A circa 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR di Beppu. L'hotel non ha un parcheggio privato e bisogna parcheggiare l'auto vicino alla stazione di Beppu, il che è un po' scomodo. La camera con 3 letti è grande e potrei aprire 3 valigie in camera. L'hotel sembra pulito, ma in qualche modo trovo che ci sia un odore sgradevole sia nella mia camera che nello spogliatoio dell'Onsen.

The room with the onsen was convenient and offered a great experience. It was spacious enough for three adults with large suitcases, and the futon was very comfortable. Dinner was excellent as well.

The window view is excellent, ocean view. When bathing in the hot spring, it has the same great sea view. However, the air conditioner seems not cold enough. And it is not allowed to extend the check out time even I am willing to pay the extension fee.

I was worried because there are many bad reviews. It turned out it wasn't that bad, though I doubt if it is worth the high price overall. The location is good, conveniently located near Kitahama bus service centre and Beppu Station. Locating the entrance is a challenge, especially when you are with luggage. The hotel staff a nice, but I can picture that if you dun speak a bit of Japanese, it might be a bit hard to communicate with the staff.
The overall environment is nice, clean room and nice private onsen bath. A curtain is appropriate in the balcony for more privacy. It is a bit dark, both inside the room and in the corridor.
Dining is nice, great food. know it's a common practice to have set time for dinner and breakfast, but as a first time visitor to Oita, the 5:30pm dinner time was too early for me. However, the 7:30pm was fully booked on my first day of visit. Breakfast started at 7:30 and it's too late for me to catch the train so I can visit Harmonyland. There could be more flexibility for dining options and time, considering the high price guests are charged.
There are many activities and I love the outdoor footbath and the free coffee and tea service at the travelers' library.
I would still recommend the hotel to visitors to Beppu.

The hotel is old, but well maintained and clean. I particularly like the earthenware bathtub with onsen filled. I had the windows wide open welcoming the fresh air and immersed into the onsen bathtub with a cold drink. Remember to ask for a room above 4th floor for better privacy.

Fantastic service from super hotel. Location is very convenient around five minutes walk from Beppu station. Lobby is located on level two so you will need to take a lift. However the service is amazing. There are welcome drinks when you arrive. I believe there’s alcoholic drinks as well during a certain period as well between 6-9pm. You’re also able to select your Pillow according to its hardness or preferences and you can choose up to 5 amenity items these include facial mask, vitamin C serums to shavers etc. Because it is Beppu there is Also hot spring. however I would probably have liked to have it a bit bigger pool and to have an outdoor spa. All in all it was much value for money and I would go there again.

UUtente ospite酒店位置比較偏 風景很好 房間可以看到瀨户內海 房間的私湯和大浴場可以看到海 浴場不錯很大 房間的私湯不知道為什麼水燙的要命 至少70度以上 腿伸進去立刻拿出來就燙紅了 關了出水口第二天才變涼可以泡 午餐和晚餐都在酒店餐廳單點的 感覺服務員對國人都不是很友好 午餐點的飯要等半小時 期間沒有上一杯水 沒有上餐巾紙 最後衹好自己去前台要 而其它每桌一坐下就送濕紙巾和茶 晚餐提前訂的位置 又是安排在最角落的位置 而不是提前預訂會安排好位置 酒店看不到國人 應該是日本和韓國人住的比較多 別府不推薦去 沒有可以玩的地方 地獄谷跟登別比就是個笑話 還好衹去了一個

Non abbiamo viaggiato in macchina e abbiamo perso un po 'di tempo causando il nostro soggiorno un po 'di fretta. Molto consigliare ai turisti auto-conduzione di considerare questo alloggio quando pianificano una visita a Yufuin. Un'esperienza molto glamourosa. Un piccolo ricordo, cerca di evitare la stagione delle piogge in Giappone e avrete una molto migliore esperienza. Oh, giorni più freddi sono perfettamente buoni.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo cambiato tipo di camera quando siamo arrivati all'hotel (da Seaside Maisonette a uno degli appartamenti della Torre) e questo è stato offerto senza saldatura dal personale notturno. Servizio è di lusso. Grande per le famiglie. Il cibo è meraviglioso e ci sono i cuccioli privati in ogni camera singola.
Molto consiglia alle famiglie di fino a 4 persone di soggiornare negli appartamenti della torre.

Duncan ci ha ospitato e finalmente andare a DONKI per tornare alla sabbia di caffè 🍣.
Il più temuto è che ci siano quattro o cinque cani nella stessa stanza, e la notte felice non mi ha mai fatto male.

CCtayThis hotel is very convenient if you are taking bus from Hakata Bus Terminal. It stopped right in front of the hotel. Inside the hotel, it has tourist information counter where tourists can buy bus pass etc. Room and toilet are small and is common in Japan, but they are clean and stay is comfortable.They have 1 indoor and outdoor onsen. Opposite the hotel is a departmental store and is 10 mins walk to Beppu train station. Beppu tower is just a short distance walk from hotel. If you are taking a bus to Yifuin, bus stop 1 is just nearby, opposite direction of hotel. I will recommend this hotel if you are coming to Beppu.
