Questo hotel è stato fantastico. L'aspetto retrò e la cura dei dettagli delle camere hanno reso l'esperienza davvero piacevole. Il personale è stato super gentile, la piscina era bellissima e il letto comodissimo. Anche il prezzo era fantastico. Se siete indecisi sulla prenotazione, fatelo, non rimarrete delusi.

L'hotel non è nuovo ma ben mantenuto, molto pulito. Camera abbastanza grande con frigorifero e microonde. Lavanderia è al primo piano, molto conveniente. Il personale è molto bello e utile. Mi consiglierei !

This is a nice hotel, very clean, great breakfast. However there are some downsides we don’t like: the pool’s water is not that clean and the room service is not that good. When we enter the room on the first day, there was no bath towels at all, I went down to the front desk and asked for some. The second day, after we came back, it was already after 5pm, the room service hasn’t show up yet, I called the front desk and it took a while for them to show up to change my towels.

Sandia is a beautiful hotel, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Trip.com for providing such a great rate for my husband and I to be able to stay at this hotel for the first time. The whole experience there was wonderful!

Trip.com ci ha prelevato due colazione con il soggiorno mentre abbiamo prenotato l'hotel. Quando ci siamo fermati l'hotel, il personale dell'hotel ci ha detto che non avevano offerto colazione senza alcuna spiegazione, ma ci ha detto che potremmo chiamare Trip.com per il rimborso. Ho chiamato Trip.com e hanno detto che verificherebbero con l'hotel. Non abbiamo ancora sentito niente da Trip.com.

Arriviamo alle 1:00, con controllo fino alle 3:00. Katrina, che ci ha controllati, ha detto che saremmo stati benvenuti ad aspettare nel piccolo lobby, o avrebbe sbloccato la zona di cena e potremmo aspettare la nostra stanza.
Entrammo per aspettare e Katrina mi chiamò e ci offriva una stanza sul primo piano o sul secondo piano. Scegliamo il primo piano. Possiamo parcheggiare fuori dalla porta! La stanza era molto pulita, comoda, grande posizione vicino al ristorante a piedi!

UUtente ospiteA shower is not simply a shower for me. A shower is a way of acclimating myself to the lucidity required to engage in everyday life. It is a way to mentally and physically prepare myself for whatever may lie ahead for me for the day. It's a routine that borders on a spiritual ritual to allow myself to function in the world at my maximum potential.
I am not exaggerating, then, when I say my shower at The Inn and Spa at Loretto was one of the most uncomfortable experiences in my life.
I awoke early in the morning in eager anticipation to enjoy everything Santa Fe has to offer, and as I watched the sun rise over the Sangre de Christo Mountains, marveling at the beauty of the New Mexico sunrise. All that was left for me was to take my shower and prepare for the day. Nothing could have prepared me for what happened next.
I stepped into the bathroom and made my way over to the shower, and turned the knob as I always would to roughly halfway to initiate the process. As I anxiously waited to begin my shower routine, the bathroom quickly filled with steam. After the cool morning air this felt nice at first, but of course I didn't want to scald myself! I turned the faucet back towards the cool side as I stepped into the shower, expecting that I understood where I would reach a ”warm” temperature. Within seconds I was blasted with ice cold water as if straight from a glacier. Pain shot up my spine to my neck as the icy water rained upon me, and I reflexively turned the knob back towards the hot side, thinking I surely had found the ”happy medium”. Within moments I was engulfed in red hot water that felt as if it had just been boiled in a tea pot across my face and neck, stunning me yet again. Frustrated, I moved the shower head directly to the floor, spraying my feet with the same steaming water. I then carefully moved the faucet, one centimeter at a time towards the cold side, gauging the point at which the water would begin to cool. Amazingly, there was no change. After 10 or so careful movements of the knob, the water began to cool, to my great relief. However, within moments the ice cold water returned, once again sending shivers up my spine. After more experimentation and constant discomfort, it became clear that there were only two options for this shower: burning hot or ice cold. The rest of my shower was spent doing a horrible dance of moving between excessively hot and cold water, moving my body out of the water frequently to minimize the pain. I ultimately managed to do the bare minimum necessary to get myself clean, with the chance of a relaxing and revitalizing experience clearly being out of the question.
This is not how I would want anyone to start their day, and I feel this should be unacceptable for a hotel with the stature and reputation of The Inn and Spa at Loretto. While the rest of my experience there was quite nice, this shower left me with an awful feeling for much of my day. I hope they are able to ensure that future guests do not have to go through an experience like this.

