I spent 3 nights in Sheraton Zhoushan Hotel. Service is really good, staff is polite and competent (English speak as well).
Restaurant is really good, for breakfast and for dinner as well (buffet style with fresh fish).
BUT I gave 1 Star to facilities since I choose this hotel for the beautiful (on picture from the website) outdoor pool, but with my big surprise, it was not available, just few cm of water and the bottom of the pool was slimy..... Staff said that since last year pool is not available and used just for small child with inflatables. Towel service also not available.
I really think that this detail should be remarked in the website otherwise people can be misled (like me)

酒店算是小島上數一數二的高端酒店了，設施可以，一樓還有自助咖啡機售賣，房間打掃也算整潔，早餐還是蠻豐富的，選擇性較多，中西都有，唯一吐槽就是電梯太少，高峯期需要等很久，對商務出行整體來説還是不錯的選擇。

第一次來普陀山選擇瞭如易閣，真的是非常明智的選擇！
管家小偉提前聯繫，還幫忙看了天氣預報，全天在線，不管是酒店活動還是禮佛相關的事情都會一一解答，入住期間還碰到開漁停航，也在第一時間告知了，贊👍
從碼頭下船後酒店的車就直接送到門口，（返回碼頭的車也有，每半小時一班），酒店對面就是餐廳，步行幾分鐘就是普濟寺，十分方便。
酒店內部裝修十分有禪意，服務也是處處透露貼心，由於是夏天，前台準備了藿香正氣水和電解質水。
在酒店吃了自助早餐，齋飯味道很好。
房間內提前開好了空調和除濕，進屋的第一秒就涼快下來了，房間內還可以抄經。

SSharpPutoshan is well off the foreigner travel path and information in English is limited. That the nearest train station is a few hours away in Ningbo only makes it more complicated. That’s why I was happy to find this homestay/hotel with its helpful English speaking owner “良筑”. I called and he added me on WeChat to give me advice and drop me pins (hint:the “south” bus station in Ningbo is adjacent to the train station, next to the taxi queue). He explained where the four main sightseeing spots on the island were and gave me advice about how to tackle them in a day. As for the hotel itself, perfectly fine: clean and comfortable and affordable. Only disadvantage is it’s about a 10-15 minute drive to the ferry building, about an hour walk. But it’s easy to catch taxis to the hotel and then 良筑 will drive you back to town (about 20 rmb each way). Also, immediately across the street is an enormous new Buddhist temple with a really beautiful interior that I would have missed seeing if I hadn’t stayed at this hotel. It needs at least an hour. The nearby town is small but has many seafood restaurants. All in all, if you’re a foreigner with limited Chinese ability hoping to visit Putoshan, then this is probably the right hotel for you as 良筑 will help you to plan and organize your visit. Plan to arrive by midday and stay for two nights. You can see it all in that time.

The private room looks just like the Trip.com image. Very clean. Bed is very firm futon-style w/2 pillow choices. Window gives sound of waves & fresh sea breeze. Aircon also works well, if needed.
Excellent hot water in the all-in-one bathroom. Water pressure was powerful. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hair dryer all provided.
Hostel is 2 minute walk to Longquan Beach & 2 minute walk to bus stop, very convenient location. Bus costs 3¥ & hostel owner will graciously explain transport to other villages, other beaches, and to Houtouwan (abandoned village--it's fantastic!) on Shengshan island--round trip by bus is 12¥.
This hostel is a perfect choice for budget-minded travelers who want clean, inexpensive, no-fills lodging. The friendly, knowledgeable owner, who was previously a teacher, speaks a bit of English, and is a very fine cook! Ask her about food--her meal prices are very reasonable and it's fresh.

RRares MAn excellent stay on Shengshan Island. Before we even arrived, the owner already contacted us on WeChat with information about our stay and gave us very comprehensive tips for our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the boat port, the main entry onto Shengshan, and it is just across it. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived off the boat and helped us get our luggage. They have a very convenient luggage lift which means that you don't have to lug anything up the stairs. The hotel feels clean, luxurious, comfy and homely at the same time. It is a family run hotel and the reception is very warm. Our room was very clean and everything that was needed was provided. The view was spectacular from our room (image provided). The bed was very comfy and the lounger was perfect for watching the sea within the comfort of your room. The pool downstairs is great to cool off after a day out exploring. The breakfast provided was very nice and simple, some youtiao (Chinese fried dough, similar to churros), soy milk and sweet and savoury buns.
All in all an excellent experience, and we thank the hosts for everything.

