Wasn’t a bad stay, i was sleep mostly the whole stay at the hotel

Service was great ..I would definitely recommend..the food was amazing

Great stay

Poor upkeep of exterior and interior. Nails in the parking lot (not a few, a ton), MAJOR issues and even safety issues in the room, (missing and broken outlet covers, rusty fixtures), poor water pressure, poor breakfast (watered down to stretch, minimally stocked, pressured and uncomfortable breakfast). Room was generally cleaned, but there was a stuck wad of hair or something on the bathroom wall. Room smelled moldy when we walked in and the window let through a ton of noise. Overall a regretful experience.

Facility was good. Room was comfortable,. Bed was good too. Front desk help was very friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was poor internet connection.

The room looked okay until you turned down the ac, and the room had a TERRIBLE STENCH. The area around the hotel was what we were looking for. The check-in was fine. I'm wondering if the hotel was flooded on the first floor since we were staying in 108.

Great staff, easy check in and check out. Super comfortable bed. Great breakfast in the morning - loved the waffle w/syrup. Close to restaurants & stores.

This hotel would be at the very bottom of the pile if not for the heroic efforts of the staff in reopening being without power after a severe storm. However it simply doesn’t meet standard of basic cleanliness in some areas and really just needs new paint, furnishings, door seals, etc. over five nights I can say the staff are terrific, though

Great hotel will definitely be visiting again with the same hotel. The staff was very friendly. It was in a great location. The hotel was very clean. My favorite part was the jacuzzi tub. Even tho the jets didn’t work it was still a great experience

Starting with check in it was a horrible experience. Front desk clerk was rude. The rooms was not properly cleaned. Dirty panties under pillow in the chair. Roaches. Hair in shower. Wall socket burned lamp was still plugged in it.

Everything was broken a lot of damage inside the room and that includes amenities ice machine broken , soap machine broken horrible breakfast and on and on it was just unacceptable you have to be one of the first to breakfast if not it’s gone no where for your animal to use the bathroom although it’s “pet friendly” horrible stay from start to finish

I said enough and don’t want to repeat myself again. I am only giving the clerk/manager credit for his excellent service work ethics. During the visit, he helped me multiple times changing the rooms that I was assigned and was not upset with me. He is very kind, likable, respectful, willing to go above and beyond for the clients. He deserves five stars for his service.

We were in Houston for a weekend wedding and stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham at Brookhollow. It is a beautiful place to stay. Our room was handicap accessible and very well equipped for seniors. Our beds were queen size and very comfortable. We had plenty of room to move around in the room without tripping over each other. They have a nice breakfast bar with waffle iron, cereal and milk for the kids, hot chocolate and coffee available, yogurt , hot eggs and sausage and juices available. The outside of the hotel was clean and well maintained landscaping. Very friendly staff ready to help with any needs. A very nice place to stay.

Greeted with the Utmost Respect. The Manager Ali was Polite and Informative. Very Clean and Updated with Wooden Flooring and Tiles. When I Return to the Area No Doubt I’ll Be Staying Here. The Rest of the Staff Follow His Lead with Courtesy and Help
