I needed a place for a night on a long drive and gave the Comfort Inn a shot. It wasn't bad. I'll start with the pluses. There were many good places to eat nearby. The room was huge! I liked having the extra space and table. The bed was comfortable and TV channel choices were solid. The breakfast was decent. The staff was also nice. Now for the negatives. The property is a little worn and could use a makeover. Getting in and out is a bit of a pain being on a busy road. Also, and I know there was only so much the staff can do, another guest decided to park a truck and trailer right up front taking out six spaces right up front. That person should have been told to move and park in the back of the lot. I may or may not have left a note under the wiper blade ”questioning his decision making” and we'll leave it at that. End of the day, I could have done a lot worse. I would give it another shot.

I stay at a lot of Holiday Inns because I am an IHG member. This was the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. First, be advised that it is difficult to get into coming from the highway due to it being a divided highway, and now that is compounded by construction as well. When we checked in on a Friday night, it was slam packed with a bus that had just pulled up. This is not the staff's fault, but just stating this as it took forever to get help for any of the issues we had until they finally called in more staff so the poor woman at the desk didn't have to work all of this by herself. I assumed they would at least have a manager also on site at all times? One issue we had is that the hotel had no bottles of water available for purchase. Their little market area where you can ”buy things you forget” was almost empty and not at all well-stocked. I've never stayed at an IHG property that had no water for sale. A second issue we had was our A/C and thermostat did not work as we were told. The room was incredibly hot and stuffy when we arrived. The A/C unit had instructions to use the wall thermostat to control the unit. Well the thermostat would not even turn on. This resulted in a long wait in line to talk to the one woman working who said we had to hit something on the AC unit that would then turn on the wall unit. Well we went back and tried that and it did not work as she instructed. We somehow were able to at least get cold air out of the AC unit by pushing buttons on it. The wall thermostat that they said controlled everything never did turn on. Lastly, we found our TV remote had dead batteries. We again went to the front desk and they told us they had no more batteries but here, try this primary remote that works on every TV! We get it back to the room and alas, there are no batteries inside of it. So we had to get up and turn the channel or volume manually on the actual TV every time we wanted to adjust it, which is super inconvenient. How can a major hotel not have extra batteries on hand? Needless to say, I will not ever be staying at this property again.

The rooms were nice and clean. They did NOT smell of smoke. The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was great. The price is great. The parking lot is well lit and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Il jw dovrebbe essere migliore del cortile che si trova proprio accanto, ma preferisco il cortile mariott diverso dal Jw molto meglio ma niente è andato storto durante il nostro viaggio grazie per il soggiorno!!

Grande personale, molto pulito.Amo il lobby con molte opzioni alimentari. I ragazzi di guardia erano al primo posto. (Grazie Miguel!) Una buona esperienza complessiva. Grazie!