UUtente ospiteOur stay at the Econo Lodge in Socorro, New Mexico so far exceeded our expectations that I was compelled to share our experience with others. Located on the main *****, and across the street from a Walmart, it is a slightly rundown area. But the motel is taken care of like it's situated in an oasis. The room offers just what is needed for a restful stay. The bed feels newish and is extremely comfortable. The air-conditioning is user-controlled, so the temperature was cool for us after a long day of driving in high-90s weather. There is a desk to work or write on; a refrigerator and freezer, which we used to store dinner leftovers; a microwave; and a single coffee maker with regular and decaffeinated coffee pods, same for tea, and even hot chocolate. The room has a table and chairs is comfortable to play games, eat dinner, or share a morning coffee for two. The room is extremely clean. And the stay was extremely quiet. The latter two points amazed us, because the price point of the hotel is very economical, and as soon as you open the front door, you hear noise from the main *****, businesses on all sides, and residents talking loudly. It's a well-made hotel, but it is a little older. So, for example, I was challenged in taking a bath since the plug no longer stays shut. The WiFi buffers from time-to-time, when using your computer. And the television (DirectTV) didn't work - it was offline when we turned it on right before bed. The front desk agent was happy to send someone to the room to reset it. It was our decision to forgo it, because we were having a lovely quiet evening and didn't really need to watch TV. If we'd arrived a little early (and next time we stay here) we'll walk to the courtyard and sit on one of the beautifully appointed wrought iron patio loveseats, around a fountain and flowers, and enjoy some reading time. And don't miss the complimentary breakfast. The attendant who has a lovely, welcoming personality makes you eggs, bacon, sausage; there's individual bread wrapped in plastic wrap (so, like the cleanliness of the room, it is made to ensure your safety). There is granola and two other healthy cereal options, waffles, bagels and cream cheese, hard-boiled eggs, fresh coffee with liquid creamers, etc. It's tasty, convenient, and satisfying, and is included in the low price of the room. We can't recommend a motel more. We've stayed in so many, some as costly as $300 a night, and not had a better overall experience.

La stanza era pulita e era di pavimento invece di un mattone. Non usava la piscina, ma era brillante e bello guardare. Pensava che la TV non funzionasse, ma una chiamata al divano frontale e mi hanno camminato attraverso come navigare. La porta frontale era pesante e aveva serrature rigide con un bollo morto. La colazione era grande. Solo una volta vide la casa intimi vicino alla proprietà, ma non in realtà su di essa. Quando ho lasciato il ghiaccio, non ho notato che la macchina del ghiaccio andava all'ufficio per chiedere.Hanno detto che non lavorava la macchina del ghiaccio sulla proprietà, ma hanno preso un enorme sacchetto di ghiaccio fuori dal congelatore e mi hanno dato abbastanza per riempire il mio petto di ghiaccio. Non esitate a chiedere al desk di tutto quello che avete bisogno.Sono sicuro che faranno ogni tentativo di accogliere. Mio figlio partecipa alla NMSU e faccio diverse viaggi a Las Cruces ogni anno. Spostati dal mio vecchio hotel perché hanno cambiato proprietà e raddoppiato i loro prezzi, (fortunatamente!) Perché ora ho trovato il mio nuovo hotel preferito. Ho intenzione di tornare in entrambi novembre.abd dicembre non avrò bisogno di sprecare tempo alberghi.Grazie Days Inn e le vostre meravigliose gala del front desk!
Avrei avuto un nome di dieci, stanno facendo un lavoro meraviglioso. Le ragazze sembravano fare quello che dovevano fare e il giovane che ho visto pulire la piscina lavorava duro ogni volta che lo ho visto. Sono ansioso di rivedervi tutti presto. Ecco le foto della mia stanza, ho provato a essere naso quando passavo per le altre stanze che le ragazze si lavavano, e tutti sembravano fresche e ben curate.

JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Tuttavia, i prodotti scadono rapidamente e anche quando arrivano alle 8:30, mancano alcuni di loro. Vicino all'autostrada e vicino ad un'uscita. Molto conveniente per i viaggi di giorno.

UUtente ospiteWe have stayed at Best Western Discovery Inn twice now within a months time and we have been extremely pleased with our stays. I particularly love the convenience of the 'old' motel style where you have your own individual entry door. This convenience far outweighs dragging your luggage through the lobby and down the endless hallway. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and varied. But the breakfast area was spotless, so well taken care of by the staff. I'm sorry that I didn't get the woman's name that seemed in charge because she obviously took pride in presenting a clean and well stocked amenity for her customers! Lastly, the price was so fair and reasonable. We will remember this hotel for future trips. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!
