"La grande camera spaziale con un letto abbastanza grande da adattarsi a 3 o addirittura a 4 persone 😄. Controlla la camera era liscia, tutti amichevole e attento. Il lobby puzza bene, ma sarebbe bello se puzzasse come tutto il modo in cui arriva alla stanza. Il mio breve soggiorno di 2 notti era confortevole e rilassante."

"The hotel staff were very welcoming! One of the staff opened the entrance door for us, and the check-in process was smooth with the receptionist answering all our questions kindly. The hotel furnishings were decent, though the building does show its age a little. Parking was convenient as well, just take a ticket, get it validated at the front desk, and you can exit free of charge. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The only minor downside was that the marble bathroom floor felt quite cold without slippers, but overall it was still a pleasant stay!"

"I had wonderful stay on the *12th floor*. The room was modern, and offered a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were well thought out. Service was warm and professional throughout our stay.
Only small issue was the *side table clock*, which was *off by 39 minutes* — a minor detail, but worth adjusting for future guests.
A shout of thanks to front desk staff who arranged a grab ride from her phone. I didn’t her name. I check from hotel after 0500hrs
Overall, a great experience and would definitely return"

"I recently stayed at Kingwood boutique hotel for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the warm hospitality.
The room was clean, and suitable for budget business trip. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.
Location-wise, the hotel was perfect, with easy access to any shopping center.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Miri."

"location wise is good just walking distance to permaisuri imperial mall
upon step into the hotel lobby you can smell the bad wet moisture near to the receptionist and also in our bedroom. u can see the black stain on every wallpaper due to the wet moist. telephone in our room is only for display. there is no telephone cable connected. have to walk down the lobby to request for toothbrush only provided upon request.
Floor carpet is not light colour as shown in the picture, its dark colour now.. they should have done proper cleaning or maintainance. Our room didnt have fridge and the lightning of the room is very dim."

"Volevo solo dire che mi piaceva davvero questo posto. Le camere erano molto pulite e confortevoli, che è sempre un plus nel mio libro. Seriamente, il personale era amichevole e utile ogni volta che mi serviva qualcosa. Vorrei assolutamente suggerire di rimanere qui se stai cercando un bel tempo. In generale, una grande esperienza!"

"The location itself is very close to the airport. This is perfect who for those who need to catch up with early flight or to have a quick rest after long flight. Although it is near to the airport, suprisingly it is not noisy. You can hardly hear the plane take off or landing noise. For meal, it is located at strategic location where food can be easily reachable by Grab or other food delivery app. The hotel is very clean, quiet and equipped with facilities such as long swimming pool, sauna, gym, common areas, self service laundry and plenty of vending machines. I was lucky enough to be upgraded from superior king room to apartment one bed room. It was totally free due to the hotel overbooked.
Overall it was a great experience and I recommend for this hotel"

"it was my more than 3x stays at Meritz and it was completely incredible , not just about the connecting door to the mall , also about the safety.
im highly recommended to stay here if you’re lazy to go anywhere cause the mall just beside u 😆. not even 10 step u took from the hotel to reach the mall.And for the services , everything was good till i order for room service , i dont know why the lady that answer my phone didn’t talk in appropriate tone.i hope they fix how they should be communicate to the guest."

JjanaLocation is unbeatable. The only problem during my stay was the bathroom sink was partially clogged. It took quite a while for the water to go down. I ended up brushing my teeth and washing my face in the shower cubicle. I did not call the hotel staff as it was only one night.

NNASSSSArrivato tardi. La stanza era pulita ma solo buona per rimanere per una notte. Molto sorpresa, non fornisce la spazzola dentale 😎, ma asciugamani. Il bagno non aveva una curtain che rende il bagno inondato dopo la doccia.
Kettle era lì, ma non c'erano tazze, tazze di tè o caffè.
TV molto vecchio tipo e Remoto difficile da fare 😀. Quindi, il costo saggio è ok, per il soggiorno notturno ma non per più di una notte.

MMohd Hafadzie Ag SallehStaying for 3 days and 2 nights at the hotel. Everything is good especially the room due to the deluxe room being full & upgraded to a premier room 😍😊
But the bad thing is, the receptionist is kinda gloomy & unwilling to solve the problem. On the first night staying, i still didn't sleep & forgot to lock the door. Luckily the door guard is intact, and i heard someone trying to open the door. The next morning, I requested to see CCTV footage to know who the one opening our door room was. But the receptionist said, ”oh we wrongly gave the room key last night to the guest”.. that's not the answer to what we want.. that means the hotel is not secure at all for a guest to stay.
On the 2nd day, i already set the button for the make up room, but no housekeeping doing make up room after back from Bazaar Gawai late night.. and i ask the receptionist and they answer ”Oh, we fully book & need to clean the room ASAP & didn't do make up room” 😅 is that an excuse not to do make up room??
All the time I'm going to the receptionist, the same receptionist is not smiling at all 😅😅
For the facility, everything is good but no phone in the room 🤣 so it's hard to reach reception or housekeeping.

Wwan syahmi 23The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was normal and clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attraction. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
