Location is good. I was there for two nights. The air-con in the room was making noises for the first night. Upon notification, the technician fixed that. So, a good sleep for the second night.

Hotel has good location and very close to city center.Mr. Samuel in the front desk helped us with a kind attitude.He has good English.Breakfast is varied.I recommended that hotel.

去南潯古鎮旅遊，訂了它家。有免費地下停車位。 設施： 房間設施完善舒適、寬敞明亮、衞生、整潔。去年剛營業。很新。 衞生： 衞生狀況好。 服務： 客氣、禮貌、專業、有求必應。 環境： 酒店環境、訂了兩間我們住19樓，視野開闊、有山、有水、有湖，太美了吧。

Risposta dalla struttura: 尊敬的賓客，從你分享的細節來看，我們萬分榮幸！酒店距離南潯古鎮不算遠，剛好能實現 “一城雙遊” 的愜意 —— 白天慢悠悠晃進南潯古鎮，看百間樓的廊檐親水、張石銘舊宅的中西合璧，在青石板路上踩過時光的痕跡；傍晚回到酒店，19 樓的視野裏有山有水有湖，歇腳時還能順帶感受湖州市區的煙火氣。畢竟湖州本身就藏着不少驚喜：可以去衣裳街吃碗丁蓮芳千張包子，到小西街看老巷子裏的新文藝，感受現代與傳統交織的風土人情。而酒店的免費車位、新嶄嶄的舒適設施，又成了這場雙遊的 “後勤保障”，玩累了回來有整潔房間歇腳， 看你拍的古鎮美照，想必是把水鄉古韻和城市温情都收進鏡頭裡了吧，這樣的安排確實把 “逛古鎮” 和 “品城市” 的樂趣都佔全了。期待下次還能為您提供優質服務，祝您生活愉快！

總體上還是非常滿意的，不論是入住的便捷程度，還是樓下的停車場充電樁都是非常的好用，入住的時候，前台還給了水果。重點是還是幫我們免費升級了房型，前台小姐姐真的很好，但是我記不得他叫什麼了，真的很不好意思，當時還答應説點評的時候提到他的名字，還有第二天來回訪的前台小姐姐叫小沈，也很好。

湖州福朋喜來登酒店：湖州住宿不踩雷！ 這次湖州之行選對了酒店！入住湖州福朋喜來登的幾天，從環境到服務都讓人特別舒服，妥妥的“旅途加分項”。 房間裏也很貼心，床品軟乎乎的，躺下秒睡；衞浴乾濕分離，洗漱用品帶着淡淡清香，連吹風機風力都很足，細節完全沒馬虎。 早餐必須重點誇！中西式菜品超全，中式的現煮餛飩、茶葉蛋很地道，西式的現烤可頌、現做歐姆蛋香到上頭，水果區西瓜、李子、香瓜，火龍果，都很不錯，連咖啡都有好幾種口味可選 外賣也很方便，機器人送得很快，小趙服務很好，幫忙延遲退房。 不管是情侶出遊還是家庭出行，這家酒店都很適配。下次來湖州，絕對還會優先選這裏，也會推薦給計劃來玩的朋友！

服務很熱情，有需求都熱情快速地滿足。衹有室外泳池，但蠻乾淨的，拍照也很出片，玩得也開心！缺點是去哪都有一段距離，我們家庭房房間椅子衹有一把太少了，但和服務員説後有給我們送椅子到房間，服務還是不錯的！
