L'atrio è vuoto, la stanza non è ben tenuta, la moquette è vecchia, il cassetto dell'armadietto del vino è vuoto, non ci sono tazze e cucchiai, non so se per prevenire i ladri o ridurre i costi, o semplicemente non interessa a nessuno, la doccia 🚿 ha una piccola quantità di acqua nel soffitto e il servizio in camera è freddo e non risponde. La palestra ha detto che era in manutenzione e la piscina esterna non era aperta. Sembrava che non potesse permettersi la manutenzione descritto come un hotel quasi a cinque stelle, ma il divario era troppo grande ed era troppo lontano dallo standard a cinque stelle. L'esperienza dell'alloggio è troppo mediocre, il ristorante chiude presto e non c'è niente di delizioso in giro. Lo spazio è ampio e la biancheria da letto è ok. Il divano, le tende e tutto sono molto vecchi. È davvero tempo di rinnovare."

"I had a really good stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zujhi East. The location is convenient and easy to get around from. The staff were very welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out, which made the whole experience smooth.
The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The hotel was recently renovated, and the room had modern amenities.
Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options to choose from, and the quality of food was excellent. The restaurant staff were also attentive and friendly."

UUtente ospiteJi Hotel surprised me with their excellent design, modern yet hip & you have got more than you bargained for. Not just the aesthetics which is highly appealing but the comfort of its sofa chairs & round balcony table which can be used as a coffee cum desk table. Well equipped & well spaced with just about enough for everything. Newly opened but I believe that the front desk personnel needs to be better trained to handle foreigners (or are they very new without a supervisor in attendance?)as we have been subjected to the inconvenience of producing our passports to them for photocopying during check in & subsequently the very next day. Certainly, they lack professionalism in this regard.

Non c'è spazio di gioco dedicato per bambini, nessun gioco per bambini o puzzle come menzionato nelle strutture.
* Il personale ha bisogno di una maggiore formazione per gestire i bambini.
Nessun buffet, solo un pasto insieme senza opzioni occidentali. Niente è complementare anche piccole bottiglie d'acqua.Abbiamo avuto l'impressione che volessero guadagnare il massimo da parte degli ospiti. Per ogni piccola cosa che vogliono che noi paghi.
*Sono stati gentili abbastanza da farci controllare due ore di ritardo. Prima hanno chiesto 200 rmb in più, ma poi hanno mostrato cortesia. Grazie a loro.

UUtente ospiteWe travelled to go hiking and the location of this hotel was pretty close. The grounds of the hotel is so beautiful and relaxing, I felt so at peace here. We got new fruit in the hotel room every day which was so nice! The hotel breakfast was also very good with a lot of options, although I wished there was better tea and coffee options (milk wasn't good, coffee was bad). Really beautiful hotel! No issues checking in as a foreigner.

AArjenshaThe hotel is part of a real estate development that has plans to build villa's along the ridges of the surroundings hills, so it is built to a high quality standard. The villa has a gorgeous view of uninterrupted rolling bamboo forested hills. The surroundings are very quiet, with no other properties within kilometers. The room has floor heating and air conditioning and was very cozy during cold winter weather. Service request were quickly followed up by the team, and small attentions were offered that made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel restaurant offered tasty and reasonably prices meals. Thank you to Mr. Luo and colleagues for taking care of us! The immediate area does not offer many attractions, but we would recommend hiking the 走妈岗 Zou Ma Gang trail about 20km away in the 香榧森林公园。 We also enjoyed a day trip to Wuxie Waterfall park to the west of Zhuji town.

ZZJ96The hotel is around Wanda plaza which is ok for shopping and having some food besides Wanda there was no other interesting places in the vicinity but city center is 3 or 4 KM away from the Hotel . The staff knew how to register foreigners there and did not ask many annoying questions which was good . my overall impression is ok .
The parking was for free .
