Hua Hin: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

La posizione è buona e conveniente, sia che si va a spiaggia o si va a fare shopping. Tuk Tuk o taxi sono facilmente disponibili. Godetevi il soggiorno, ma più luci lungo il percorso di ritorno alla villa saranno buone, perché dobbiamo girare la nostra luce per trovare il percorso di ritorno alla nostra unità di villa.

La piscina lunga è meravigliosa con pochi slide per i bambini a giocare mentre gli adulti possono rilassarsi . La spiaggia è anche pulita.

I cannot praise enough this hotel. The design with so much details, my God! This hotel should receive an award for design and creativity. Simplicity with gracefulness. So unique and special, nothing like the traditional hotel chain properties. The whole property is so clean, with so much details such as the umbrella stand at the door, the shower sprinkler location, even the sleepers are fluffy and comfy (really not the usual ones we see in hotels). The 24hr gym where I spent most of my stay, has bananas and flavoured water abundantly served. For the F&B outlets, I tried Lido and found the dishes of high quality, creative, but not expensive. Creativity is also on the daily programs, of all kinds, such as F&B promotions, parties, spa. I did not try all since I was travelling alone but it was nice to see the everyday different promotion flyer out there and activities menu of the month. Location is great, close to night market for seafood, beachfront, and a great supermarket just across the road. And chocolate factory is just next door. Needless to say is the staff, all the staff are kind, helpful and warm. They are all young and sweet, somehow they make me feel young also haha. Well done on the culture induction. I cannot recommend enough this hotel to all my friends and family, and it will be “my” hotel from now on in Hua Hin. Congratulations to the great achievements!

Dopo aver soggiornato per quattro notti, il servizio non è standard e la pulizia è dimenticata oggi. Dimentica questo domani. Normalmente, essere un Hilton non dovrebbe essere un piccolo hotel. Nel complesso va bene. Dopotutto, il prezzo durante l'epidemia non è molto alto e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è buono.

Abbiamo fatto il check-in quando si è verificata la pandemia di COVID-19, quindi ci aspettavamo che la maggior parte delle strutture sarebbe stata chiusa. Il servizio del personale era buono e disponibile. La camera era pulita e spaziosa. L'unico inconveniente del nostro soggiorno era che il telefono in camera non funzionava. Il personale dell'hotel è venuto a ripararlo più tardi. Uno dei nostri MacBook non è riuscito a connettersi al WiFi. Il loro staff non è riuscito a ripararlo, quindi ho usato Hotspot dal mio iPhone. L'hotel è in una buona posizione con un ponte che lo collega a un bel centro commerciale dall'altra parte della strada.

Molto bello e intimo. Servizio favoloso! Le camere sono grandi e molto pulite! Amato il bagno/jacuzzi sul balcone!Abbiamo avuto la nostra camera al piano 3 che era buono. Non sono rumore o niente. Aria condizionata funzionava bene! È possibile camminare direttamente verso l'oceano dalla piscina e viceversa. Il colazione è stato il migliore che abbiamo avuto in questa vacanza. E il ristorante alberghiera è stato anche molto delizioso! Grazie speciali al bellissimo personale. Ci hanno fatto sentire benvenuti dall'inizio alla fine di questa missione. Vorrei citare un ragazzo speciale del personale: il gioco che aiutava mia moglie quando si è affascinato così male:D anche ogni giorno era molto gentile e chiese se volevamo qualcosa, chiamava i suoi amici quando avevamo bisogno di un taxi. E amava il vento dal mare. La prossima volta, si prenoterà questo hotel di nuovo! 5 stelle servizio e per noi questo hotel valeva 5 stelle!

