The bathroom was smell of urine when we entered; really unpleasant smell and really unacceptable, End up request to change a new room. Attended by Housekeeping but without any apologize from them. In the middle of conversation, the housekeeping answer her personal phone call without excuse given; did not shown any professionalism. Take about 20 mins to change to a new room is really wasting my time. Facilities is good but really need to improve in service. others are fine.

Exceptional hospitality! First of all, there was 4 of us traveling. Two of our friends couldn’t make it to the trip. The rest of the two of us were given an upgrade to suite room!! Room was very clean, beautiful and everything we needed. We were so given a front entrance parking- which was amazing for us. Second of all, the staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We appreciate the warm welcome, the complimentary drinks upon arrival and damp towel given for us to wipe- it makes us feel very royal lol! Overall, we want to thank the general manager and staff for the great experience and comfortable stay. Definitely looking forward to staying at this hotel next time. I highly recommend!

Salve, ho portato mia moglie, mia madre e mio figlio di un anno a Meriyue in vacanza.L'hotel è davvero bellissimo e ha tutti i tipi di strutture moderne.Il colazione è abbastanza buono (anche se noi tre abbiamo dato solo due coupon).Ma le strutture dell'hotel sono abbastanza buone. L'unico problema è che ci sono pochi ristoranti moschee vicini.Se un auto in affitto viene qui e parcheggia in hotel, sarebbe meglio.(Abbiamo affittato tre giorni), tutte le altre strutture sono buone. Ci piace la stanza a basso costo, quindi la stanza non ha una buona vista (in realtà, nel mezzo del corridoio).In generale, questa esperienza è abbastanza buona.

Era una guida di 1 ora dalla città di Miri al resort. La condizione della strada Miri-Bintulu era molto difficile come sotto la sua manutenzione principale. Siamo basicamente su 50km/hr. Il resort è un buon posto per la famiglia di incontrarsi esp quando abbiamo accesso limitato a Internet e chiamate. Ci sono molte attività fisiche che si può fare in un gruppo o solo. Il tour del resort incluso nel soggiorno è una grande esposizione per i bambini per capire l'ecosistema delle foreste tropicali.

Tutto dipende dal prezzo per cui hai ottenuto questo hotel. L'ho ottenuto sotto 40 dollari, quindi non c'è nessun reclamo in generale. L'hotel è molto vicino alla collina del Canada. L'hotel ha visto giorni migliori. Camera decente con TV, ma senza canali. Nessun frigo. La camera da bagno ha una lavastoviglie e doccia nel bagno ma non c'è un tappo. Non c'è doccia comoda che è una cosa comune negli hotel asiatici di solito. Il problema più grande è che non c'è posto buono per mangiare vicino . È necessario camminare almeno 800 metri per ottenere un piatto alimentare . Ci sono 2 negozi di comodità bang di fronte all'hotel. Il personale dell'hotel è molto scarsamente formato non hanno idea dei vicini e delle attrazioni turistiche locali. Visite Coco Cabana e Canada Hill per vedere .

The hotel doesnt look new, but quality of the room is exquisite. hospitality of the staff is outstanding. Will propose my friends and fmily to come here in the future for stay miri. If u book standard room, make sure to bring own toiletaries though.

Having a room at the end of the hallway, would be better. - Wifi signal weak, if you are at the end of the hallway. Cons: - Staff on site, has poor customer service skills. So guest should pay attention to check what is in your hotel voucher, to avoid overpaying, Also remember to collect your deposit, don't rely on the staff to remember to do it. My experience: I stayed 1 night. There is a lack of onsite parking (4-5 car spaces that wouldn't risk blocking any cars parked at the back of the property). If you prefer not to risk being disturbed to move your car, and you either need to leave your car at limited space at front of the property (its a first come first serve basis), or make do with free on-street parking along the Jalan Setia Raja. As I was the first guest to check in for the day, I opted to just leave my car at 2pm till the next morning. I rearrange my day's plan: walk to Bintang plaza to spend my time there for the whole afternoon. Plan for a late dinner, using grab to the restaurant of my choice, before using Grab to return to the hotel and have an early night. I wasn't going to have to risk being left with free street parking option. During check out, I almost forgot to collect my deposit, receptionist didn't not issue receipt during check in ( and I forgot to request). During check out, receptionist also dont' remember to proactively return my deposit, I have to remind them. I also paid tax twice ( charged by agoda, then also charged by hotel receptionist), because hotel receptionist didn't check the booking details. After I left, I realize this mistake, so I called the hotel, left my contact number left with receptionist, as they needed to verify double charge. No follow up from hotel staff at all. Separately I reached out to Agoda about the double tax situation. Unfortunately the hotel owner also have communication breakdown from Agoda. Agoda provide the wrong contact info: Another hotel guest (same first and last name, different booking ID, different agoda account) to follow up with refund. It is by chance that the other hotel guest and I are acquainted, so the boss could finally contact the right person. It took about 5 days from the date of check out, until the hotel owner could contact me directly to make things right. He took note of the feedback between me and the other hotel guest's experience. Will I stay here again - it depends on what are my travel plans in the city & room price, but I will make sure I take precaution as the staff behavior wasn't acceptable. Hopefully by the time I

La mia stanza era situata al Block B, livello 3. Il parcheggio davanti al blocco era bloccato con i fiori e è piuttosto difficile maneggiare la macchina per far parcheggio inverso nelle notti piogge che ho vissuto. L'ingresso era su un piano superiore e dovevo salire la scala per andare in camera mia. La stanza era buona, ma il bagno era piuttosto sporco e puzzava molda. Le lame di letto puzzavano bene.L'aria era super fredda.La TV funzionava bene.
