The hotel itself was good, the walls are thin as crepe paper, I could hear every word the people next to me were saying.

Hotel cleck is very attentuve to your need, they try very hard to help and very polite. If l am going to Inchoen again, l would stay at this hotel again. Price is veey reasonable.

We booked this room so we would have two separate beds. But unfortunately, the small bed was such a weird, bad quality mattress that we couldn't sleep on it. Also, the hygiene could have been better. It would have been nice if they had told us up front to hand in the key in the morning if we wanted cleaning in the room. Now the trash piled up, and we didn't get clean towels for a few days. The TV was nice and the shower had a good water supply and was nice and warm. We could get drinking water from downstairs. It was easy to find and the steep hill from other reviews..well, it's korea..

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and massage stool was very nice. Only downside was noisy neighbors. Nonetheless I enjoyed my stay.

I booked this hotel because I went there to see the SBS MEGA.I think it’s so good,Room is really quiet and actually bigger than I thought before I got there.And the bus or subway station is really closed to this hotel.I will take my friends next time.🥰

The staff was not very helpful. After checking in, we were told the elevator was out of service, and we had to bring our luggage to the 5th floor ourselves. We stayed there for seven days, yet they didn't fix the elevator. Even when we checked out, we had to carry our luggage down. We both were ladies yet they didn't offer help to us secondly, it is not daily room cleaning. They only give the towel when we asked for it But the room is big enough.

Very comfortable bed. Spacious room. Efficient air con. Window shutters keep the room quiet and dark at night for a good night's sleep. A range of tea, coffee and other snacks available 24/7 in reception. Good location 5 mins walk to Juan rail and metro stations, which enables quick and easy travel around Incheon. Lots of restaurants and shops within 5mins walk too. Overall very good value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located near Juan Station which makes it easy to get around Inchon or to Seoul. The rooms were nice with lots of amenities including all types of chargers. The hotel also smells exceptional both in the common areas and rooms. Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Hotel is clean and quiet.

Very friendly and kind staffs. The massage chair was the best according to my sons.
