Così così, la stanza ha un odore un po' pesante subito dopo essere entrati, il bagno è molto puzzolente, non so dove il rumore è un po' forte

La colazione è molto buona, ce ne sono di molti tipi, le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ordinate, molto meglio del Pucheng Hotel, il parcheggio è un parcheggio sotterraneo, non piove sotto il sole, questo è buono, il parcheggio è sufficiente; l'ambiente circostante dell'hotel è molto pulito e il panorama fuori dalla finestra Molto bene, sono di buon umore, verrò a Pucheng per stare qui in futuro!

Do not recommend. For a multitude of reasons: This hotel has a rat problem. The 11th floor has extremely obvious signs of a rat infestation. These signs being: 1 - Excessive rat poo under the beds and in the bathroom. 2 - You can hear the rats running in the ceiling and chewing on the walls. Cleanliness? Or lack of... the carpets are covered in burn marks (on a non smoking floor?) and stains, and are even damp with the remnants of the last 30 residents, so make sure you use the slippers provided. The skirting boards are all damp and covered in wood rot, and barely hanging onto the walls. As the room was not providing us with any faith, we wiped down the shelving in each of our rooms with a tissue and hand sanitizer, which left the tissue black with dirt. Everything in the room had a horrific smell of smoke, considering this is a """"non smoking floor"""", it's quite impressive to see that they provide an ash tray, matches, and multiple burns marks embedded in the carpets. This is accompanied by with multiple men smoking in the corridors, as well as in the lifts. So if you don't want lung cancer, I would probably avoid. The showers, although warm and sufficient, turn the entire wash room into a wet room. I have had paper plates with more capacity to block water seepage than these showers. The aircon, although you can set the temperature all the way down to ice cold (0c), still pumps out piping hot air, heating up the aroma of the room. If the smoke wasn't bad enough, there is a horrific egg smell in the corridors when the windows are open. Although not the hotels problem itself, it's still quite unpleasant when the windows have been opened during the night, and you wake up, to a not-so-breakfasty smell. Terrible build quality is apparent in the rooms also, with bodge repairs all over. One example being the fact that the cupboard had been silicon'ed to the carpet. My sink was also held in place by two wooden planks.

酒店位置很好，市中心黃金地段，前台服務人員服務特別好，比了好幾家選中了這家。尤其是要誇獎一下他家的早餐，很多種類.口味很不錯.非常nice.很好很好.房間環境非常不錯哦！棒棒噠.值得推薦.

地理位置還行，唯一的可取之處。大廳無空調，很冷，房間空調能力也不強，5個小時才達到23度室温，煙味嗆人，地毯很臟，電視機無法開啟，就自認倒黴**不佳。不過早餐煮麪的阿姨和保潔阿姨很親切。總之不會再去住了，¥310/晚也不算便宜。

當天入住沒有熱水，打電話給前台説了，酒店讓等一小時差不多有熱水。等了一小時也沒有，想想算了第二天起床還是沒有熱水。住個酒店最基礎的熱水都沒，還讓人白等。前台客服都挺客氣的，就是解決方案我接受不了，經理還是客服説在邊上開其他酒店給我，當時已經半夜12點了來浦城很累了，還一堆行李要提過去再加上下雨天。很差的一次住宿體驗。

賓館極差，從來沒碰到過，停車環境差，晚上沒有熱水洗澡，空調不熱，被子煙味，早飯環境也是空調大概沒開，和室外一樣冷，敷衍了事，1分都多給了。不能選0分

前台服務態度極差，對話永遠是黑着臉，不解決任何問題。服務態度最差酒店，沒有之一。貴酒店前台就這個標準麼？環境也甚為一般，衞生打掃敷衍了事。
