Great customer service. Loved our stay which had the best breakfast which had a variety of options. Only issue was the dirty water in the swimming pool that caused a harsh skin reaction. But overall, would highly recommend.

La cosa migliore di questo posto è la piscina e la palestra, le strutture sono vecchie e particolarmente sonoro. La colazione non è buona, e se si rimane nel giardino eco, l'edificio è lontano, quindi è annoiante passare al colazione, piscina e palestra.

La pulizia è stata la prima volta, ma il ricevitore era un po'arrogante, molto tardi nella notte.

La stanza è pulita, il servizio 👍 ambiente bello, nessuna scarpa!

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.
