Hotel molto vicino al centro e al dragon bridge. Pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani. Il personale è molto gentile e ti aiuta nelle tue richieste. Le stanze sono accoglienti e sufficientemente grandi da potersi muovere. La colazione è buona, seppur improntata ai gusti asiatici è soddisfacente anche per gli occidentali. Da consigliare agli amici anche per l'ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità.

La prima sera, un uomo che fumava e parlava nel corridoio ha disturbato il mio sonno; non sono sicuro se fosse un membro dello staff o un altro ospite.

Questo hotel è situato in una posizione comoda per raggiungere molti ristoranti, quindi si può esplorare la zona mangiando cibo vietnamita locale. Nel complesso un'esperienza positiva in hotel. Allego una foto della nostra camera all'11° piano con una vista meravigliosa.

Vista dalla mia finestra. Si può fare una passeggiata lungo il fiume e attraversare il ponte del drago per raggiungere il mercato notturno. Ci piace camminare di sera.

La camera era pulita, spaziosa e aveva una splendida vista sul fiume Han. Da qui si può vedere il ponte del drago. La colazione non ha molta scelta, ma penso che sia ok perché ci sono molti ristoranti locali/caffetterie nelle vicinanze. La posizione penso sia ok... siamo andati a piedi al centro commerciale Lotte (~2 km). Il personale della hall è cordiale.

Ottimo servizio qui. Il ragazzo della reception mi ha dato degli ottimi consigli per la cena e la reception del mattino mi ha indirizzato verso un posto locale per la colazione! Così gentile e premuroso. Anche il portiere è stato molto disponibile. Mi hanno lasciato prolungare il mio soggiorno per un po' mentre aspettavo che arrivasse il mio trasferimento. La camera e il bagno erano enormi. Non è nella posizione migliore perché è un po' lontano dal ponte del drago e la mia camera era sul retro dell'hotel, quindi non c'era una bella vista dalla mia camera. È anche su una strada principale molto trafficata con non molto in giro, ma se cammini intorno all'isolato e lungo la strada ci sono alcuni negozi dove prendere del buon cibo e un caffè. Se usi il taxi per spostarti va bene.

Spacious two-bedroom room, though we had to try three rooms before finding one that was clean enough. Breakfast was quite limited and the buffet area could be cleaner. The rooftop offers beautiful views of the bridges and Da Nang city center.

I had a wonderful stay at Lavender Riverside Hotel with my sister. What impressed me the most was how kind and friendly all the staff were. We arrived around 10:30 a.m. to leave our luggage at the hotel, and Sala gave us such a warm welcome. She recommended several places to visit and things we shouldn’t miss in Da Nang, which was really helpful as it was our first time in Vietnam. We were also lucky enough to check in early at around noon. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The floor was spotless, the bathroom was clean and spacious, and the beds and pillows were so soft and comfortable that we didn’t want to get out of bed! 😆 The housekeeping was also excellent. Our room was cleaned very well the next day, and the amenities, including toothbrush sets, were replenished. The complimentary water bottles were a little small, but that wasn’t a problem for us as we could easily buy more nearby. Breakfast had a good variety of food, and we really enjoyed trying different Vietnamese dishes. Everything was tasty and easy to enjoy. The restaurant staff were also very kind. On our last morning, my sister and I came down quite late, around 9:00 a.m., while breakfast was ending at 9:30. The staff were still very welcoming and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. A special thank you to Kieu Tram, who noticed that we hadn’t had any fruit yet and kindly brought us some watermelon while they were preparing to close. It was such a small but thoughtful gesture, and we really appreciated her kindness. ❤️ We also had a lovely experience at check-out. Since our flight was in the evening, the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage there after checking out. Sala, Lemi, and My Linh were all so friendly and welcoming. They even asked us how our first trip to Vietnam had been and how we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, but what made our stay truly special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Thank you for making our first trip to Vietnam even more memorable. If I have a chance to visit Da Nang again, I would happily stay here again. ☺️

Affordable, they change breakfast menu every day , friendly staff. Jollybee is nearby. I can see the dragon bridge from my windows . Accessible.

Booked 4 Nights at Lavender Riverside. Nice view in high floors and near to local food and marts at the back. Changed towels and clear rubbish daily but need to inform housekeeping to top up shower and shampoo if it runs out. Food is ok though guests behaviours can be better. Only thing surprise us was eventhough mentioned bottled water is complementary, do not take the ones in fridge as it is different size and nobody tell you it charge until check out.

Good location. super affordable. convenient location. has view of the dragon bridge. was able to see the fire show. overall highly recommend

This hotel location located in the city ceter riverside of Da Nang, and has a wonderful city views.

I had a wonderful stay at Lavender Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I would especially like to commend the front desk staff, Thu Thao and Sala, for their excellent customer service. They were very friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable and welcoming. Thank you to the entire team for the great experience. I would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

"Loved my stay at Lavender Hotel! The room was spacious and spotless, the staff went above and beyond to help me with my luggage. The only small downside was that the shower pressure was weak, but everything else was perfect. Highly recommended!"
