Tybee Island is our little slice of heaven and we want to share it with you. You're a short walk, fun bike ride, or golf cart ride away from having your toes in the sand. Close to local restaurant gems and 30 minutes from historic downtown Savannah!Two story raised townhouse. The master bedroom is located on the first floor adjacent to a full bath. French doors lead you directly from the bedroom to a screened in porch. Our gallery kitchen is the perfect place to whip up a scrumptious meal of local seafood and fresh veggies purchased just down the road at the Tybee Market IGA. Relax after a day at the beach with some Netflix or Hulu on the 60in smart TV. There is a full kitchen with all the appliances of home. Outside there is a wrap-around, screened-in porch with patio furniture. There are two outdoor showers to wash off the sand before going inside. This house is oriented toward families. A crib is available for infants, and there are two high chairs for toddlers as well. The walk to the beach is a mere 10 minutes–it is a 2-minute drive. Guests may rent a golf cart for the duration of their stay and take it everywhere on the island. For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this. Beautifully appointed rental perfect for a beach getaway! This property offers a unique feature with a private dock and dockhouse! Truly a must see...There is a private playground for guests only. Beautiful marsh views and only a few blocks away from the beach! Fishing available off the dock. Paddle boarders, kayakers and water sports enthusiasts will enjoy the ability to access the water in a private setting. This Unit boasts a private outside seating area/ uncovered porch with 180 degrees of the marsh! Bright tropical colors and comfortable furnishings will help accompany you into a perfect relaxing vacation mode!The dockhouse and dock itself are private to the property only. If the other units are occupied, the dock and outdoor amenities will be shared with guests.This unit has no stairs. It has 3 full sized bedrooms and 1 full sized bathroom.There is a full size washer and dryer free for use during your stay! Outside BBQ grill perfect for grilling on warm summer nights!!The entire complex can be rented for private parties! Each unit has its separate entryway and exit and locked doors. The history behind the home: Several years ago, my husband and I purchased this home. The previous owners had divided the site into 4 separate spaces complete with separate entries. Our initial thought was to convert the property back to 1 whole space sans the divisions. We however soon found that to do so would involve essentially tearing the structure down and starting over as these renovations would require that we bring the building up to current code. This home is pre- 1970's and because of the nostalgia and charm of the place, we decided to leave it as is for now. Having said this, there are quirks to the property including slower drains, and some nostalgic flooring dating. to the 1970's.
