Ostelli a Phuket

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'ottobre 2025, due adulti e un bambino di 5 anni. L'hotel, o meglio la guesthouse, si trova in un'ottima posizione: tranquilla e silenziosa, ma vicina a tutto. Nelle vicinanze si trovano un 7/11 (a 5 minuti), una lavanderia a gettoni, uffici di cambio valuta, bar, ristoranti e il mercato notturno di Kata Walking Street (a 7 minuti), dove si possono trovare cibo, abbigliamento e souvenir. Kata Beach è raggiungibile a piedi in 10-15 minuti, mentre Karon Beach in 25-30 minuti. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera tripla (1 letto matrimoniale e 1 letto singolo). La camera è molto ampia, luminosa e pulita. Ha tutto il necessario: letti, un armadio (con tante grucce), un tavolo da trucco, uno sgabello, un divano, un comodino, un tavolo, una sedia a dondolo, un frigorifero, una TV, un bollitore, bicchieri, tazze e piattini. La camera aveva un balcone abbastanza grande con due sedie e un tavolo, oltre a uno stendibiancheria. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene. C'era una cassaforte nell'armadio. Il bagno è dotato di doccia, lavandino e WC. Il bagno è molto essenziale, senza fronzoli. L'acqua calda era sempre disponibile e la pressione era adeguata. Le pulizie venivano effettuate quotidianamente, gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno e venivano fornite tre bottiglie d'acqua da 0,5 litri al giorno. Il Wi-Fi funzionava senza interruzioni, con una velocità decente. Non abbiamo sentito né visto vicini e il personale è stato gentile. Parlavano solo inglese, non russo. C'è una cucina e un noleggio scooter al piano terra, ma non li abbiamo usati. Il prezzo della guesthouse era perfettamente in linea con la qualità. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti; eravamo nervosi al momento della prenotazione, ma ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative.

My initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later). But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform. Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this. A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq ! Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste. Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine. Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

È stata una grande esperienza! La posizione è super comoda – proprio vicino al centro commerciale e al mercato notturno. Ci sono davvero tutto quello che hai bisogno proprio li'. Potrebbe essere un po' rumoroso se stai cercando un soggiorno super tranquillo, tuttavia. Hanno musica in diretta ogni notte fuori dall'hotel. Giochi, Piscina, Mini Pantry, Cucina accessibile.

********* la donna birmana ha reso il soggiorno inconfortabile e inconfortabile per me e molti altri ospiti. @Proprietario, considerate di sostituire questo dipendente con una persona thailandese che ha competenze di servizio clienti. Promuovere qualcuno del gruppo che entra per cucinare colazione e pulire. La pulizia dovrebbe essere prioritaria in un grado più elevato - i pavimenti e le bagni sono puliti una volta al giorno. Ci sono molle nere crescendo da acqua in piedi nel secondo piano bagno. Questo posto può essere grande, ma la mancanza di gestione sta andando in fretta.

La mia prima volta che ero in un stile di dormitorio di ponte, il manager era disposto a venire e mi ha controllato a metà della notte.Fai il deposito rimborsabile di 200 Baht. Dammi la tovagliola. Mi ha informato della regola di non avere un sandallo/shoe al secondo piano per mantenere il pavimento pulito. Questo è tutto quello che potete vedere. Bella stanza, freddo, nessun rumore nella stanza, e altre regole ”Io sto dormendo”. Se hai un problema di non usare sandali nel bagno, allora sinceramente hai solo bisogno di un hotel con una stanza privata. Sì, il ponte superiore era spaventoso. Ho sognato di scendere 😪 Beh, lo stile di dormitorio di ponte non è solo per me, ma una buona esperienza qui, e con 217 Baht (compresa l'imposta) ho pagato, vale la pena. Questo hotel offre anche colazione. Qualcosa che non mi aspettavo veramente 😁😁 Mi danno anche un regalo chiave per un checkout. Certo, mi ritrovo i miei 200 Baht.

Good clean and neat all facilities available I stayed at this hostel for four days, and I really liked it a lot. The hostel is very clean, neat, and well-maintained. It offers many facilities, which made the stay comfortable. For hot water, they have a water dispenser that provides both hot and cold water. Tea, coffee, and sugar are also available for guests. Overall, almost all necessary facilities are provided. The only thing missing was a toaster, but everything else was very good. The hostel is clean, the environment is pleasant, and it is located close to the main road. It is also very near to the airport—you can even walk to the airport. I personally walked to the airport and back, and it was very convenient. I really liked the place, the atmosphere is clean and friendly, and I would highly recommend this hostel to others. If you are looking for a place to stay, I recommend staying here. I rented one bed, staying two days first and then another two days.

Hostel located in a good spot, with lots of food options and Old Town not too far away. Downsides: - Encountered multiple times when there’s no water while showering or using the tap which is very inconvenient. Not sure what’s the problem but it ought to be fixed - WiFi connection was intermittent at times, sometimes losing connection

the location is ideal for patong budget backpackers, but the room is crowded and smelly, and with a lot of noise. the self check in system is nice as your name will be displayed on the tv outside displaying your assigned bed. they do give free towel and small luggage storage with a lock enough to keep a backpack for valuables like laptop or wallet

IHOC location is right in the old town, close to everything you need to see in old town, there is coffee shop on the second floor, also a kitchen (+drinking water and some snacks), I lived in girls dorm it was quiet, and so clean, there is a lady who comes to clean everyday, if you want her to do your bed you have to tell her and give her the permission or else she won't dare to touch your stuff, also the curtain keeps the room dark it's perfect for sleeping, even though the hostel is on the road it's actually perfectly quiet. The staff are aaaall nice as well as the business owner she's amazing. 🥰

It was a very good trip in the hostel. The location is perfect, very close to several night market, to the grossery, a lot of good restaurants and cafe, from 5 minute to the old town and very close to the pier to go to Phi Phi Island.  The personal is also very kind and helpful !
