UUtente ospiteHighly recommend this lovely place. The owner is super friendly and is happy to pick you from the nearest Yabuli High Speed Railway station. They offer the same transport service if you ski, including arranging ski attire rental. Their prices for ‘side trips’ is comparable with local booking sites (plus free to and fro transport). The team there is warm and friendly. Location is central, with a hot spring, minimart, restaurants within walking distance. Tip: If you plan to visit the Snow Village or Yabuli skiing, this is an affordable and good alternative place to stay, partly because they can book the tickets and arrange transportation as well! Would give six stars if it was possible. Recommend to stay their big family room with attached toilet. Please don’t expect 5 Star Hotel standard for the price that you are paying.

Food wise, I would suggest that you order food to hotel or ask to go a place that you prefer. The recommendations are fine. But if you stay there too long is a bit too repetitive.
I marked down cleanliness because the room had a drainage/ sewage smell. Had to keep all drainage eg bath tub toilet cubicle showering area and basin all closed then it was fine.
No lift only staircase. Is a 3 storey high villa. This room is on the 3rd floor. The staff kindly helped us to carry our luggage.
Things to note: outside shoes are left just inside the entrance. So overall inside is clean. Just need to be mindful of your shoes. Don't take the wrong shoes don't let people take your shoes too :)
Skiing area
1. Just directly outside the accommodation good for very new beginners as it isn't too crowded even in the afternoon but it might depend on luck cos if got tour group then can get crowded but they don't stay long
2. Ti wei: nicer for experienced beginners. The intermediate slope is suitable for beginners too.
3. Yang guang: the beginner slope on the cable car from midpoint of area A is more steep than the intermediate slope of ti wei. But it is quite costly to go here for beginners. Experienced skiers will prefer this place.

There is also a snow play area. Driver li helped us get discount too! We paid for 2 activities and got 3 activities for free haha.
Bonus we booked it quite early so no breakfast included. But the owner still gave us breakfast for free 😋 the breakfast was nutritious and yummy!
PS: this place was a pleasant surprise. Met 3 other groups of Singaporeans here!

SSato_83L'hotel è lontano, solo bisogno di usare un taxi. Quando sono arrivato, ero molto sconvolto perché era come una casa, non un hotel. C'era una zia che parlava inglese ma non parlava cinese. Ci siamo comunicati per molto tempo e poi abbiamo capito. La zia mi ha aperto la stanza di sopra perché la prima stanza che ha aperto era un odore di merda. Se volete restare, vi consiglio di venire presto la mattina perché sono arrivato la sera e prima di poter comunicare con la zia, il cielo era buio e era difficile uscire a mangiare. La colazione è un porridge cinese in stile a casa della zia davanti. zia è gentile. Se c'è qualcosa che manca, puoi chiedere, ma sarà difficile comunicare. L'intera casa ha solo una stanza per noleggiare, come nella foto, ma il sapone è andato. What truly makes this homestay stand out is the genuine care and dedication of the hosts. They helped us get tickets to local attraction at discounted price. And when we almost got stranded due to an issue with our local driver, 张大哥 immediately stepped in, coordinating help to ensure we were safe and taken care of. Their kindness and reliability made all the difference.
For anyone who speaks Chinese (but even if you don't there is always Google translate 😜) and wanting to experience authentic local life with warm and dependable hosts, this is the perfect one! You won’t regret it!
