走進大堂，簡約大氣的新中式裝修搭配暖黃燈光，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊，迎面就是亞朵標誌性的閲讀區，書架上擺着不少蘇軾文化相關的書籍，等入住的間隙隨手翻了本閲讀。辦理入住的前台小姐姐特別貼心，得知我是來淘建盞的，不僅免費升級了江景大床房，還附贈了一個伴手禮也是建盞，還講解了哪邊的建盞相對比較適合，這波本地攻略直接拉滿好感。
推開客房門，首先被超大落窗户吸引，近看是潺潺江景，遠眺能望見朦朧遠山，氛圍感直接拉滿。房間裏的配置更是戳中細節控，深睡枕PRO軟硬度剛好貼合頸椎，新疆裸棉四件套親膚透氣，連迷你小冰箱裏的飲料和餅乾都能免費享用，投屏電視晚上還能躺着看劇。衞生間乾濕分離，水壓穩定水温足，洗漱台旁的置物架還貼心放了棉簽，完全不用自己帶零碎用品。最讓我驚喜的是隔音效果，臨街的房間卻聽不到半點喧囂，熬夜整理淘來的建盞也完全不擔心打擾別人。

UUtente ospiteWe were delighted to have found and stayed at this property. Minzhushanfang is a very new bed-and-breakfast accommodation with a minimalist, calming, zen-style architecture befitting of the Wuyishan area. The rooms are similarly designed along the same minimalist, zen concept and are true to the property photos published on the booking platform. We deliberately chose an accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of town and so, found the location of Mingzhushanfang excellent. Located directly across from the entrance of the Wuyishan scenic area, it was very convenient accessing the park while being peaceful and tranquil. Do note that with its location being away from town centre, dining options at or near the property aren't many, so having dinner near town, prior to heading back to the hotel at night is strongly recommended.
The room we booked has a peaceful stream view, and looks remotely across towards the Dawangfeng peak. Room and facilities are very clean. While it seems smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, we were very thankful we had no issues whatsoever with residual smoke odour.
The owners of this property, who are also tea growers and manufacturers, were extremely hospitable. We were always welcomed for candid tea tastings and conversation at the lobby area, They even went out of their way to help us when we got abit lost in town! Their breakfast made by their Ah Yi is wholesome and amazing - with a lot of farm-to-table ingredients freshly harvested from their own vegetable patch. I would love to go back to visit Wuyishan again and will not hestiate to stay at Minzhushanfang again.

All'inizio dell'inverno sul monte Wuyi, di notte faceva già molto freddo, il capo ha acceso premurosamente l'aria condizionata in anticipo e il calore ha scacciato l'aria fredda non appena siamo entrati nella stanza. Quando ho fatto il check-in, ho ricevuto frutta, snack e tè dalla fabbrica di tè del negozio (il tè del capo è ottimo e delizioso👍🏾).
La cena è tutta fatta in negozio, per non parlare del gusto, votiamo con le nostre azioni.
Infine, voglio elogiare: l'acqua del bagno è molto calda e confortevole e anche la pressione dell'acqua è ottima.

UUtente ospiteWe booked the two-storey villa and truly enjoyed the beautiful scenery within the hotel grounds, as well as the excellent service. From the doorman, restaurant staff, electrician, to the drivers — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
A special thanks to our Butler, Xiao Fang. She is such a lovely and caring lady — incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. No matter what we requested, she always did her best to assist. I changed my boat-ride schedule multiple times, and she handled everything with so much patience and professionalism.
Xiao Fang truly made our holiday more enjoyable and completely hassle-free.
We would love to come back to this hotel again.

Servizio: il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile mi ha aiutato a preparare una guida in anticipo e ha fissato un appuntamento per il ritiro e la riconsegna. Ogni membro del personale è molto gentile e fornisce medicine semplici quando è malato.
Strutture: Le strutture del nuovo hotel sono molto complete, in particolare il piccolo cortile dell'hotel è molto progettato, il paesaggio è bellissimo e offre anche il servizio di sala da tè, ecc.
Nel complesso, l'ambiente è buono, l'esperienza del servizio è buona e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è ottimo. Farò una prenotazione la prossima volta che verrò.

