La stanza #1501, con una vista di 180 gradi sul lago Swan, ha i segni di compleanno dal tavolo e sulla TV, una canzone di compleanno che gioca su slip, e divertenti asciugamani sul letto. La sala Intercontinentale del Club ha offerto una generosa selezione di snack di tè pomeriggio e di pranzo leggero, ma abbiamo dato un basso grado alla selezione delle bevande, il vino e le scelte del liquore erano piuttosto limitate. Ma il bellissimo staff lo ha fatto con un servizio eccellente e attento. Ho avuto un massaggio rilassante al Yixi Spa, ma notiamo che il prezzo è sul lato alto. "Abbiamo ricevuto un aggiornamento dopo aver tornato dalla pausa del nostro viaggio, che l'hotel ci ha detto che non c'è promessa. La stanza era molto confortevole rispetto alla stanza precedente, perché il letto era molto meglio. Tuttavia, le luci di posizione sono fuori posizione che non ci aspettiamo da un hotel così marcato. "I booked 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Regency Exclusive Double Bedroom. It was very spacious and had a great view especially at night. It has a separate powder room area and large walk in closet. Shout out to NINA for providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. She was meticulous about answering all of my questions and always ready to help. My reservation included access to the club area where they had a good variety of food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this particular room if you need plenty of space."

UUtente ospiteThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

AAhadGermanRoom was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel.

IIbbo1966This is my hotel of choice when I travel to Baohe District, Hefei on business, and this will be my 3rd stay. The hotel location is very good, with many good quality restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel and easy access to the city centre if required. The hotel rooms are large, well-equipped and always very clean, which is a credit to the diligent maid service at the hotel. The facilities at the hotel are everything I require when travelling on business, and the hotel staff are respectful and understanding of my busy schedule, helping with any requests I have, including help with laundry if I am busy. The staff respond quickly and positively to any concerns or help required, and nothing is too much for them. They prepare and serve good coffee in the lobby which helps start my day, and the breakfast selection is good and organised. There are many positives about this hotel, but what stands out is the staff - They are always happy, kind, helpful, positive and efficient, which makes my time very easy and smooth, even though we do not speak the same language. I recommend this hotel without question and hope that you have a very good experience if choosing to stay with them 👍

UUtente ospiteA Hotel You Literally Have to Find Underground Hefei South Railway Station I arrived in Hefei at night, impressed by China’s almost legendary punctuality — something my own country once specialised in, long ago. The airport shuttle glided through wide, perfectly straight roads lined with glowing skyscrapers. A good start. Then I reached Hefei South Station, opened Trip.com, and was told: “Your hotel is right here.” Technically true — but only if you know it’s directly underneath your feet. After wandering around the huge empty square, a very kind police officer rescued me, pointed to a lonely elevator in the middle of the plaza (it looked more like modern art than an entrance), and down I went into the hidden world below. The hotel is built inside the station itself — small clusters of rooms tucked between luggage areas and service corridors. From reception to my room it was about 300 metres of underground sightseeing. My VIBRAM-soled hiking boots even stuck to the floor at first (someone must have spilled a bottle of very enthusiastic orange soda), but the cleaning staff fixed everything with great care and many smiles. Breakfast was the most unforgettable part: served inside a convenience store full of police officers and station staff queueing for their morning noodles. No English menu, lots of friendly confusion, and eventually I received three cold eggs and a massive seaweed-wrapped rice block the size of two fists. I decided to spare myself — life is too short for certain experiments — and found a latte upstairs instead. Summary What I liked: Unique location inside the station Clean rooms Very friendly staff Great price Be aware: Entrance is hard to find (think: treasure hunt, but underground) No English spoken Breakfast not ideal for foreign travelers Verdict A memorable stay — perfect for Chinese-speaking guests or adventurous travellers who enjoy stories as much as comfort. If you don’t speak Chinese: bring patience, humour and your own breakfast.

AAnxious but kindA Pleasant Stay with Excellent Service I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was overall quite impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were welcoming and incredibly efficient, making the check-in process both speedy and effortless. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay.
