La stanza è a forma di L, non so se lo è, quindi di notte faceva ancora caldo quando il condizionatore era acceso a 18 gradi, e sudavo. L'uscita dell'aria non può raggiungere l'altro lato del letto. L'igiene, la manutenzione generale e la pulizia sono buone. Mi piace il rubinetto diretto dell'acqua potabile. L'ambiente della stanza, i cuscini del divano sono un po' crollati e il tessuto è vecchio. La presa di ricarica ha una porta USB solo su un lato e viene fornito un adattatore. Ci sono molti ristoranti intorno all'hotel ed è a 2 minuti dall'uscita P2 della stazione della metropolitana East Tsim Sha Tsui.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room’s design and amenities was impressive. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding. The rooftop pool was a highlight – a serene oasis with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary refreshments. Dining at Hotel ICON was another standout. The breakfast buffet at The Market offered an incredible variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. I also enjoyed the innovative and fresh dishes at Above & Beyond, which paired beautifully with the stunning view. The location was perfect – conveniently close to public transport, shopping, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Hotel ICON truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Their commitment to sustainability, personalized service, and luxurious comfort make this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Hong Kong. I can’t wait to return!

Living up the legend and an iconic Historical Luxury that could endure International Standards, from the hardware maintenance to the overall ambiance and interactions with the staff to all little details. Amenities from all Narumi to silver wear to International TV channels etc. The hotel staff was well-trained in the Hong Kong style of hospitality, being efficient and eager to resolve any guest issues promptly with clear communication. I have always wanted to experience the Peninsula’s hospitality, and I am glad I finally had the opportunity. For seasoned travelers, this is definitely the Choice! This isn’t for the casual traveler who measures their adventures by price tags rather than the rich tapestry of experiences that come from authentic details.and the cost of this level of hospitality. Pre arrivale: Even though I booked through Ctrip, I would prefer if the room setup included more English options instead of being entirely in Chinese. I hope this can be addressed for future stays. A porter (southeast asian) wasn’t very welcoming upon my arrival, didn’t smile and I had to tell him twice that I was going to the spa floor to check in. The luggage took a long time to be delivered. No one was outside to get the car door, luggage or the door for me and I had to take it in myself to find a porter. A very different experience compared to my stay here in 2019. However, checking in at the spa floor was very pleasant and quick. During my exit, I saw some staff in the lobby whom passed by without any acknowledgment and the doorman didn’t even look my way. I did meet one employee in the elevator and she was very polite. The spa reception always great and felt different to the rest of the hotel. When I came back from my outing, one short doorman (of southeast asian or Indian origins) opened the door, to my amaze, only to let himself out before me. This was shocking. Another employee walked right through me with a frown. The room itself was intimate and relaxing, with a balcony but on the small side. All rooms are located on the spa floor which creates a respite from this big impersonal hotel. It has a quirky decor with lots of wood and marble. Nicely taken care of despite its age. Japanese-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub was amazing. However, the room needs comfortable seating as it has none and is all very low on the ground. Bedding was not up to the Hyatt standard especially the very thin duvet. Loud construction noises and outside smell would come from the balcony if you open the doors. The doors were also extremely hard to open. When I was blow drying my hair, a loud noise came from the hair dryer and a plastic piece fell out which really scared me. Room service was delicious but overpriced. The service was sometimes not very pleasant. Lunch at the Chinese restaurant was OK but very expensive for what you get. If you were to book this hotel make sure to only book the spa plateau or club rooms. The other ones are not worth it

The rooms are quite big and have a good sense of space. The landscape is sunny and the privacy is high. The location are quite good. I highly recommend everyone to come to a staycation to celebrate together.

I probably wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel is old and the price for much more modern and luxurious accommodations are similar if not cheaper elsewhere. Great view from the room though even though it was only on the 5th floor.

Durante i nostri soggiorni in hotel non era come mi aspettavo. Ero con il nostro bambino di 5 anni che ha lo spettro autistico e una specie di ipertrofia, ma il tavolo integrato ha un bordo appuntito e una mossa sbagliata può causare lesioni. Mi piace elogiare il FO per averci concesso la camera anche se abbiamo mangiato in anticipo rispetto all'orario di check in e per la mia richiesta di LCO. Accessibile all'aeroporto 5 minuti a piedi. Nel complesso soddisfatto garantito 😊👌

Kowloon Shangri-La offers an excellent location with stunning harbor view rooms that truly elevate the experience. However, the service left much to be desired, as some staff were unfriendly (rather rude), and the check-in process was particularly frustrating, with a 40-minute wait. Additionally, the hotel doesn't cater much to children, and the pool is quite small, which might be disappointing for families. While the views and location are a highlight, these shortcomings detract from an otherwise promising stay.

Ho fatto un viaggio improvvisato a Hong Kong il Primo Maggio. Diversi hotel che conoscevo in passato erano al completo o i prezzi erano aumentati troppo. Dopotutto ero piuttosto nervoso quando ho prenotato il Cordis Hotel , le recensioni erano contrastanti. Quando ho fatto il check-in, volevo pagare un extra per un letto extra. La sorella alla reception è stata molto gentile Visto che siamo rimasti solo per una notte, ci ha aiutato a passare a una camera di lusso a molti piani gratuitamente e ha anche dato regali ai bambini. La camera era molto pulita e il bagno era grande con vasca e zona doccia separata. Ho rotto accidentalmente il vetro del bagno nella stanza e il personale di servizio è stato molto gentile e mi ha chiesto se ero ferito. Ho rotto due volte il coperchio facile da aprire dell'acqua libera, ma sono stati anche abbastanza gentili da farlo porta di nuovo l'acqua e insegnami come aprire semplicemente il coperchio. Un piccolo suggerimento è che il coperchio dello scarico del lavabo del bagno possa essere sostituito. Sembra vecchio e non si adatta all'ambiente generale della stanza.

I had a fantastic stay at The Mira Hotel! From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly quick and seamless. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made everything easy. Housekeeping was also outstanding. I really appreciated the attention to detail. My housekeeper noticed that I drank a lot of water and kindly left extra bottles for me the next day. It’s little touches like this that make a stay extra special. The location is perfect for visitors. Situated in the bustling Kowloon district, it’s just a short two-minute walk to the subway, making it super convenient to get around. It only takes one stop to reach Central on Hong Kong Island, so exploring the city is effortless. Overall, The Mira is a stylish, well-run hotel in a prime location. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend.