I study Asian art for a living, and I travelled to Jianyang to visit the home of Jian ware, classic tea bowls of the Song dynasty (960 to 1279 CE), distinguished by their black and brown glazes. Over the last few decades, firing Jian ware in the Song tradition has been revived in the area. I chose Nanping Colourful Village Homestay because it was in Jianyang, affordable, and accepted international guests. What I found was a luxury resort with all the warmth and personal attention of a homestay.
I asked the front desk about an excavated Song kiln site in a nearby village, and the receptionist brought me the manager, who arranged for someone to take me the next day. My driver was Ms. Huang, an employee of the resort whose job involves buying and selling contemporary pieces. She knew everything about Jian ware! The kiln site isn’t run as a tourist site, so I was only able to view it because Ms. Huang arranged for it to be opened for me.
I had told them I was vegetarian, so for lunch they took me to lunch at a vegetarian buffet. Then we visited the town’s Jian ware museum, where they have exhibits on the history of tea and Jian ware, historical pieces, and the work of contemporary Jianyang potters.
To my delight, Mr. Gao, the potter-in-residence at the resort, uses a Song-style wood-fired dragon kiln, built right on the grounds! His pieces that range from beautiful but quite affordable to exquisite and appropriately expensive. They include both iridescent silvery oil spot and orange-to-black hare’s fur pieces. I am still thrilled that I was able to purchase wood-fired pieces on my limited budget.
For dinner, the resort’s restaurant prepared vegetarian versions of Fujian cuisine for me. The food was all delicious, featuring classic Fujianese mountain ingredients like local bamboo and mushrooms.
Then we visited Mr. Gao’s dragon kiln, and later his studio, where he experiments with different local clays and glaze recipes. The rich colours and iridescence of Jian ware are the result of the iron-rich local material fired at high temperature, and the results are as unpredictable as they are beautiful.
The next day, they drove me to Mr. Chen’s family tea plantation in the mountains, where they grow famous northern Fujian teas. These fine teas were all wonderful, smooth and rich with a touch of smoke, and sometimes fruity in flavour. We strolled through mountainsides of tea bushes and visited groves of centuries-old tea trees.
This is a perfect place for an immersive experience in China that is also very comfortable and convenient. I often find tourist experiences in China claustrophobic due to the press of people, but the resort was spacious and airy, and they took me to places where there was no one else but us and the occasional local going about their business. Everyone was very patient with my limited Chinese language skills. They were also happy to work with translator apps on our phones, so if you don’t speak any Chinese, you will be fine.
This would be a great place to come as a family. There are gardens and rides for kids right next to the resort. You can learn how to whip Song-style tea and carve your name into the base of your own Jian ware cup. Not far away is a historical theme park with a collection of real architecture from the Ming (1368 to 1644 CE) and Qing (1636 to 1912 CE) dynasties. The employees wear period dress and there are performances and activities. Nearby there are hiking trails, historical sites, and lovely villages to visit.
It’s also very close to Wuyi Mountain National Park, so it would be a perfect place to stay if the mountains are your destination. If you ask, they could arrange for you to visit famous sites or take you to breathtaking places that only locals know, whatever you want. They can also arrange transport to and from the train station or airport.

LLuxiuxiaLa camera era abbastanza pulita. Prendete il treno K1 dalla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità fino al Manxin Hotel e camminate per pochi minuti fino all'hotel. La posizione è ottima. Ci vogliono solo pochi minuti di taxi per raggiungere il Monte Wuyi. È molto comodo per mangiare e prendere i taxi. La colazione è nella media. The room was big and sunny, very silent, the bed comfortable, the heating worked really well and the shower gets nice and hot if you wait for a while. It’s off season right now, but we were still surprised to see that the hotel was practically empty, it deserves more clients.
It’s one of the few hotels inside the park which is very convenient, and much nicer than the ones outside of the park that look really sad and ugl. We much preferred waking up with a view on the tea plantations. The staff doesn’t speak English at all but they’re very kind and will try their best to understand all your needs through translation apps. We ended up staying a day less and they were kind enough to give us the breakfast for free. They will also offer you to taste their local tea in the hall, which is delicious and served in the traditional way which is fascinating to watch.
The furniture and overall look of the hotel might be a little dated, but we actually liked it, it gives character compared to all the ultra modern, aseptic hotels. The breakfast was really abundant and delicious, typical of the area which we loved. The only real inconvenience is that didi won’t be able to leave you at the hotel entrance, it will be stopped at the park entrance which is a 10 minutes walk on a road busy with all the park’s buses. The solution is either booking the car directly through the hotel, or ask the hotel to register your didi’s plate so it can enter the park. We did this when we visited the nearby Xiamei village and it worked.

UUtente ospiteCi sentiamo sinceramente indecisi nello scrivere questa recensione. Da un lato, l'hotel ha molti aspetti positivi. È molto pulito e il personale è incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile. La sua posizione è ideale anche per chi ha intenzione di visitare il Parco Nazionale di Wuyishan o ha bisogno di un comodo accesso alla stazione ferroviaria di Wuyishan Nord.
Tuttavia, siamo rimasti piuttosto delusi a causa di un problema che ci stava molto a cuore. Avevamo espressamente prenotato una camera non fumatori. All'arrivo, ci è stata assegnata una camera che emanava un odore di fumo molto forte. C'era persino una bruciatura di sigaretta sulla scrivania, il che rendeva evidente che qualcuno aveva fumato lì dentro, nonostante la classificazione ufficiale della camera. Abbiamo chiesto immediatamente di essere cambiati e, sebbene il personale insistesse gentilmente che la camera fosse non fumatori, hanno accettato di spostarci. Purtroppo, la seconda camera era identica, anche se puzzava di fumo.
A quel punto, per non creare problemi, abbiamo accettato la situazione con riluttanza, ma ci è sembrata incredibilmente scoraggiante. Essendo non fumatori e molto sensibili all'odore di sigaretta, questo ha seriamente compromesso il nostro comfort e ci ha fatto sentire come se le nostre preoccupazioni non fossero state prese sul serio. Essere spostati da una camera fumatori all'altra subito dopo aver sollevato il problema ha dato l'impressione che non ci fosse stato alcun vero sforzo per accontentarci, il che è stato frustrante.
Detto questo, a parte questo problema, il nostro soggiorno è stato generalmente piacevole. Se la sensibilità al fumo non è un problema importante per voi, questo hotel potrebbe comunque essere una buona opzione. Tuttavia, per i non fumatori, consigliamo di confermare le opzioni di camera in anticipo e, se necessario, di riconsiderare la scelta.