This review concerns our recent stay at Anantara Hua Hin. We are repeat customers and have stayed at Anantara Resorts around the world. The staff at this hotel are very polite and friendly (excluding leadership). We spent around 5000 baht providing tips to the staff during our 4-day stay. We were not informed that building work would be going on at the hotel on the last day of our stay. This included using power tools such as drills, saws, angle grinders etc which started in the morning close to our room. At first, the hotel did not care but then offered a slight reduction in our room rate. I was not after a reduced rate or a refund. I would have preferred the hotel to donate to Sunshine Children's Home, Hua Hin which they refused to do. During our stay in Hua Hin, myself and my wife donated to this orphanage. Upon checking out, the hotel staff put my UK-issued Mastercard into their card machine and informed me that my card had been declined. They tried the card several times, however, they did not ask me to type in my pin number. The card cannot be authorised without a pin number, as it is issued by a UK bank. I was simply informed in front of other customers that my card had been declined. I have used this same card at 5 other hotels in Thailand, restaurants, supermarkets etc during this particular holiday. Each time I was asked to type in my pin number. I had to wait several hours before I could contact my bank which is based in the UK, because of the time difference. My bank informed me that they could see all of the attempts to charge my card by the hotel, however as no pin number was entered the card was being declined automatically. This caused my bank account to be frozen as it triggered a fraud alert due to the multiple attempts. It was not because of insufficient funds, as the hotel suggested! The card cannot be authorised without a pin number, which the hotel should have known. I asked to speak to the General Manager who is apparently on holiday, but they would not provide me with her email address. The office manager who I spoke to was very unhelpful, she could not understand that a pin number is required before the card could be authorised by the issuing bank. The hotel banks with Bangkok Bank, for clarification I went to a local branch and asked them why I was not asked for a pin number by the hotel staff when the card was placed in the card machine. They informed me that all UK-issued Chip and Pin cards would require a pin number or else it would automatically be declined. Having been going to Thailand for over 20 years, I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have by Anantara Hua Hin. Very poor leadership is in place at this establishment. 1. Relaxing atmosphere 2. High staff to room ratio Staffs are very helpful, friendly!!!! (The guard helps us cross the road to another side, very quick response to room services, one staff is even waiting for you at your door near the check out time to help you with the luggage) 3. Good layout of the room and facilities, the rooms are so near the pools, you can walk out to swim or to sunbath anytime! 4. A comfortable sofa outside wrapped with towels 5. Nice restaurants for breakfast with blenders that allows you to blend your own juice, so green so fresh, the bakery also nice!) 6. Ocean side also with a restaurant with very good sea view but without air con, the foods are good but the temperature is too hot for me to stay for longer. 7. Free mini bar and unlimited bottle water supply 8. Free transportation to clock tower or the beach 9. Very affordable Highly recommend for family and couple or someone who want a retreat by yourself!

Location - It is easy to get to. About 80-100 baht by Grab from central Huahin. You will need a ride to all attractions around Huahin (80 baht + by Grab) including the beach. Memory Value - Great for all ages. Lot of stuff for my little kids. My kids enjoyed the play grounds and the wave pool. They could have played those the whole day. The kids club is also well stocked for cold or rainy days. Monetary value - If you are just paying for the day pass, it is a little expensive for a family. Look for a deal at the Holiday Inn. The price for one night's stay is sometime equal or lower than a day pass for a family at the park. You get two free passes for all guests one night's stay. That is a great value. Kids breakfast buffet and stay free.

Il mio soggiorno di 4 notti era un po' troppo breve. 5 o 6 notti sarebbe stato meglio. Nel check-in ho ricevuto il benvenuto con ”Bentornato, signor Kidd”. La mia ultima visita a Chiva Som è stata nel giugno 1999. Questo è impressionante e ha dato il tono per i pochi giorni che ero li'. Quando visitavo un 6 stelle spa e un resort, mi aspettavo il meglio e quando soddisfa le mie aspettative, ritengo che sia la media per l'impianto. Chiva Som superava le mie aspettative. Il personale di gestione dell'hotel era eccezionale in tutto il mondo. Il gruppo di benessere era eccellente e così tanto è stato incluso nel pacchetto di base con i rifornimenti ragionevoli a prezzi ragionevoli. massaggio, fisio, estensione on-on-one più sessioni di gruppo per estensione, tai-chi, ecc, se si fa piacere. L'osservazione ai tempi scelti per una sessione era come un orologio e il tuo fisio o massaggiatore sarebbe pronto e aspettare di salutarti. L'organizzazione era perfetta - non ho incontrato un solo colpo. Inoltre, spesso sono le piccole cose che aiutano a fare il Differenza: 1. Pratico e spazioso colloquio e dispositivi di attacco. 5.4 articoli al giorno servizi di lavaggio al prezzo. 6. Buona area di desktop per il laptop - anche se non dovremmo lavorare la verità, molti di noi devono fare qualcosa e un buon lavoro è un bene.