XXiaojurenQuesta volta il popolo è super caldo, il capo è particolarmente elettrizzato e il cibo è molto bello. Ogni pasto dopo l'isola è stato organizzato dal capo e cucinato personalmente. Il soggiorno e il soggiorno fanno sentire la gente come ”ritorno a casa”. Il traffico sull'isola è inconveniente, il capo di Jiangxi aiutarà con entusiasmo a fare un viaggio, il prezzo è ragionevole, e ci occupiamo di tutto.La posizione geografica della popolazione è anche molto buona. È in vista al mare, può vedere la spiaggia di Wang non lontano sul balcone, e ci vogliono venti minuti a piedi da Shanhai Chi. Più tardi, l'isola di Guangzhou continuerà a scegliere 257 residenti.

CCheungAmandaNoi amavamo tutto sulla collezione di Healray, il nostro volo è arrivato tardi, e ha preso un traghetto tardi sull'isola. Fortunatamente, hanno avuto servizio di navetta da e a Ferry, che ha reso molto più facile di chiamare un servizio di auto. Quando siamo arrivati, ci hanno aiutato a scaricare il bagaglio. La nostra stanza ha una vista eccellente e poteva vedere la statua di Guan Yin dalla nostra stanza. Sono OCD, quindi la pulizia è molto importante per me e ho approvato. Abbiamo prenotato due notti, purtroppo siamo riusciti a rimanere solo una notte a causa di un avvertimento di Gale. L'hotel aveva un servizio clienti così grande, quando abbiamo visto, ci hanno chiamato per informarci che hanno ricevuto un avvertimento Gale e che la nave non funzionerà il giorno dopo. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di rimanere o restituire la notte se volevamo andare a check-out per catturare la nave. Erano molto utili e di grande utilità in questo senso. Il manager Zhou Min è arrivato alla nostra prenotazione online per verificare il nostro rimborso. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti e sorpresi del loro servizio straordinario. Io personalmente mi riferirei e li rimanderò. Mi interessa il servizio e hanno uno dei migliori servizi che abbia mai avuto.

Ma non ci sono stanze momentaneamente disponibili, solo una senza bagno, ma è molto confortevole. L'hotel è pulito, il capo è molto gentile, il cane è carino, il cibo è delizioso ed è comodo andare e venire. Se ci sarà una prossima volta, verrò direttamente qui.

Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality and bigger rooms . Overall, I had a great experience .The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a holiday .l would suggest next time to have a variety of food like western food because the kitchen only served Chinese sea food and if you’re staying there for long you might need variety of food .

Il tempo di soggiorno è stato bene condizionato in anticipo, il servizio è fantastico, e poi lasciare il carico e il rimorchio risponderà sempre rapidamente.
C'è una piscina super grande tra 1 e 2 chilometri. Devi comprare un biglietto. L'hotel lo manderà una volta al giorno e lo prenderà alla reception.Inoltre, devi indossare un bastone, che è buono.I bambini sono molto felici di giocare con l'acqua ogni giorno.
Dongsha e le strade di frutta marina accanto sono tutti a piedi per cinque minuti, molto conveniente.Sono stati alloggiati all'hotel per tre giorni e hanno una sensazione di vacanza.
Questa strada è molto soddisfatta, e ci sarà la possibilità di tornare in futuro.

UUtente ospiteService was good, from the helpful shuttle bus drivers to the prompt service of the technician-we had difficulty turning on the TV initially. However, we were confused about the shuttle bus stops stated by the hotel as there are designated hotel shuttle bus stops which are different from the different temples stops where only the public buses can go.
The breakfast spread was not big but adequate. The hotel room was comfortable although not big. I like the Zen design. The windows were open when we entered the hotel room, hence there were two flies in the room. We turned on the electric mosquito repellent. Luckily, they did not disturb us. The attendants should not open the windows when doing room cleaning lest insects go into the room. The island has many trees so there are insects-mosquitoes, flies etc around.
The room walls are thin though. I could hear the neighbouring rooms talking along the corridor and the room attendant coming by to their rescue saying he is the room attendant.
The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the sea, good for an evening walk.
Overall, the quality is good and the hotel room was comfortable. Definitely a hotel I could return to.
