I have some issues with this hotel. When I checked in they said the room I booked is not available and they put me in a free upgraded room with a projector. The next day they asked me to move to the original room I booked. I felt annoyed and it was a bit of inconvenience to move from one room to another. Both the rooms I stayed were clean and had floor to ceiling glass with a lake view The staff can’t speak English and used translator apps to communicate The location of this hotel is very good which is right in front of the lake and right behind it is the pedestrian shopping street. Plenty of restaurants nearby I would have given a 5 star rating if they didn’t force me to change the rooms

Hotel location quite good and strategic, just don't have a drop off or parking space for car or taxi. The staff, cleaness, amenities overall are excellent.

Not bad, would like to remind all travelers, upon booking their room (special Queen room) is the cheapest and the lousiest, receptionist will remind you of that when you check in, if you want to upgrade to a better room you may need to pay extra..and I’m not impressed by her suggestions when she mentioned the room is a “Lake view rooms”, and it’s only at level 8 is a lake view if you pay even more, otherwise location of the hotel is perfect!

入住體驗超棒！房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟親膚，隔音效果好。前台服務熱情，還主動推薦周邊美食，位置也便利，步行可達景點，下次來還選這！酒店性價比很高！衞生到位無異味，設施齊全且好用。工作人員響應及時，住得很舒心，非常推薦給計劃出行的朋友！

房間光線好 景色很棒 隔音也很好雖然靠近馬路但是關窗基本無車流聲 衞生也很乾凈 還有一次性毛巾 衞生用品也很齊全 前台服務態度也很好 不錯下次來還會再選擇

酒店位置不是太明顯容易溜眼升降機先上四樓前枱登記再入房間房只望舊區民居屋頂露台空氣不太流通我租的是三床房廁所對床，浴室係磨砂趟玻璃加膠拉簾，有點透视不太方便男女一齊有點尷尬

酒店停車方便，前台服務好，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房問隔音挺好，不影響睡眠，熱情效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價實惠，主要酒店位置很好 ，樓下就是步行街 西湖 去其他景點也近。住的很滿意!

來西湖這家很好，性價比很高。房間寬敞整潔。入住的很舒服，服務貼心周到，床上用品乾淨舒適。一夜好眠，隔音效果也很好。

房間整潔，雖然臨街但很安靜。前台服務周到，彬彬有禮。位置就在西湖邊上，但不是遊客雲集的地方，比較幽靜，沿湖散步很悠閑。

房間乾淨整潔，窗外就是西湖坐着窗邊欣賞湖景真的很愜意，水東街潮金門步行街都在附近，步行2分鐘即可到達酒店，乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，熱水空調電視完善好用，整體性價比很高，下次還會來推薦大家

地理位置很好，就在西湖邊上，出門就可以先把紅棉島跟百花洲逛了。 周邊配套也好，樓下好多餐館，去水東街也近，還可以買到新鮮的荔枝，真的又便宜又好吃。 入住後個人覺得床墊舒適，房間乾淨整潔，熱水很快，浴巾也乾淨消毒到位。 晚上還挺安靜，各個房間隔音也不錯。

總的來説還行，位置很好，就位於西湖邊上，距離水東街等景點都不遠，旁邊有一條很有特色的小巷，上面也很多好吃的。 房間中規中矩吧，衞生還行，臨街的房間不隔音，外面馬路上太吵，選了一間不臨街的，感覺房間和網上看到的不太一樣，也顯小。衞生間沒有乾濕分離，而且比較不理解的是進門處比房間裏高出來一塊，走路一不小心就要絆一下

民宿門口離西湖岸邊大概六十多米，可以直接進入西湖景區內，去西湖正門可沿着西湖邊走，十分鐘就到。民宿門口附近有很多商鋪食店，出來左轉幾十米就是惠州商業步行街。服務好，設施新，乾淨整潔，購物就餐方便，就在西湖邊上，超讚！
