較完美的出行，酒店在西施故居里麪，很方便，乾淨整潔，整個設施都不錯，服務也很到位，送了水果，越小廚的券，晚安甜湯，小酒和祈福牌～都很喜歡，唯一遺憾的是入住當晚的燈光秀壞了沒有看到～ 景點其實不大，大半天都能逛完，裏面咖啡店比較多，比較適合我哈哈，坐坐聊聊累了就歇會喝喝咖啡，愜意的狠，晚上再去遊個船，棒極了🎉

The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Combined with the warmth of staff like Xiao Luo and their genuine care for guests (and pets!), this stay was unforgettable. Highly recommended for nature enthusiasts, pet owners, and anyone craving a rejuvenating escape with a touch of magic.

Great location! Good breakfast, the room is clean, the housekeeper is very friendly and the swimming pool is clean and comfortable, the gym facilities are good and spacious. We enjoyed the stay.

L'hotel è situato vicino a un sito turistico non lontano dal centro della città. Tuttavia, è circondato da villaggi dove a notte è molto bello. Il personale è amichevole. 五星的標準配置，諸暨最好的酒店了吧。行政房在最高層，窗外諸暨城景一覽無餘，眺遠能看到西施故里。兩個房間的其中一個半夜出了點問題，因為正好國慶假期客房已滿無法換房，經過當晚值班經理溝通後免費升級到了總統套房，非常滿意！酒店中餐廳的菜味道不錯，早餐品種就是五星級酒店標準供應。整體服務很不錯，下次去諸暨還是會選擇希爾頓！

坐落在諸暨市楓橋鎮楓溪江畔，周邊山水環繞，自然環境超棒，風景美不勝收，感覺一呼一吸間都是清新的空氣，特別愜意。開車出行也方便，不管是想去周邊景點，還是去市區都不費勁。房間設施齊全又人性化，住起來特別舒服。孩子澤很喜歡，果斷續住一晚。而且服務也很貼心，酒店還貼心地送了水果到房間。想換更心儀的房間工作人員也非常順利地幫我辦妥了，真的很省心！性價比超高，能以這麼實惠的價格享受到這麼高品質的服務和體驗物超所值

每次回諸暨在之前一直在希爾頓，想想這次回去打卡下雲滿居，剛剛退房的，有一説一，供大家參考： 1. 酒店的整體環境不錯，酒店的園林景觀，造景還是相當在線的，看得出用心打造，審美藝術品味均在線。酒店客房雖然裝修簡單但不單調，材料、用品也都不錯，洗漱品看不出什麼品牌的，比較一般，吹風機是仿戴森的，馬桶是科勒智能的，台盆和龍頭應該是其他一般品牌。入住的期間剛好下雨，空氣比較好，春季綠意盎然。可以放鬆放鬆 2. 挺好的環境和硬件設施偏偏就敗在服務上：這個酒店的運營服務有種打腫臉充胖子的感覺，看上去什麼都有很闊錯，但是拿出來的東西或許一堆是你不需要的，而你需要的恰好她不肯給。1）入住已經晚上7點，前台電話打了30分鐘才打通，想要個乳膠枕，沒有。2）早餐是配置好的一人一份，沒有可以選擇的，半根玉米一個水煮蛋一塊蛋糕，幾塊西瓜，一碗銀耳，一碗打麪，銀耳羹煮的不錯，因為我不吃蛋糕不吃水果的，所以提出想要再來一碗銀耳羹，回覆是沒有了，我的就餐時間是早上8點前，要麼大概就熬了2碗。3）問起我的房間為什麼沒有浴袍，回覆：要價位高的房型才配有浴袍（我攜程訂的讀雲房，給我升級了個讀雲陽台房），真是醉翻天了，這是第一次聽説酒店配置個浴袍還要看房價高低。4）房間內據説第一輪迷你吧免費（一個柚子汁一個元氣什麼水還有2瓶250Ml的百歲山礦泉水），小半桶薯片，2包三衹松鼠的每日堅果，還有茶包和掛耳咖啡之類的。（沒有膠囊咖啡機的），額外還有一瓶大瓶裝的1L左右的百歲山礦泉水。喝完這些礦泉水以後再要，酒店説礦泉水要收費，普通礦泉水而已，有必要嗎？ 3. 另外酒店大堂有塊牌子：大概意思是説酒店區域是給人來消費的，那你不消費就別來這裏溜達的意思。哎…藝術家都這麼小心眼嗎？ 昨晚本來預訂了清明假期約朋友一起來在小住幾日的，現在瞬間覺得還是希爾頓或者芳草地吧，至少人家服務水準在哪，也不會為哪幾瓶礦泉水跟你急眼。很多酒店走的時候還主動送礦泉水呢，進門有熱茶出門有遞水，你們要這麼高冷嗎？
