"I enjoyed my stay, the room is spacious and fully equipped. The breakfast had lots of variety and the lobby free drinks were an advantage. The backyard has a wonderful lake view and garden (which makes it feel like heaven). Highly recommended."

"The room is very large, but the facilities are relatively simple. I don’t like this hotel, valet parking is 45/day. The parking lot next to it actually only charges $10. The hot water pressure is too low and the water is very small, making bathing uncomfortable. The soundproofing effect of the room was very poor, and the passengers upstairs kept walking around, making me unable to sleep well all night. The room lacked bath towels and had to go to the front desk to get them. Unless you have a family and need an extra sofa bed, it is really not recommended. Breakfast is standard American style, so-so, not as good as the reviews say."

"The Hilton Hotel is a world-famous hotel, but this stay has given me a very bad impression. I booked two rooms on November 11, 2025, checked into the hotel on the 11th, and checked out on the 13th. Due to the rush of check-out, I left things in both rooms, one was a mobile phone charging plug and connection, and the other was a computer power adapter (Asian plug to American plug). On the evening of the 13th, he called the hotel lobby to explain the situation. The receptionist in the lobby said that he would wait for the manager to open the warehouse door to get it. The next morning, our family drove 30 minutes to the hotel lobby, but the receptionist still said that the manager was not there and we couldn't get it. These two plugs are not worth much, but the hotel's way of dealing with things is too impolite. Normally, customers come to the hotel to pick up their belongings. Why don't they take guests seriously? This is the worst Hilton store we have ever stayed in."

"La stanza è grande, ma le strutture sono molto semplici.Non mi piace questo hotel, parcheggio valet 45/day.Il parcheggio vicino al parcheggio costa davvero $10.La pressione dell'acqua calda è troppo bassa, l'acqua è molto bassa, il bagno è un po'incomodo. L'effetto di isolamento sonoro della stanza è molto cattivo. I passeggeri al piano di sopra sono andati a piedi, e mi hanno fatto pensare che non dormo bene tutta la notte.La stanza manca di spazzolino e devo andare alla ricetta.A meno che non abbia una famiglia, è necessario un letto di cottura aggiuntivo, non è davvero molto consigliabile. Il colazione è standard americane, in generale, così buono per non avere commenti."
