Very beautiful, spacious room, awesome view from 4th floor, very helpful staff for getting taxi from and back to the train station and for planning my itinerary on the mountain and suggesting alternative destinations for bad weather. 房间非常漂亮、宽敞，从四楼望出去景色非常棒，工作人员非常乐于助人，帮助我从火车站往返拼车，为我规划山上的行程，并在天气不好的时候为我建议其他目的地。

第二次來黃山，果斷再選雲中居民宿，體驗比第一次更驚喜！沒約到天都峯時，老闆娘特意幫我們提前搶票，還耐心規劃了三天行程，幫忙約車、買打折門票，省了不少事。 第二天爬黃山，老闆娘4點多就起床送我們到換乘點，怕寶寶着涼，借自己的外套給我們；爬黃山時我腿傷了，老闆特意到湯口大橋接我們，晚上還騎車送我們去好再來飯店——那家店味道好又實惠，吃到一半老闆送電瓶給我騎，真的太暖心了！ 離店去宏村，老闆娘幫約好車，還一直微信關心我們是否順利。民宿很少有電梯很方便，房間乾淨整潔，價格也親民。這樣熱情貼心的服務，讓人心裏暖暖的，下次來黃山一定還住這！

非常非常非常好！一下高鐵老闆就打電話來了幫我們約好車，不用去坐大巴也不用自己打車，酒店環境好乾凈衞生！最重要的是很少有民宿有電梯，這家就有，終於不用再搬行李了，真的很方便，老闆以前是導遊，晚上叫我們下去幫我們規劃爬黃山的路線，早上送我們去景區，晚上又接我們回來，非常不錯，下次有機會再來！

這次很有幸我們一家老小都爬了天都峯，天都峯的票，還是老闆娘幫我們搶到的，老闆娘以前是專業導遊，給我們做的攻略靠譜又給力，跟着手寫版的“遠”“近”爬山攻略，太貼心了！ 民宿不大，居然還有電梯，裝修的風格和品質都非常好，衞生環境也是非常非常的好，鏡面和枱麪都沒有水漬，看着讓人放心，連頭髮絲都沒有看到。我們一家老小是分兩次到黃山北站的，老闆娘安排的車子費用不貴，又方便，比滴滴還便宜，爬山當天一早就送我們去做景區大巴，讓我們早早的就爬上了天都峯，體驗感非常好，去景區也是免費接送的。不得不説這是我出門住過最棒的民宿，完全超預期的一間寶藏民宿，在樓頂露台和店門前，就能看到景區天都風和蓮花風，樓頂露台的風景真的是太💕了，有機會一定再來，也會和家人朋友推薦的，祝老闆生意興隆，日進斗金👍👍👍

每年喜歡帶娃出門轉轉，喜歡住各種民宿，這次的入住體驗感非常好，民宿寬敞乾淨，設施一應俱全，離黃山南大門開車幾分鐘。老闆是姐妹倆，服務熱情周到，提前幫忙搶天都峯名額，訊息回覆及時，還講解了很多登山攻略，去登山車接車送，非常棒，來黃山入住她們家就對了

看網上説老闆娘會會幫忙搶天都峯門票，規劃行程和免費接送才定的房間；沒想到入住後確實如此，出去吃晚飯回來還有幾百米到酒店時天剛落了幾滴雨，老闆娘電話就來問位置，馬上派車接回酒店！

必須要給這家民宿的服務一個大大的好評!從踏入民宿的那一刻，店主就熱情地幫忙提行李，讓人感到温馨。入住的速度超級快，店主還會貼心介紹周邊好玩的地方和美食。房間十分乾淨，和照片上一模一樣，補充的一次性用品也很及時。店主還會熱心的送早餐。這次入住體驗太棒了，每一個服務細節都讓人感到温暖。下次來黃山旅遊，這家民宿一定是不二之選！

Die Wirtin war super nett und super sweet. Sie und ihr Partner haben sich um uns gekümmert, als wären wir ihre Kinder und haben uns herumgefahren und abgeholt. Das Hotel ist brandneu und modern ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind schön und hell. Die Klobrillen sind beheizt. Zum Abschied hat jeder von uns eine wunderschön verpackte Ration regionaler leckerer Kekse mit Schweinefleisch bekommen. Wir würden das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und sofort Wiederkommen!
