"Initially, the lobby seems a bit “Balmy” nit the staff s friendly, hotel floors are up high. Rooms are clean and quiet and good amenities. Towels ate dusty and need replacement and bathroom / shower doors need oiling, very squeaky., Elevator bays are slow. Overall however, hotel i serviceable, good pricing and surrounding area is fun and good for food and entertainment. Will book again!"

"One of my most enjoyable stay not just in Fujian, but in China! I had stayed in hotels that offer lesser but cost premium. This hotel is clean, new, beautifully and thoughtfully designed to every detail. All the staff had been efficient, friendly, polite, helpful and very well-trained (professional yet sincere) in delivering great service. Be it the porter, the receptionist, the concierge or even the staff standing outside the restaurant or the housekeeping staff I walked past. I would go back to the hotel anytime again, not just because of the affordable price but for the experience. Great job there! "It is very comfortable and relaxed stay at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the airport and it's a new hotel. The room we stayed in is big yet comfortable. I like the drip coffee supplied in the room. There is a DIY laundry room. My special thanks to Mr Tan (陈先生)who helps and provide service for my laundry. What is more special about this hotel is all the staff are very attentive and polite. Good jobs for those working at the front counter and restaurant. "The room is spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Staffs at the front desk, lobby and restaurant are polite and helpful. We enjoyed the snacks provided especially the milk biscuit. We loved the red date n tremella dessert very much, but only for two days. It was then replaced by a packet of fresh milk, rather disappointed. A gentle suggestion here. It would be good if the cleaner can make a routine check on the joints of the tiles with black mold around the shower area. Thank you."
