La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. È proprio il Lago Inari, che è molto adatto per guardare l'aurora. Anche i servizi in camera sono molto buoni. Anche la colazione in hotel è molto ricca. Molto adatto per i viaggi

Poor service. I admit I make a mistake for booking date. Yes I want book the date is 25th Decemberfor my honeymoon trip, then I make mistake book the date is 25th November. But I make booking on 5th November 2022, after I straight talk to customer service. They are really helpful (actually I book 2 hotel wrong date. Another one is understand and also accept my cancel) only this **** hotel don’t want refund my money. Hello 👋 5th to 25th still got 20days to go. Why you scare for ? It’s cancel my booking you won’t get any new client on 20days? *Lucky I’m quite rich, let’s think some poor people save money for honey moon and you did this to them!!! PLEASE DON’T LET THE REVIEW FROM THIS HOTEL BEING CHEATER EVERYONE

Nice place to stay with easy access to amenities and holiday activities. Breakfast spread is good and facilities are well upkeep. Room price is on the expensive side with limited availability. Due to the placement of the rooms, it might be challenging for some people, especially older folks, to move from reception to their rooms to carry their baggage. There are no WiFi, TV, fridge, or desk phone in certain rooms. Most likely a one-time experience to stay and that's about it.

佈局：整個酒店佈局圖如圖1。荒野小屋離Check in前台更近。走出去就是極光小屋靠近餐廳。最遠的是北極木屋。三餐、酒吧，前台時間如圖二。 極光小屋：如果來到inari建議住極光小屋，因為設計的玻璃屋角度正好可以看到極光，在屋內很容易發現極光，發現後立馬出門走到湖面上拍，極光不斷的變化美輪美奐！定的荒野小屋，到了現場➕190歐元升級極光小屋，同時要升級晚餐費48歐元/人，還有80歐/人早餐和税收費。 重點：一定要按實際人數在攜程上預訂房間，這家定好就是含早晚兩餐，餐食不錯值得推薦！ 小鎮：小鎮上有兩個大超市挨着，有一家網紅餐廳在博物館旁邊，網紅餐廳人很多，需要提前預訂，但是懶得話不如直接吃酒店自助餐。 旅行活動：小鎮上也有旅行公司visit inari，可以搜尋他們官網預訂馴鹿拉車，旅行社會提前15分鐘來酒店門口接。但是其實這個曠野冰屋酒店前台一進門右手邊就有活動預訂中心，這個曠野酒店有很多活動，冰釣、摩託艇、徒步、追極光。前台付費報名就行，提前十分鐘集合，這裏所有活動都提供衣服帽子手套鞋子等全套户外專業裝備。完全不用擔心衣服！ 舒適度，相對來説極光小屋🛖稍微冷一點，畢竟大面積玻璃頂，如果下雪不用擔心，屋內有個一鍵加熱化雪按鈕很方便。仍然是沒有拖鞋和浴袍，如果需要桑拿，需要去前台預約10歐元/半小時。給了你鑰匙自己去極光小屋最後一排的桑拿屋，監獄天亮三小時蒸桑拿，不然就是漆黑一片。 inari驚喜：有特斯拉充電樁、記得下載極光預報app等提醒就跑去酒店湖面上拍極光。inari去伊伐洛機場可以聯繫出租車，出租車司機名片也在圖裡，是本地司機，打表差不多一百多歐，很划算！前台也可以問下推薦的。 總體很推薦這家酒店！

喜歡這個酒店的氛圍有一種寧靜感，在酒店可以買到一些冬季活動很方便，有一位會說中文的櫃檯小姐很親切，給了我們很多資訊和協助很感謝她，另外房間很舒適，有一片落地窗可以賞景，房間也有桑拿房很棒

名前を忘れてしまったが、午前中のショートカットのスタッフの対応がとても良かった。お部屋は綺麗だが、値段の割にアメニティーがイマイチかな〜と感じた。朝食は毎日同じだったのでちょっと残念だった。イナリ市内まで距離があるので寒い時期は大変かもしれないが、夏は気持ちよく散歩できるのではないかなぁ〜と思った。

酒店靠近湖，環境風景確實不錯，賞月賞極光的好地方，還能偶爾看到小野生動物，比如狐狸。房間床舒服，玻璃屋體驗也很不錯。但是洗手間太小了，高個子隨時頂到頭，入住兩天，居然服務員過來疊一下被子，毛巾不換的！酒店沒有配拖鞋，這個不能理解。早餐還不錯，餐廳裝飾也很有格調

Tutto perfetto! Se non vi piace questo hotel, avete qualcosa che non va! Piccolo consiglio a margine: fate il juutua Trail: trekking di 6 km ad anello all' altezza del Sida Museum in pratica. Meraviglioso. Tornando all' hotel, ribadisco, non potrete trovare di meglio.

Cenare davanti al lago con cibi di qualità.

We stayed the first two nights in one of the Aurora Cabins and then moved to a Panorama Chalet. Both rooms have been extremely great just like the whole hotel. Everything looks very great, the staff is super nice and we also enjoyed the food. There are a lot of activities that can be booked directly via the hotel. We did the husky tour, the reindeer farm visit and the snowmobile tour and all of those activities had been just perfect. You can reach Inari by foot and in winter you can also walk across the frozen lake. At night time there is only a little light pollution so it‘s also a great place to see the aurora on clear nights. We would totally recommend this place and will definitely be back!

The Igloo room was a great idea; however, the execution was lackluster at best. The mattress was uncomfortable. The shower was very awkward and you can only take a 10 minute shower in a very small space. Also, no amenities like a nice shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion were provided.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel/cabins. The area is stunning and the staff is extremely helpful. Would stay here again.
