neighbour (thank goodness he was in a nearby bar drinking!) we have also been told we would receive a discount for future stays. When asked, we have never been told what the discounts are, so we feel we have been completely misled. It is a shame as the apartments once inside, are lovely, but the management and the lack of safety and the worry, have completely let this place down. Please make sure you are charged correctly for your city taxes.

We loved our stay here. Location was superb for seeing all the main sites. The hotel was clean, quiet and refined. Staff were friendly and more than happy to assist. We chose not to pre-book breakfast here as there were many beautiful cafes nearby to walk to each morning. Loved our small suite. It was very small but we were only really sleeping there so it didn’t matter. Would 100% stay here again,

Il nostro soggiorno allo Star Hotel Champs Élysées è stato complessivamente eccellente. Il servizio è stato molto cordiale e professionale, la posizione superba e l'hotel tenuto in modo impeccabile. Vorremmo in particolare sottolineare la colazione: varia, fresca e deliziosa. L'unica critica che possiamo muovere riguarda la suite: sebbene fosse prenotata per quattro persone, l'abbiamo trovata troppo piccola, soprattutto in termini di spazio e comfort per tutti gli ospiti. Nonostante ciò, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole e consigliamo vivamente l'hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

Nel complesso, sono rimasto deluso dall'hotel, perché mi aspettavo molto di meglio da una struttura a 4 stelle. Mi ha particolarmente infastidito il fatto che il personale addetto alle pulizie sia entrato nella mia stanza mentre dormivo. Ho trovato spiacevole il fatto che il personale della reception e della sala colazione si rivolgesse sistematicamente a noi in inglese, nonostante fossimo in Francia e soggiornassimo in un hotel francese. Sono rimasto molto deluso anche dal box doccia, che non era abbastanza grande; dopo una sola doccia, il bagno si è allagato completamente e il tappetino era bagnato, un'altra cosa molto spiacevole.

My stay at Novotel Paris Vaugirard Montparnasse was a truly enjoyable experience and a great choice for visiting Paris. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, style, and convenience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which set a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was modern, clean, and well-designed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days exploring the city. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the overall quiet atmosphere. One of the highlights of the hotel is its rooftop terrace, which offers stunning panoramic views of Paris—including a view of the Eiffel Tower. It’s the perfect spot to relax in the evening with a drink and take in the city’s beauty. The location is another strong point. Situated in a pleasant and less crowded area, it still offers easy access to public transport, making it simple to reach major attractions around Paris. Overall, I would highly recommend Novotel Paris Vaugirard Montparnasse to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay in Paris. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Ottima posizione, camera piccola senza vasca La qualità del servizio alla reception è molto buona, ma molto scarsa. Avevo prenotato con largo anticipo una camera con vista sulla torre, al piano alto, ma mi è stato comunque assegnato il quinto piano. Fortunatamente la vista era ancora bella, anche se lontana dalla torre. Tutte le persone sullo stesso piano erano asiatiche, mentre ai piani alti c'erano europei e americani. Spero che sia stata solo una coincidenza e non una discriminazione. Se vuoi soggiornare qui per la vista della torre Ctrip ha preso nota di ogni insoddisfazione, il che è positivo.

La posizione è buona, dato che l'Arco di Trionfo è vicino. Ho scelto una camera con balcone, ma a quanto pare ce n'erano due tipi: quelle con tavolo e quelle senza, quindi la mia non ne aveva uno. Costava più del doppio delle altre camere, quindi sono rimasta delusa. C'era un balcone, quindi la vista era soddisfacente. L'unico comfort offerto era il sapone per il corpo. Per il prezzo, pensavo che shampoo e trattamento avrebbero dovuto essere inclusi come minimo. La colazione era a buffet, ma era semplice, con solo pane, yogurt, frutta, formaggio e prosciutto.

Ottimo ostello distribuito su un ampia struttura di 7 piani. Camere confortevoli e particolarmente interessanti gli spazi comuni. Il bar/ristorante interno è ben organizzato e offre colazione, pranzo e cena o un semplice aperitivo. Ha inoltre una impagabile vista su un interno cortile che presenta un giardino dall'aspetto di un piccolo bosco urbano. Molto suggestivo. Gli spazi di consumazione sono dotati di utilissime prese e possono essere usati quindi per lavorare al PC. Strategica la vicinanza alla fermata della metro. Peccato che d'inverno sia chiuso il Rooftop. Da quello che si poteva scorgere dalla porta di accesso, si ha una vista impagabile su Parigi e su Montmartre!
