L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, proprio di fronte all'uscita B della stazione della metropolitana Fumin. I trasporti sono comodi nelle vicinanze e ci sono molti posti dove mangiare. È comodo andare ovunque. C'è un parcheggio a pagamento di fronte dell'hotel, che è condiviso con l'edificio. Lo sconto del 40% per il soggiorno in hotel è comunque considerato totale. La hall dell'hotel è spaziosa e luminosa e ci sono anche acqua, bevande, frutta e snack gratuiti acqua e bevande nel frigorifero della camera. Nel complesso il posto è pulito e igienico e le strutture sono ben mantenute. Il tablet intelligente Xiaodu e il robot per la consegna del cibo sono molto comodi e intelligenti e ai bambini piace molto. Il personale della reception è molto gentile e cordiale Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui.

Hotel carino in una posizione fantastica. Ci sono 2 tende vicino- KK ONE & C FUTURE CITY con molte opzioni di shopping e cibo. L'hotel stesso è piuttosto moderno e ha una fitness decente. Abbiamo il letto di dimensioni regina con vista sulla città. La camera era pulita e spaziosa, il letto era molto confortevole, aveva un bel riposo notturno, il personale era molto amichevole e, sebbene non parlassero molto inglese, cercarono di comunicare con noi e di fornire ciò che ci serviva. La colazione ha anche avuto alcune buone opzioni. Molto consiglia e si fermerà ancora!

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione (stazione Shaibu) con poche uscite della metropolitana a pochi passi di fronte all'hotel. Puoi andare all'uscita B per l'accesso più vicino alla hall dell'hotel. L'accesso alla metropolitana è disponibile anche al livello -B2, dove puoi salire direttamente alla hall dell'hotel. Visitare la cintura commerciale di Laojie è a pochi passi lungo la strada. Estremamente comodo! Di fronte all'hotel si trova il mercato di cibo fresco. Nello stesso edificio dell'hotel, c'è un meraviglioso ristorante cinese al livello 3 che serve superbi piatti di pesce e cucina cantonese. La loro anatra arrosto è il loro piatto pluripremiato! Da provare assolutamente.
Nel complesso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

FFung YeeL'hotel è in una buona posizione, con mezzi di trasporto convenienti ed è facile chiamare un taxi. Anche la camera è buona, con abbastanza spazio, letti comodi, puliti e immacolati, e anche l'effetto di isolamento acustico è molto buono. Le strutture dell'hotel sono relativamente avanzate, nuove e pratiche. Nel complesso buono. Il personale ha una buona attitudine al servizio ed è paziente nel risolvere i problemi. Il rapporto costo-efficacia complessivo è piuttosto elevato, non male e vale la pena consigliarlo.

VvegaerLa camera è relativamente nuova perché è stata rinnovata di recente negli ultimi due anni.Il giroletto per i bambini è anche il più sicuro e pulito tra tanti hotel che abbiamo visitato quest'anno.I prodotti da bagno per bambini e le piccole pantofole sono punti extra. Il materasso è molto comodo L'edificio principale Lo scenario è molto buono. Inizialmente ho acquistato il pacchetto Yinghai Pavilion nell'area amministrativa questa volta. Ho prenotato temporaneamente l'edificio principale per provarlo. L'ambiente è migliore rispetto alle recensioni online. Il le strutture della piscina al piano di sotto sono relativamente grandi e le attività sono molto interessanti.Lodate lo chef che è incaricato di tagliare i noodles per la colazione il 16 settembre, e i noodles per bambini sono tagliati finemente in modo speciale. La scelta della cena a buffet era un po' limitata, non particolarmente colpita dal cibo. I piccoli dettagli della camera devono ancora essere migliorati. Quando sono tornato in camera ieri sera, ho visto che l'acqua potabile e lo yogurt erano riforniti. Anche se non ho preso l'iniziativa di attivare il servizio di couverture, è arrivato il cameriere dentro e ho visto che la stanza era così caotica e non aiutava a ripulirla.], i bidoni della spazzatura sono pieni. Lluke2fishSono venuto in questo hotel Mercure molte volte in viaggio d'affari, anche perché è vicino alle case di diversi compagni di classe ed è comodo per le riunioni. Ancora più importante, è una delle scelte più convenienti della catena, e quelle legate all’estero sono particolarmente importanti per coloro che ne hanno bisogno. Anche se le camere sono contrassegnate come non fumatori, non tutte odorano di fumo~~ Ero un po' imbarazzata quando ho fatto il check-in nella prima camera, ho sentito di aver chiesto di cambiare camera e ho ottenuto un upgrade! Super invincibile così. Anche la toilette completamente automatica è una bella esperienza. La doccia secca e umida ha una pressione dell'acqua sufficiente e nel piccolo frigorifero ci sono bevande gratuite.

