This hotel is in a perfect location on Nathan road with the closest metro station just across the road, making it very accessible and convenient. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped with amenities. The only thing, the receptionist did not speak any English and unfortunately I cannot speak Cantonese which seemed to annoy her even when I tried to use a translation app. Thankfully she was able to contact someone who could translate for me. Having said that, I was otherwise very satisfied with my stay and I would stay here again.

Location is very good and convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby. The MTR is just next to the hotel. The front desk auntie is very friendly. However the cleanliness is only average because the bedsheets does not look very clean and there are also cockroaches. For kowloon area this hotel is worth the price.

房間很老舊。一點不隔音，隔壁屋內説話聽清清楚楚，門外走廊説話也是，而且還有一個破舊的洗衣機，吵的要死，晚上凌晨2了還吵的煩**根本沒法睡覺，早上7點又開始吵了。而且，服務很差很差很差，非要收200港幣按金，沒帶港幣現金的話，給人民幣也行甚至還貼了一個微信二維碼收款碼，轉收人民幣，關鍵是還厚臉皮説收200人民幣退200港幣，就是專門幹這事的，故意吃匯率差的，你都有微信內地收款碼了，為什麼不是微信香港收款碼收港幣按金？完全就是故意的。

十年前寒假出遊，訂了四百多的酒店。這次國慶出遊，五百塊的賓館設施非常簡陋，空調噪音大。 下單時選錯了日期，一下完單馬上意識到點錯了，於是馬上致電賓館協商退改。接電話的女孩語氣生硬説，那是你的問題，你下單之前有提醒的，退不了。她説的沒錯，的確是我的問題，可是一分鐘之內我就發現錯誤打電話協商，好吧，我自認倒黴。後來有一個客人退了房，我可以改期，但到了賓館後，補了差價，得到的卻不是原來承諾的雙床房，衹是一個大概1.2米寬的單床房。入住後孩子睡覺，服務員來敲門，説自己搞錯了，應該是另一個房間，讓我們趕緊換房間，換到的房間竟然沒有鑰匙。總之，以後不會在黃金週來香港了，價高質低服務差。

整體的房間很小，很緊湊就是一個賓館來的，在二樓的，衹有英標插座，需要自帶轉換頭，超過人數入住的話，需要加錢，有熱水，洗髮水和沐浴露是二合一的

香港的民宿真是比較殘舊！人很好，但是無法掩蓋舊屋的氣息。衹能説性價比相對來説較好。

Risposta dalla struttura: 客人真奇怪！拍的照片完全沒有拍到房间内部或者是宾馆内部，卻把梯间及街道上载，然后给一个低分，居心叵测！香港很多宾馆都是在旧式大厦改建，政府发牌经營，全新高楼大厦是完全不会有宾馆的存在，香港的宾馆也不会像内地一整栋都是，文化差異導致客人期望不一，如客人要求新淨整栋，请移玉步绕道到酒店，谢谢！

地理位置優越，就在地鐵站旁邊，但環境是真的一般般，是在一棟舊樓裏，房間整體比較陰暗，靠近馬路，晚上噪音厲害，睡覺的時候還感覺身上癢癢的，像是有蟲咬

幫朋友訂的，就在油麻地地鐵站出口對面，房間姓價比很高，房間也算大的，蠻乾淨的，出門也方便。前台阿姨也蠻熱情的，不錯。