CChuk WanAs a budget business hotel, we are satisfied with the stay as a whole. The room is new and clean, and the hotel is in a business building. Disposable slipper and other amentilies like tooth brush, tooth paste and comb are provided. What's a plus is there is a large projector inside room for viewing movies.
One point liked to highlight is the front line staff William has provided excellent services. He greeted us with a smiling face and provided a free welcome fruit plater to us when we checkrd in. He even took the fruit plate to us in person after we arrived room. We did not book room with breakfast but William was so kind to offer 2 breakfast to us as complimentary. Given the so nice services, we will be back if we go to Shenzhen next time.

Hui Hotel in Shenzhen’s Futian district offers a mix of modern elegance and practical conveniences, though certain inconsistencies hold it back from fully realizing its potential as a luxury stay.
**Design & Ambiance**
The hotel’s contemporary design and thoughtfully curated interiors create a sleek, upscale atmosphere. However, during our stay, the clash between its modern aesthetic and over-the-top New Year’s theme (relentless festive music) felt jarring. It’s a shame to see such a stylish space undermined by seasonal kitsch.
**Location**
A major highlight is the prime location. Key attractions like **中航城君尚購物中心** (AVIC City Junshang Mall) and **世紀滙購物中心** (Century Plaza Mall) are within an 18-minute walk, and two subway stations (Lines 2, 3, and 7) provide seamless connectivity. Nature lovers will appreciate the scenic 30-minute stroll through Shenzhen Centre Park to **深業上城** (UpperHills Mall), blending convenience with greenery.
**Rooms**
Spacious rooms (over 50m²) are well-appointed with lounge sofas, work desks, and HDMI-enabled TVs (a boon for remote workers). That said, layout quirks—like an impractical imitation antique chair obstructing the closet—hinder functionality. Smaller rooms face dated buildings and offer only narrow, angled park views, which may disappoint guests seeking vistas. The unique exterior, shaped by varied floor plans, adds architectural interest but doesn’t compensate for interior shortcomings.
**Service & Guest Experience**
Staff are undeniably courteous and efficient, embodying five-star service. Unfortunately, the ambiance is marred by some guests’ behavior: loud phone videos in public areas, buffet food hoarding, and slipper-clad diners. These lapses make the hotel feel more like a three-star property, undermining its upscale aspirations.
**Facilities & Dining**
During our holiday stay, operational cuts were glaring. Both Western and Chinese restaurants were closed, with no advance notice on booking platforms—a major letdown given the promoted couples’ set menu. The lone delivery robot struggled during peak meal times, causing delays, especially with no room service. For a hotel of this caliber, such oversights during high-demand periods are inexcusable.
**Verdict**
Hui Hotel’s strengths—stellar location, spacious rooms, and polished design—make it a solid choice for business travelers or design-conscious visitors. However, inconsistent guest etiquette, operational hiccups during holidays, and minor room flaws prevent it from truly shining. With better management of seasonal decor, clearer communication about closures, and stricter enforcement of ambiance standards, this hotel could easily elevate itself to the five-star tier it aims for. Until then, temper expectations if booking during peak seasons.

Ppigskin tomla posizione è imbattibile, il centro commerciale e la stazione della metropolitana sono proprio sotto l'hotel, il parco divertimenti è proprio dall'altra parte della strada.

Tuttavia, l'hardware ha bisogno di essere aggiornato, ad esempio, la qualità dell'immagine e del suono della TV è deludente, il design della vasca da bagno e della doccia è strano, l'acqua sul pavimento è inevitabile dopo aver usato la vasca da bagno.
A parte questo, tutto bene, lo consiglio comunque come scelta di hotel a Shenzhen.

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!
